I didn't have a bad experience from this place, I ran into a bit of $ trouble one time and I was referred here because its same day loans, you apply and if approved you get cash on the spot! They also will work with you if something were to happen on your payment date, but you "Actually have to answer your phone and simply explain the situation", and they will just simply ask about when do you think you can pay them and that's it! Most people hide and ignore the phone calls not realizing that is absolutely the LAST THING you wanna do! Just figured I'd help someone out and DON'T GET IN OVER YOUR HEAD either, even if they offer a few thousand, that does NOT mean you have to take it, just take what you need and pay it off asap, other than that everyone I've worked with was pleasant, understanding and friendly! Nothing bad to say on my end!

Well upon arrival I was greeted by 3 very genuine woman who were beyond knowledgeable and helpful concearning a title loan being some one who has no previous experience or information regarding loans it was very stress relieving to have a patient courtesy guide to a very anxious situation. I would recommend loanmax to anyone who needed a title loan just by your service rep. Angie and her ability to expedite and alleviate the frustrations of being unfamiliar with everything. She was the perfect person to have as a representative for your company and standards.
