I’ve been to many pawn shops and this one by far the best I’ve been to. I have to say it’s because of their floor rep Michael Quinn. He really gave me a great experience with his knowledge and amazing customer service. If you want to visit a pawn shop wether it’s for pawning/buying or selling. This will be a great shop to go to and id make sure you ask for Mike, he’s absolutely great!

Amazing store! Never had any issues with trying to pawn our items. They always explain exactly what we owe and when it is due. One of the best pan shops in Phoenix 💝

I love this location! Staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable, especially Liz Beltran. She helped me the last time I was in and was super friendly and even tho they were busy she saw I was in need of some help and came over and helped me get what I wanted quickly.

They will pawn anything with any ID. But to get things out they give u the run around. Go get this from dmv, so I did went back. So that doesn't work. Go get this now. N still it didn't work. They just don't want to give things back. They are a lousy company. Go somewhere if you plan on getting your stuff out of pawn.

This is the pawnshop of phoenix. 99 percent of the time I make purchases. They are always cool, and let you take your time looking over whatever it is that you are buying. I bought some guitar cases from these guys, they went through their backlog to find me those. No other shop would extend themselves that way. Most just lie and tell you, well tell you some lie. I will only shop here when pawnhawking!!!

My experience every time I go in there is always the same. ABSOLUTELY FREAKING AWESOME. Cody. He is amazing. He has been the one I have been dealing with since day one.
