    My husband and I just purchased a brand new Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 yesterday and our experience at Midway was top notch! We dealt with Donnie in new car sales, Lamar (Sales Manager) & Steve in finance. Each of these gentlemen were honest, helpful, patient, professional and pleasant to deal with. Our experience at Midway was much more positive than multiple other dealerships we'd contacted/visited over the past week. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from the team at Midway Chevrolet & will continue to recommend them to others!

    Darnell was amazing and very helpful. We found our car online and due to supply chain issues, it took a bit to come in. Darnell kept us informed every step of the way and ensured the paperwork was all done before the car arrived so on the day, we were able to drive away with our new car. The dealership is clean and there are plenty of snacks. Everyone was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. One complaint is that the mens' room doesn't have a changing table.

    When we arrived we were quickly greeted by Ishmael. He was very friendly and professional throughout the process. We came in with exactly with a plan. He was not pushy at all. He went and a suv to drive us to the lot had the ac going and made it comfortable. When we came in to discuss the possibility of doing a deal he heard us and respected what we said. He tried to make us as comfortable as possible. He even pulled in a manager in efforts to get numbers we wanted. In the end a deal couldn't happen, but not based on Ishamel. I would say if you go to Midway to ask for him. You won't be disappointed with the level of customer service he provides. I truly appreciate not being bullied and just his honesty throughout this process. The manager who came over also tried to get me to trade in my other car and put me in a payment range I did not want. He didn't seem to listen as well as Ishmael.

    This year I had to get a used car. Before going in I spoke to JP who guaranteed they will find a car for me. Going in this, they had my credit score and history. I went to my appointment and was there for half a day just to be told that the financial loaners were backed up by two hours... I was advised to go home and they will call me with the news. No one called me and I reached out via phone call and text but did not get a single response. Highly unprofessional. I feel once they know I wasn't getting a co signer they wrote me off. Only one person (after 3 hours) offered me water. Thanks Burnell, for keeping me there and doing nothing.

    I came in for an oil change a while ago and the service was on point. The Sales team are the coolest people. I've seen a lot of Chevrolet Dealers in my time and the nuts and bolts of the goings on and I honestly love this store!

    The man who helped me was very rude. I had explained that I plan to pay with Chevrolet points, and he said he "would try" but not to get my hopes up. I was able to get a complimentary Lyft home, but then never heard from the man again. I texted and called multiple times with no response. I waited seven hours before buying my own uber to get back to the dealership, only to find my car had been done for hours. While I appreciate that the oil change was comped, it doesn't really make up for the whole terrible experience.

    I had my '21 C8 Corvette in for Oil and filter change, external trans filter change, four wheel alignment and brake system flush. My invoice says they did the work and I paid for it. I drove it straight home and when I was swapping tires/wheels, I noticed that none of the brakes have ever been bled. All four calipers still had had thick brake dust on the bleed fittings. Clearly charged me for flush and didn't do it. I am not confident that the Trans filter was changed either. Not happy at all.

    I dropped my vehicle off at 12pm for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was given a timeframe of 2 hours for pickup. We took a lyft home, the complimentary lyft is the only reason I'm not giving a lower score. The shop closed at 5pm and I was never told my vehicle was done. I had to call the dealership several times to finally get an answer. It took 6 hours for my vehicle to get done, or I was simply forgotten about. I have never ever in my life experienced anything like this. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle after hours when the shop was clearly closed. I didn't get my car back home until after 7pm. I've had better service at Walmart which is saying a lot. I only took my vehicle to the dealership because I'm paying $60/month for routine maintenance. I may revoke that and take my car elsewhere. I understand it was a busy Saturday but this was absolutely unacceptable. Very stressful as well since this was our only vehicle at the time and the shop was going to be closed the next day. I expected so much more from the dealership and was let down.

    Since purchasing a brand new vehicle from this place and now dealing with the service department, I now cringe every time I think about taking my car in for service. How does a paint protection application generate scratches and chips? They try to up-charge for something that the website indicates zero charge? Multipoint inspection technician missed a low oil reading on the dip stick? I purchased a warranty on top of my bumper to bumper with this dealership as the only service department entity. I’m contemplating selling my vehicle just so I don’t have to deal with them in the future.

