I've been here twice and the customer service is amazing. The only reason this is in a five-star is because the last time I came in the cash I was given as payments I received a fake $100 bill. The only reason I know this is because I went to get gas as soon as I left and circle k's have to put all large bills through a scanner into a drop safe. The drop safe rejected the bill over and over and it wasn't old or beaten up. I called freaking out and let them know the issue and I went back and they gave me 20s instead. So I guess the important thing is that they made it right and fake bills can get passed off but I would hope any shop like that would be checking their bills before handing them out to clients. It just made me really wary of the whole thing. But as far as customer service goes they're honestly really great. I want to say this was just a one-time fluke and someone missed a bad bit. I'll still go back there but I'll probably never take a large bill from them again. They treat you like a human being and while yeah they're there to make a profit it seems like they genuinely want everyone to walk away happy

They are awesome at this location and will work with you Tashina worked her skills and got me somewhat what i was asking for an her reasoning was very understanding on why i didn't get what i got for it highly recommend this location very very friendly as well

Walked into this location after leaving another one and it was night and day. Walked in to look for some earrings however they didn’t have what I was looking for, but they did have something for my mom. They were so friendly and nice talkative and personable. So my mom got a pair a diamond earrings and then I walked out with a new 9MM. Thank you for helping me fine the best one that felt right for me.

Ira helped me with my purchase of my Glock 43. The female manager was also very friendly. Everyone there was so nice and willing to work with me on price. Ira is a great guy!!

Stock x verified new and instant verify of Jordan's and was embarrassingly told I was passing off fake shoes..stock x cannot sell fake shoes they are verified before they are even sent out. Pretty embarrassing being accused of passing off fake shoes. Especially when they aren't and paid to have them verified outside of stock x. I don't appreciate being accused of scamming a place I go to a lot!! Stock x verified shoes have a special tag which mine had, brand new…every brand new pair of shoes is sent to stock x to be verified before they are ever sent out!!! Idk who the guy was but he was completely rude and humiliating by accusing me of what he did!! Reminds me why Tanisha is the only person I will ever deal with. Let me be clear…Tanisha is still an incredible employee. She’s not the one who embarrassed me and accused me of trying to pass off fake shoes. She’s still a 10/10 employee.

I forgot the ladies name who helped us out, she is Native American and very sweet she helped me get an Xbox for my son and even helped out with a protection plan to upgrade later if we want. I will always go there for all my pawn stuff

I have done business at several Pawn First locations. I have no complaints staff is always friendly and helpful. A few pawn shops I have been to sometimes 10 to make you feel beneath them or that they're doing you some kind of a favor. I am always treated with respect and professional.

Love this location!!! Everyone at this store is super friendly!!! And the store manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are given a fair deal. I was a little unsure about renewing my pawn ticket online but after I made my payment I got an email confirmation AND the store manager even called me back to confirm they had received it to put my mind at ease! Will always recommend and come to this location, one of the best pawn shops I have ever been to!

Spoke with a wonderful person by the name of Tischina. She assisted with jewelry and explained the plans and presented me with options as she knew her buyers can be particular. Although I moved on from the jewelry and then landed on the nostalgia of a record player. She plugged it up, put a record in and we set up the aux. I was in heaven! Sandra helped me with my layaway on July 29, 2019. She displayed professionalism and provided outstanding customer service. Her knowledge and attention to detail helped expedite the layaway process to my satisfaction. The other staff that day, including Mike and Julio, were engaging and friendly. They made me feel welcomed and exhibited top-notch customer service. They showed they were happy to see me and took time to answer my questions. It was my first visit to the store and the entire staff made me feel I was important. I definitely will return to Pawn 1st on Bell Road and Fifth Avenue in Phoenix for my pawn needs. I've been to other pawnshops in the Valley and this particular shop stood head and shoulders above the rest. I'll recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the excellent work, management!

I normally don't do reviews, but I felt like I NEEDED to make a review about this location. From the moment I walked in everything was AWESOME. The customer service was outstanding, I was greeted from the moment I stepped in from the manager I believe her name was Chary to every salesperson. The deals were great and I got exactly what I was looking for and then some. The store was clean and smelled really good unlike other pawn shops that I have been to before. I DEFINITELY recommend this place, ESPECIALLY since Valentines Day is right around the corner.

Such a good environment to be around, they were able to help me out quick and get me out in time to get my son from daycare.

I drove 1hr out to get headphones and totally worth it. For me, they are a must for what I do and I just love them. Brad was pretty cool and the store focuses pretty well on their products. The products prices are decent. You can tell what they focus on and they have a good set of products. Call them and I'm sure you'll find what you need. They have a different vibe the the pawn shops I remember growing up--very positive.

Had a excellent experience here after dining a nearby . They had exactly what I was hoping to buy, at a very fair price. The staff is super friendly, a varied selection, clean shop, etc... The workers here were e c tremendously polite and were able to help me meet my expectations for what I was pawning pawning at their store. They were very professional, polite and efficient. As well as quick with it, felt like I was in and out like nobody business. I had a 💯 % great time, no complaints at this store!! I do however regret not remembering the two names of the employees that worked that day who helped us with our pawn because I would definitely give them a HUGE shout-out. Been very hesitant to purchase from pawn shops, but once I received the chillest welcoming and customer service from Tashina at the Bell location. I know I’ll be back to make more purchases. Prices were very reasonable, professionalism was impressive and completely changed my aspect of pawn shops. The guys were very helpful and nice which was a breath of fresh air. If you’ve ever dealt with a pawnshop then you know what I mean. They worked together to give me the maximum loan amount they could on some jewelry I had. The rates were reasonable and I would definitely go back to them if I ever needed a loan or to sell anything in a pinch.

Walked into the facility nobody looked up nobody said anything finally did very rude all three workers asked if they had a jeweler on premise said what and I said oh do you look at jewelry now with his gold as a pearls I just said gold so that's very rude and very professional and he knows if I was born walking in there with 50 billion dollars worth of gold or diamonds bad bad service

I stopped by to just browse about 45 minutes before closing time. There were 2 employees there. Both were very knowledgeable, attentive, and positive. I asked a lot of questions about random items, decided to buy a couple of them, got additional markdowns on them, paid, and walked out the door about 15 minutes past closing time. Neither employee acted put out or tried to rush me out the door. Their attitudes were great the whole time.
