    Hello. Puts the money(BTC) into account through the exchanger. I tried to conduct two transactions, but both times there were scammers. I complained about one and after 1-2 days the freezing of the account arrived. Scammers 100%: 1. On the website, when you complain about a scammer, it is written that if you complain too often, you will be blocked. And all the good offers, at least, that I have come across are scammers. Coverup of fraudsters. 2. There was not a single transaction, and they wrote to me that they were checking the account. What is it two weeks to check there??? Why was it not checked during registration, but only when there is money in the account? 3. In the first letter (at the account frieze) they wrote that I had violated the rules, but they did not write exactly which point I had violated. Well, 115 - FZ (this is in Russia, Google will tell you which in the USA) does not give the right to disclose the reason, well, they wrote that they were checking the account, but they did not request documents. And 115-FZ, by the way, requires verification before working with the client. 4. Many peoples are blocked as I am. The answers are standard: "Paxful will never suspend or freeze an account without good cause bla-bla-bla". Is there anyone who works in the Compliance team? Can you confirm that paxful does not block user accounts just like that? With proof only. I think that the appropriation of someone else's property is theft. Has anyone sued paxful? Shall we chip in for a lawyer?

    Excellent Service. Was banned for a week because of suspicion of fraudulent activity because the currency from RMB to USD isn't a round number, and they thought it was suspicious. Clarified it by submitting transaction receipts. Clearned up in a week. Great service.

    It's being 24 hour of my coin never sent out to me. The chat window. Never will respond u. And even lie about. What happened. By email to me 8hour after I msg they. And doesn't help at all. Untill right now. I'm still not getting anything not even a sent ID. Also. Each one I pay 0.0005 for they yo sent. But. Still dose like. They are the customer. Being disrespectfull

    Paxful support scamers. I bought 3 Airbnb gift cards $80, $150, $200 from Paxfuls' trust USA trader, named marxsmith. One of the card $150 was empty, redeemed previously. Paxful took for it 3% comission. They don't prevent in any way from frauder marxsmith to keep trading on the platform. marxsmith alowed by Paxful to trade in Paxful platform and this trader marked as TRUSTED by Paxful. I have reported several times to support of Paxful , but my ticket where closed without answer.

    Hi I started trading on paxful 4 years ago . After I received 300+ feedback and some returning clients suddenly they restricted my account . I still have money in it .     I am currently having an issue with a seller and although extremely frustrated, I have full confidence of the situation due to the use of escrow and the diligence of their staff. Especially Glory and Cain. They truly go above and beyond to explain options and make sure you understand the process. I could literally chat with them for hours .     Terrible customer service. I have messaged support multiple times but got no response for my secondary Paxful account got frozen for no specific reason and could not unfreeze my account. Clearly their website has a bug causing you not to submit the verification for more than 1 week. And now I am sitting with my property devalued to 90%. Its a terrible company and they have the worst customer service.

    I should have given you guys 5 stars, because you guys are the best Block chain Wallet Ever Out there, but your Support Staffs doesn't Respond Fast! I know it might be due to the Novel Corona Virus but You guys should find a way around it, my account was Frozen because the ID was Linked to another PaxFul Account and I didn't know it would Violate your Terms and Conditions, I verified with a Fresh ID that wasn't linked with another Account now, I am getting no response in about 5 Days, and I just introduced PaxFul to two of my Friends Last week but they are Afraid to use it now because of what I am experiencing and they feel it's awful, pls You guys can do better, You guys has always been great, especially with the Escrow and Moderators, but I need to get my account back or at least Withdraw the Funds, I don't want to Ban the account to Withdraw my Funds, I wrote to you guys on Twitter, tagged you and the CEO, I wrote to you guys on Customer Support Email but the response I get is really taking Longer than Expected!     Site seems good so far. I was caused however by an agent yesterday to cancel a perfectly fine transaction, I kept asking the seller, 'DO I NEED TO GIVE U MY BTC ADDY'? He never answered, he didnt say much.Ok,no big deal long as he pays.. SO I reached out to an AGENT/REP and got some lady, I asked her the same thing, I gave her a bit of the chat to see. She told me he was to ask for my BTC ADDY at start of trade, And since he didnt it was risky and might should cancel.. The seller had a good score, but i trusted the site worker.. WHY NOT? They work there they should know right? WRONG! HOWEVER, tODAY i SPEAK TO another Agent . I will just call him 'AGENT R' He was great! He seem to know the paxful system and how it worked and explain to me very fast and clear what I had been trying to get a answer to for over 2 days.. So far though seems good. I dont really like the fact my account is a year old, And some seller even though the site uses escrow still want a certain amount of trades completed before selling to u. I only use paypal, and WU,Sometimes Bank deposites. So thats a bit annoying, cause the other ppl are offer a laughable amount of cents on the dollar. I hopefully can find a seller or 2 that sell more than a few thousands in coin as well.. I have been Investing in BTC SINCE late 2011. Im well known by my actual name around most communitys.     I've been trading on Paxful for 3 years now and they are really great from their user interface to customer support. What I like the most is how easy it is for my customers to open trades and they display alot of info to the customer when buying and selling bitcoins unlike other bitcoin trading platforms. Yes they took unacceptably long time to reply to support emails before but recently they have changed all their support systems and now they reply within 24 hours which is really awesome to see. It's good to see that Paxful listens to their users and make changes to their systems and help poor communities in other countries at the same time. Keep it up guys!!

Paxful will only suspend or freeze an account when our global Compliance team suspects or identifies fraudulent or illegal activity connected to the account. The Compliance team will then review the account activity to determine whether further action must be taken, including a ban or escalation to law enforcement.     Very disappointed, how come paxful logged me out upon me introducing about 70-100 people to use paxful, I can't log in and I've filed several report tickets and no response from paxful, not even a valid phone number to reach on..