    Joe Mullen called my Dad and made him drive over 1.5 hrs and Joe lied about everything. Joe told my Dad come get the SUV at MSRP price. My Dad believed him and drove to find out he’s just trying to scam people. My Dad spoke with the Manager and I’m surprised that his manager didn’t do anything. BUYER BEWARE THIS DEALER WILL SCAM YOU.

    This dealership is great from the vehicle sales prospective, however in respect to your hard earned money and time be aware of Victor Morrales and Dragon (manager) from the service department. As a willing to pay customer, we have had over 4 visits and spent nearly $5K and our issue is far from being resolved. Instead of colab. With customer for possible alternatives or guidance - with no consideration of the dollar amount our family has invested, They now once again expect us to pocket out another $3k meanwhile they reference repair and parts that were never prev. Mentioned.There are men who strive as a result of talent and work ethic, then you have Victor and Dragon who get a kick from watching a customer and family struggle meanwhile impacting them financial. Definitely will shed light to this issue in a higher scale, meanwhile moving forward with attorney general and BBB.

    I was very impressed with the expeditious diagnosis of the issue with my 2020 Chevy Blazer and even more so with the speed in which is was repaired. It only took a day to replace my radiator and fix my car. Thank you to Gene for taking such good care of me.     My wife and I had come thru on the 15th and Xavier Sanchez met us in the parking lot and noticed I was using a walker to get around and he told me to stay put and he brought over a silverado and was knowledgeable about the product we had established we were waiting for medical clearance before we were ready to buy. He did not Change his disposition he was still extremely helpful. We had done our due diligence and shopped around Ford and ram and a few other dealerships that not only didn't have the inventory or the kindness and friendliness Xavier showed so on a whim we rolled back up to midway and Xavier happened to recognize us which made myself and my wife happy we had already established a rapport with him. From there I asked if they'd still honor the loose numbers we talked about and the answer was yes so we ended up getting a beautiful silverado thousands of dollars cheaper than what the criminals at the other dealerships were asking and the Xavier brought us back to Kelly, I've bought about 9 vehicles in az and by far she was the most thorough and expeditious process to date overall 10 out of 10 experience. Better than vans Chevrolet, midway Nissan, sands chevrolet and auto nation used car down the road

    I brought my vehicle in with climate control not working and acceleration problems. I can’t remember how the conversation went exactly, but I was under the impression my car would be in the shop for only 2-3 days. At that point, I was not offered a rental car covered by the dealership. I had a deadline of when I needed my car back (13 days from then) as I was going to be out of state for Thanksgiving and had already paid to park it at the airport. My advisor couldn’t promise it would be done by my requested date. I was told it was my transmission causing the acceleration problems and they could not fix the transmission until the climate was fixed. When I was quoted the price for fixing the climate, I called 4 other mechanics and asked their thoughts. All of them said it was a bad deal and the fact that the climate had to be fixed before the transmission didn’t make any sense. I had hardly any communication from my advisor during this time and began getting very frustrated. I would have to call the dealership only to be passed around on the phone or wait on hold forever to find out the status of my car. I was offered a rental car while they fixed the transmission. I reminded my advisor of the time period I needed my car back and was told they would try as hard as they could but couldn’t guarantee it would happen. So the day I’m set to travel out of state, I had to get a ride to the airport and left my rental car at my house. I’m 10 minutes from boarding the airplane when my advisor calls to say my car will be ready that day and I’ll need to get my rental car turned in within the next day to avoid getting charged for it. This made me really angry. I had to spend my day stressed out finding anyone who could get into my apartment to get the keys for the rental car, return it, and get my car back since I wouldn’t be back for a week. Thankfully I found someone to do this but it was incredibly frustrating and felt insensitive of the car dealership when I had been explaining my timeline and travel situation a lot. This would have been a one star review, but it’s been redeemed by the fact that my car problems were actually fixed. If I were to ever come back, which will likely be never, I would need better communication about the status of my car and more convenient timing of picking up my car because that was really ridiculous.

    Terrible customer service! I was pre-qualified for a new truck and set up an appointment to sign paperwork today. When setting up my appointment I specifically asked if the vehicle was in stock. Show up to my appointment to sign paperwork to find out its not in stock and the salesman tried selling me a vehicle that was transit and wasn't even close to the truck I was trying to buy. Definitely a waste of time.. bait/ switch sales tactics. BUYER BEWARE!!

    I understand understaff issues but it took a week before my vehicle could be looked at. So I was not happy about this &although my service rep was very professional & helpful I am extremely hesitant to bring my vehicle back for the additional services that have been recommended.

