They will try their best to keep you in debt. They also hit me with missed payments on my credit during covid-forbearance. incredibly unprofessional. Paid it off in a full lump sum, will NEVER recommend to anyone.

Run away. Immoral business practice with fake teaser rates. End up charging students 15%+ interest rates (with good credit scores) during a time where you can easily borrow at 2-5%. They would add tremendous value if they went out of business

terrible company. extremely aggressive with calling you and its usually an automated systems that when you answer no one is on the other side and auto hangs up. Their system and website are extremely terrible. Auto pay doesnt work most of the time and because of that they will keep calling you. The people that you do talk with are extremely rude. Tried to call them to get my name taken off my friends loan that i cosigned and have his parents put on instead so i can move on with my life but they would not let me.

Money grubbing vultures. HIGH interest rates. Targets underprivileged populations. Persistent glitches in their processing system. Random fees and ever-increasing total amount on initial loan. DO NOT sign with them. It's NOT worth it at all.

Borderline fraudulent business practice. They are charging me 14% interest for a student loan despite having a strong credit score. In today's world you can borrow at 3%. They are basically preying on people who don't understand loan docs. I only signed up because I didn't have a chance to speak with someone who understood loans beforehand. It would greatly benefit society if they went out of business as soon as possible, which probably will happen soon.

Bait and switch on Interest Rates. Website says Fixed interest Rates ranging 3.75%-12%. My Fico is over 800 and income is strong. I expected to qualify for close to lovest rate offered (as I typically do) They offered me a fixed rate over 7% which is ridiculous. I complained and they said that's because the student you applied w has no credit history (duh he just turned 18) and that impacted your rate. I said OK can I just apply in my name only? What would rate be then? We can't tell you until you submit a new application. Will they have to do another hard credit pull? Yes. (FU then...)

Don't use them, they purposely don't take your recurring payments per the schedule then charge interest accrued. Tried to fix it over the past 4 months and they can't seem to fix it nor will they credit back the interest due to their mistakes for not taking the proper payments. They are so frustrating.

Easy to get money, but website is shady. Very difficult to navigate setting up recurring payments. First payment I scheduled didn't go through, 2nd time I had to do manually. Paid $200 and only $18 came off the principle. Took another loan with a credit union and paid this one off immediately. Use as last resort.

Someone Used my SSN to applied for student loans in 2020, I contacted them about this problem and now it is 2022 the inquiries it is still on my credit report .I don't know why will they let someone else to apply for loan bu use my SSN without me knowing
