This bank has "THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STATE!" I switched banks because of it! Originally I just went in for a shared branch transaction. But when I was done, I insisted on opening an account here. The entire staff was so polite, respectful, helpful, and full of information I needed to know about my financial situation. Lalo ...the branch manager, Susana.. the new girl, along with Anthony and Taylor all worked together with providing me information I asked for and needed to know that gave me the best banking experience a customer could ask for. Never get an auto loan through this credit union. I paid it off last month and they still haven't released my title.

Lisa Camacho at your Bell branch did a wonderful job today working with me. She was extremely knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. She knew her products, processes, and was very timely in getting me in and out completely satisfied. What could be an improvement is adding a link to your website taking members directly to the Google Review page to leave a review. And / Or putting a QR Code on the little cards that your employees are handing members so they can capture the QR Code image with their phone, which in turn links them directly to your Google Review page.

I needed a loan for an unexpected medical expense and I was connected with Taylar and she was great to work with. She listened to my needs and why I was requesting help. She also worked with by me and the underwriters on my behalf to get my entire situation to them to help get me the money I needed. Because of her quick help and dedication I was able to get my medical issue handled and not have to worry. Great credit union, branch and lending specialist in Taylar.

It was a pleasure banking here. The bankers were extremely helpful and friendly. I'm from out of state and this credit union is a co-op to mine back home. I was in a predicament and needed a cashiers check right away. All other credit unions had limitations on how much of my money I could get. Not here. I was able to get done everything I needed extremely fast and easy with zero hassles. I wish I got the name of the banker because she could not have been more helpful. Thank you for being a great bank really helped me out that day.

I went to Copper State Credit Union at 2400 W. Bell Rd. In Phoenix Arizona one day this past week to transfer some money! I was helped by Anthony A. I had extremely good service snd was very impressed by all the excellent treatment.