    Overall experience okay. Arrived for my scheduled appointment, service tech had said he didn't know why I was there., then found my appointment on his computer. Still proceeded to ask for every detail that was on my appointment record. I called 15 min. before closing to check the status of my vehicle and was told that the shop was backed up, and that they had not gotten to my vehicle yet and every shop in town is running two to three day for repairs. Said he forgot to inform me of this when I left my vehicle. Anyways, I picked the car up 3 days later with the repairs complete and vehicle clean.

    First time here as we are new to area, took truck in for diagnostic and already gave code. My biggest issue was dropped truck off on Monday and kept getting automated text that my vehicle in good hands but yet never received a phone call from advisor. Called left messages but no call back. I had to email and was upset as to no communication. Then to only get a response regarding my warranty paperwork? Would like to know issue first!! Not happy with service here and will not return

    Donnie at Midway Chevrolet did amazing during our visit late Saturday evening. We came in later in the evening and an hour and a half later we left with our new Tahoe! The staff stayed to get the deal done and we were the last to leave the dealership. We can’t say enough on how great Midway Chevrolet was during the buying process. None of the back and forth like other dealerships. We will be back to get a new corvette from Donnie soon!

    This place has really gone downhill, buyer beware. If you come in for service don't expect them to get to your vehicle any time soon. What you can expect is to be relentlessly harassed by the sales department because you were in service. If sales does get their hooks in you, do yourself a favor and shop around a bit. When I bought my truck, another dealer came in $8k under Midway and I didn't even negotiate with them.

    I took my son to look at a car here at midway nissan & we were introduced to nice used car for $ 23,000, but after we were all done it was up to $31,297. Sean said, the price of the car was 23,000, but it turned out to be $26406.75! ! Being lied to is not cool! Sean was not up front with us. Sean tried to explain it away. Why didn't Sean say it was really 26,406 to begin with? It wouldn't have left us with such a sour note after buying this car! I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone!!

    Although Cesar was very courteous and professional, I am sorely disappointed that after I was told my vehicle was ready, he advised me that I needed an engine air filter replacement. I am used to having the manager show me the dirty filter before asking me if I wanted the dealership to replace it, prior to saying they were finished with my truck, which I would have done. I decided to leave and purchase one on the way home. When I opened the hood of my truck, the engine air filter cover was damaged and missing screws. I managed to look at the filter and it was fine, but as I stated my engine air filter cover had been damaged and now it needs to be replaced.

    Adrian Baca (Service Advisor) did a fabulous job taking care of me. I had a flattening tire so I was nervous about driving it to the dealer. In addition, I had to show up without an appointment due to the tire leaking. He provided high level customer service.

    The dealer that sold me the car and for some reason I cannot recall his name. Very personable young man from Colombia. I was upset when I arrived due to being given what turned out to be mistaken information that the vehicle was already on the lot. This young man was able to refocus my energy in a positive direction. He went the extra mile and personally went to pickup the vehicle staying true to his word that he would have it that day. He saved me an additional trip and aggravation. I have his card and I will definitely recommend him personally to all of my colleagues currently looking for vehicles. I truly do appreciate him. In addition the finance guy I believe is Mr. Garcia. Hope I’m not jacking his name up. I am horrible with names. He was as cool as the other side of the pillow. He is so seasoned at what he does, I didn’t even think about the 60K I was about to spend or the beat down I was going to get from my wife when I made it home and she found out I bought a truck. I never walked away from a finance person happy until I encountered him. Great Team!

    Midway Chevrolet has lost their way.... I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. I have always left great reviews, because I've always had good experiences with the simple things. Not this time when it really counted. They seized my diesel engine and refused to take ANY responsibility. They hired an investigator to figure it out. I supplied photos, video, paperwork, and even my truck for inspection. The investigator came to my home to interview me and inspect the truck. They concluded that it was a miscommunication issue between the service rep and the mechanics. I spoke with my service rep several times on the phone and also in person, and our communication was always very clear. He later added verbiage to the work order to cover himself, but it was apparent to the investigator. I was lied to several times about the incident and was lied to about how it happened, at least until the investigator got involved. At the end of his two week investigation, the investigator did a three way call with the service manager. They admitted to miscommunication and seizing my engine, but still made no offer to correct the issue. They asked me what I'm asking for and I told them I would settle on a used engine that runs. I stated that I could purchase a remanufactured engine with installation for $12,500, but that I would be happy with a $5,000 to $7,000 used engine. They offered me an engine for $12,000 and I install it myself. That was my offer to make this go away. I could already get that offer with another diesel shop that didn't cause this problem. They ended up closing my commercial account, and left me hanging with a seized engine. I was totally patient and professional through the entire process, and this was my result. It's been two years and I'm ready to let everyone know about it. Midway Chevrolet has lost their way. Cannot be trusted with the big stuff.

    Every time my RV is in for repair through Midway Chevrolet commercial service department, I am amazed at their professionalism and knowledge. I belong to many RV groups online and one of the biggest complaints is trying to find service. Even minor things like getting an oil change and rotating tires. It’s a daily subject on RV forums online. I’ve found a home for all the engine, transmission and mechanical parts of my RV. Mike Lewis is my service rep and his knowledge is unbelievable and superior to any representative I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I give a perfect ten to Midway Chevrolet’s Commercial division!

    Bought 2 new trucks 2 years ago. Left a 5 star review previously but after 2 years of issues with the 5500 and absolutely no help whatsoever in resolving these issues I am leaving the lowest possible review. From the beginning the truck had transmission vibration, check engine light coming on and of, brakes were grinding. Driver door would not shut unless you slammed it. Around 12k the a/c stopped working. All these issues were mentioned to the commercial service, and each one of them was brushed of with an explanation that left me looking like I dont know enough about vehicles. The a/c was recharged but no explanation was given as to why it leaked in the first place. Finally after the bumper to bumper warranty is over, all the issues that I mentioned earlier are still present, and now magically the service guys agree that these are issues that need to get fixed but since the bumper to bumper warranty is over, I need to pay for the repairs. The a/c condenser got replaced, transfer case is leaking oil, fuel guage and rear fuel pump dont work, check engine light is on, transmission is vibrating when switching gears, door still doesn't close correctly, and nobody is there to admit that they sold me a defective truck. Everyone is shrugging their shoulders and saying that they can fix all these issues but I will need to pay even though the truck was bought with these issues. Will never buy from this dealership again. They have all my information and if they want to make this right they know what needs to be done.

    I worked with Mike Lewis in the commercial service lane. He arranged time for a 4 wheel brake job on my class A RV. Being a full timer it was nice that the work was completed quickly and the RV returned to me the same day. I am very satisfied will return if I need their services again. Highly recommended.

    Sales People are great. Had a guarantee approval from a bank before we stepped on the lot. I was sckeptical at first but everyone was helpful and assured me we are good. One day since we got the truck so ...fingers crossed everything is correct in regards to bank approval. PS they also worked hard to get us a lower apr from 15.9 to 13.9 to 11.2....and they paid off our trade in full. I will never go anywhere else. These people are amazing. I went to gateway after they told me they had trucks to being called 15 minutes later saying all 4 sold. I got this for 3 days in a row. No one that contacted me has ever worked so hard to make a deal. I will drive across town to do business again. 10/13/21...Update...Midway did exactly what they promised. These guys are so great we bought a truck on Tuesday the 28th and then I went back on the 30th and bought another 2021 chevy silverado...I could not b happier and they truly will work with you if they can....I wish I could give 10 stars....

    I purchased a used car here in June. Quickly after leaving the lot we noticed the touch screen didn't work. I called and got the run around. We called multiple days because no one was calling us back despite them saying they were looking into replacing the part. I went in and finally spoke with the manager of the used car department. I wish I could recall his name, but he had me confident it would be resolved. We last spoke to them in July where the word was the part was ordered and they would split the cost with me. Now here I am nearly half way through August, no part, No call, and back to where I started with getting the run around. Nearly everyone we spoke to was ruse and dismissive. No transparency here, no accountability, and no follow through.

    We have been to many dealerships and this one was by far the most pleasurable experience. We bought a few new work vehicles from the commercial side to add to our fleet and we will not go anywhere else when we need to add more. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. We did not feel pressured and had our deal done over the phone in one day, came in to sign paperwork and was out the door in less than hour. We will definitely be back.

    So we bought a car from this dealership and paid for a warranty that would cover pretty much anything including a rental car if needed. We dropped our car off Friday morning and didn't receive a call Friday to let us know what was going on with our car it is now Monday we have called Saturday and still didn't receive a call back and didn't receive any information now we are trying to contact the service center and they are not even answering our call we have gone all weekend without a car and had to take a uber to get our kid to school when all of that should be covered under our warranty I don't know what is going on but it's not fair to have paid over $1,000 for a warranty and not receive information on what's going on with our car or be able to use our warranty to its fullest extent.

    Update: July 19,2021 truck had to go in for immediate service for check engine light blinking. The truck we got was great, but the service and follow up is nothing short of sub par. The night we purchased the truck, before purchasing it, we (myself and the sales rep) noticed paint specks all over the truck. He told us it was not a problem and it would be detailed prior to taking it home that night. We got home, and noticed the next day that it was still covered in paint. We called and brought it in the following day to be detailed again. This time they scratched our brand new $60k truck, and it still has paint on it. They reached out, and I sent pictures via email, as they asked, and they told me to bring it in. We told them that we had to move to California for work, and asked if there was a dealer here who could fix it. They said they would get back to me, and I have not heard anything from them and it has been about 7 weeks. So now I have to do it myself, although they said that it would be taken care of PRIOR to us purchasing it.

    Very disappointed in the service that I received here. My appointment for my oil change was Friday at 5:15. I also said that my check engine light was on and would like them to run the test to see what codes it is. I dropped it off expecting to hear that it is completed on Saturday the latest. Did not get any phone call. Called 8 times on Monday morning at 7am only to get ahold of them at 7:40 asking if my car is completed. The man who answered was trying to find where my car was because he was not my service advisor. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes, but he never did. I decided to drive down there because I needed my car whether it was completed or not. The oil change was completed but the diagnostic test was not. The service advisor that I spoke with said it was a lengthy process which is why it was not completed. I would have been okay with that response if I would have received a phone call on Saturday letting me know that it would take awhile and if the website did not advertise a 2 minute check engine light inspection. The advisor also stated that he does not recommend driving my car because the codes of the catalytic converter and the emissions and a sensor. I asked if there was a print out of these issues and he said no because the diagnosis was not complete. Just not sure why my car was not ready on Monday morning after the oil change appointment was Friday at 5:15. If I wouldn’t have dropped my car off and I would have stayed for the appointment it would have been done by 6:00pm when the service department closes. But since I dropped it off it wasn’t even done Monday morning. It would have been different if I would have had some sort of contact as to what was happening. I was unaware that an oil change and a test for the check engine light takes multiple days. Not worth the $80 oil change!

    The vehicle was advertised, hubby went to view it but they couldn't find the key. Made an appointment for the next day to drive it, they were" detailing" it could we come 3 hours later? No. Made an appointment for 9am the next morning...salesguy called at night and changed it to 8a.m. OK. THEN that sales guy called us THREE TIMES AT 3:30-3:40A.M.!! We got there at 8 a.m. guy no showed. Guy that went with us was an AWFUL backseat driver!! Things weren't detailed, things didn't work on it. We walked away and bought elsewhere. Not a positive experience

    I went to look for a car. My hope's were not high because of what the auto industry is going through today. I did speak to a very polite and honest salesman. He tried to help me with a few options but it was not what I wanted. I will say if you want a Corvette or a Camaro they did have a nice selection. As we all are hoping for things to improve overall I will return and look again to see if there are more cars to look at.

    Brought my truck in for oil change/service. I ask 3 times up front, please make sure tires get rotated - she assured me that’s part of it and they do it. It didn’t get done. New truck, never roared before so vary easy to tell. They asked the mechanic if he did it, he didn’t remember. ( If that’s the case, then there should a service/quality checklist with each vehicle on whatever is completed.. giving everyone the assurance the work was done. Receipt also showed air filter changed… was it really? Also there were long streaks on my door window that wasn’t there, all over. Again quality checklist, take the extra min to ensure everything is done.

    I was going to pay cash for a vehicle. It was a high sales tactic experience. Valentino pressured me to fill out an application for just trying to find the price of the vehicle. I confirmed with him four times that the credit check was not a hard inquiry. The second I left the dealership without agreeing to anything, i got an email from Experian. They placed a hard inquiry on my credit report.

    I came from far out of town for the deal, and I was completely satisfied with the experience. I got the value for the trade-in I wanted, and the truck I wanted. I pretty much bought the Chevrolet Colorado sight unseen, and that was a bit of a risk, but it paid off. I'm really happy with the truck!

    Worst service department experience ever. It has been over 24 hours and Midway Chevrolet still has our car without any communication from the service department. We dropped our car off at 9AM yesterday for a simple oil change. No calls and no texts. We have called 4 times and texted twice to find out when our car will be ready. No one knew what was going on with our car. I'm starting to think they gave our car to the wrong person or it was stolen. Beware of this service department who can't handle a simple oil change in 24 hours!

    Overall, pretty good experience. I had set up an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly. Shortly thereafter I test drove the truck. Then came time for the process that no one likes, the back and forth haggling. In the end I believe I paid a fair price. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the fact that I just purchased this new truck with all the bells and whistles and no one gave me an orientation as to what does what. Maybe my fault, I didn’t ask? I was tired, just want to go home. My salesperson, Tennessee, was top notch. Would recommend this dealership.

    I'd give 0 stars if I could. I bought a 2016 Kia Sedona about 18 months ago from Midway Chevrolet, along with their in-house silver package extended warranty through MPP. I have put just over 5,000 miles on this vehicle in 18 months and my engine needs replaced due to "failed" head threads. Neither Midway Chevrolet nor MPP have been helpful. My claims to MPP have been denied and calls go unreturned. Midway has offered no assistance beyond giving me a clunker trade in deal, with an outrageous payment to cover the cost of both vehicles. I have been informed by other reputable car lots to contact BBB and the Attorney General as well as to fight MPP on this because Extended warranties are meant to cover failed parts. I will be following through with this advice first thing Monday morning. I am a single mother of 2, taking care of my bed ridden veteran father full time. My income is limited. This has been an awful experience dealing with Midway and I can't say when I bought the car it was a pleasant one either. The Kia dealership that found that issue told me MPP is by far the hardest warranty company to deal with. My advice, shop around, both companies are awful to deal with.

    Donnie was our sale associate and the experience was great. We somehow ended up the the car i wanted but never thought would be possible. 10 out of 10. Finacen department was excellent as well. Friendly staff and one of the only dealerships with decent inventory.

    I just have to say I was pretty disappointed with the dealership, specific to one issue--their electric car charging station was not functional, despite communications that it is encouraged and free to use. Without a lot of options available to me to charge, this really put me in a bind trying to get back to Flagstaff. I tried calling in advance multiple times to ensure it was working, and never got an answer. When I tried it upon arriving, it did not work and I got what amounted to a shrug of the shoulders that it wasn't working, with no guidance, recommendations, or attempts to fix it. It ended up adding a couple hours to my trip because I was lucky enough to locate a charging station at a Wal Mart in Glendale. It's a specific issue but significant because it's the first time I've really second guessed my purchase of an electric car. On top of that, things are allowed to not work sometimes, but the attitude was extremely apathetic. I was just left pretty high and dry.

    We had a very unique situation and I bought out my lease with Orlando and Ray who were absolutely amazing! Super easy process with them. Prior to meeting Orlando and Ray we had a meeting with JP/Ma Se and it was terrible! We scheduled the appointment days in advance then when we showed up he said he didn't know how to help us with the lease buyout (it was in mother in laws name and she moved across the country so it was a weird situation but a heads up would've been nice) but continued to show us other cars we could lease/buy when I was clear I wanted to keep my car. Frustrating start but Orlando and Ray spent time and energy to make sure they fixed it and we got it handled the way it should've been handled initially. I will do more business with this dealership and I highly recommend Orlando Sanchez (sales rep) and Ray (manager). Their efforts to right the wrong completely blew me away and I am one satisfied customer.

    Originally I was asked to come in since they had a truck I wanted on the lot for sale but turned out to be a sales pitch just to get me in the door. Since then, different salesmen have been called numerous times and even after I have told them to stop calling since I purchased a truck somewhere else. Tonight's late call was the last straw. Do not give them your phone number. 2 stars for the nice corvettes in the showroom.

    One of the most incompetent dealerships I've dealt with. Scheduled an appointment to look at my brand new silverado for overheating. I pull in and they say it will be 3 or 4 days before they can even look at it. So what was the point of scheduling an appointment if you weren't going to look at it. Talking to Hugh and Dragon(the service manager) proved to be less than worthless as they don't value others time. They literally expected to warehouse my truck for 3 or 4 days before looking at it, leaving me without a vehicle. Here's an idea, don't schedule appointments to look at cars until you're actually ready to look at them. Thank you for wasting my time. Please save your copy and paste responses, I've already called and tried to discuss the issue of wasting my time. I even bought this truck through their family program....

    do not buy from this dealer they do not offer any kind actual service i bought a new 2020 traverse they still have not given me what was promised all they say is back order and its been over 3 months now for some rim caps and when i took the car in the service department told me we don't like doing cars with interlock systems even though i paid for the best warranty for this car they are zero help and complete liars. they also mark there used cars up to rates 10 thousand dollars higher than when the car rolled off the showroom floor brand new in 2020. save yourself the hassle go anywhere other than this dealer

    We had an appointment at 8 am for an oil change did not get our car till 5:30 PM . Did not get a call or email in regards to the service being done and the advisor Victor had already left. Had to call the service desk 3 times before someone answered for further information and Cesar was so kind to let us know that Victor had already left and that the car was done. 8 hours of waiting. Dragon the service manager had already left and could not help explain the miscommunication.

    Terrible customer service, awful treatment, bought a vehicle out of state, I paid to have the new car shipped to me they refused to pay the driver when they delivered my trade in vehicle to them, I can’t live with doing people dirty because I have respect for people so I paid the driver, car arrived without gas on red, inside not detailed, no car mats and no second key. They couldn’t care less once the papers were signed about providing quality service. I cannot even get copies of my loan docs. Buyer beware!!

    The service complete on my vehicle was fine but having something stolen out of my car is what makes me not want to ever come back. And to have the situation covered up as if I didnt see what I saw is the problem. I will never come back to this dealership. To have an advisor steal out of your vehicle destroys the experience. Thank God my vehicle was serviced properly but I will not return and I'll advice anyone I know to not go there either based off theft. How are you putting plastic in my vehicle and pocketing a phone at the same time. C'mon your advisors are already at work and stealing from paying customers is unprofessional and makes Chevrolet look extremely bad.

    Oil Change took 4.5 hours Asked for 2 additional services and tech did not complete. Rain visor is starting to peel off- he states dealership did not have glue to repair. Did not offer options as to when or if it was being ordered. There is a part on the bottom of the car that is hanging. I advised I ran over something on the road. He told me it was the brake line and did not fix. This is the 3rd time I requested services that were not rendered. Very disappointed

Dealer add on's was even doubled than what was on the sticker. Highly recommend not to buy from this dealer. My husband agreed with them over phone and text MSRP and when paper work came a surprise.     Bad service with all the financial staff! At MIDWAY CHEVROLET at 23rd Ave and Bell Rd! They sold me a 2020 suv that had transmission problems leaking oil that they supposed fixed when they didn’t went back and tryed to trade it for another vehicle suv that made me sign papers a contract and said it’s approved! So I left came back a week later and they were all mad at me for no reason!! Why would you let some one drive off and signed papers if there not going to approve the sale! Never going back to this location!

    I had a simple thermostat issue which is less than $40 for my 2014 Dodge Charger. It's hard for this place to answer phone calls and get back with customers. They tried to charge me $555 just to change it. I didn't allow my car to be serviced. I changed the part myself for less than $40 dollars. The OEM thermostat that was use was $25 plus the coolant price. If you know you have to pay for service it's best to find other prices elsewhere first.

    I will never buy another car from this dealership. They are fast to sell you a car but when it comes to the servicing department they have no idea what is going on. Our car was supposed to be there for 3 hours dropped it off at 9am had to call to find out if they were done with our car they didn't call back until 4:30pm on a Friday. I went back to pick it up and guess what now I need a new tire and theh still have my car and I can't get it back till monday. Thank you for wasting my time and also charging me for something that should have been fixed with a plug. Oh well if anyone reads this please just don't go here save yourself the headache and your wallet will thank you too. Update now that I got my car I now have another problem they cracked my windshield and now I need to get it replaced which the dealer said they would do and also they gave me a different tire than the other 3 tires which is disappointing. Can't believe I still have to deal with them even after they charged me $160 for a new tire....

    I brought my 2013 Chevy Equinox in for an oxygen sensor recall, and to get it checked out because it was stalling often on the road while idling. I was told that the vehicle needed a new engine and that it would cost $13,000!!! (I bought it for $6,000). I then brought it elsewhere and had it repaired that same day for $450. So basically, I was lied to by the service advisor so that the dealership could rip me off and make some money! It is very sad to know that Midway Chevrolet is more interested in making money by lying to people rather than helping people.

    First off shout out to Tennessee for having a very warm welcoming to the midway Chevrolet building when I first walked up. She made me feel a no pressure environment once I was talking about a vehicle to purchase. Secondly Alex and Tennessee worked with me with the long grueling process (which is not there fault) of being approved by the banks. Alex came time and time again with new opportunities for me being comfortable with this purchase thx man! Lastly Steve Garcia with the icing on the cake was a pro’s pro.     Had a good experience when setting up my appointment over the phone but the service when I was dropping off my car and picking it up was terrible. I was told to ask for George and did so, then was asked to wait. But then had two separate people come to my car in the span of 30 minutes asking what I needed. George never actually showed up someone else did. Then I never received a call, as I was told would happen, when my car was finished. It was three days before I called myself, worried. Then when given instructions on who to ask for when I went to pick up my car I expected better. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes, as directed by the sign. No one ever came. It was close to closing, about 44 minutes, and I was worried that they'd wrap up before someone actually showed up. I went outside to search for someone. The first man that approached, whose name I have forgotten unfortunately, was extremely rude. He asked what I was doing with such attitude it took me back. Every answer I have him as to who and what I was looking for was met with disdain and rolled eyes. I waited 30 minutes for someone to find my car. I never even saw Hugh, who I was directed to ask for this time. At the point o was very flustered and didn't know what to do to combat such an attitude. It overall seemed like one of those times where if I was a man instead I'd be treated with more respect and actual courtesy. I'd recommend investing in a customer service department so no one has to deal with this by talking directly to this unorganized disrespectful team again.

    Let me start by saying I should've gone to Midway Chevrolet first. I spent multiple weekends in dealerships all over the Phoenix area looking for the best deal only to be disappointed by the total cost and the additional fees that other dealerships were including. This is not Midway Chevrolet. I worked with Joseph Koenig, the financial service director, and he worked with me to get me the best deal possible, AND FAST! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I know I got the best deal I could have on the car. I strongly recommend going to Midway FIRST, before you waste your time at another dealership trying to negotiate on the fees. Thanks to everyone at Midway Chevrolet for making this possible.     The team at Midway was willing to work to make the deal. They listened to what the customer is looking for and did everything they could to meet those expectations. Since I was the customer, I was the focus whereas at other dealerships, the sales rep would try to multitask. They don’t have the additional dealer markup like other places have.     I usually do all mechanical work on my cars myself (I was previously a mechanic), but in the past, when there are things I can't do myself, I have had relatively good luck getting them taken care of by these guys. However, after this experience I will definitely NOT be taking my Yukon there for any more work. My dash cams verified what I feared. They did nothing to the Yukon beyond shuttle back and forth between the back lot and the customer driveway. I provided very specific instructions to Hugo Sanchez on how to reproduce a transmission fluid leak (when parked on a “steep” incline for more than two hours it would leak). They kept my vehicle for TWO days and did nothing more than park it on the customer driveway (there is hardly an incline at all) the first day and then left it on the back lot the entire rest of the time. They didn’t raise it “in the air” for a visual inspection. They didn’t park it on a steeper incline as I advised after the first day (when no leaks appeared on the flat driveway), even when Hugo promised they would. It didn’t move for an entire day until I went to pick it up the next night. Also, when trying to call the service department both days (and when trying to make an appointment) the phone would just ring and ring. Nobody picked up! After three different attempts (about ten minutes apart) each day, I finally was able to speak with someone about my vehicle. Finally, when at the service department picking up my vehicle it took over 45 minutes for them to retrieve it after I spoke with someone about picking it up! There were other people standing around like me waiting for their vehicles as well. I don’t know what has happened to this facility, but it is in desperate need of help. I will not return. If you are considering using this place for your vehicle service needs, I would not recommend this place at all. You have been warned. In response to the "response" from the dealer in the form of the number for me to call: I provided enough information in this review for you to identify and contact me if you wanted to. Your "boilerplate"/"copy/paste" response shows that you care about public perception but not enough to care about the customer. Too bad for you in this case.

    This was the absolute worst service experience ever! Caesar the service advisor had our car for 3 weeks with zero communication! Dragon the customer service manager is just as bad and doesn’t return phone calls. This place has horrible reviews on Yelp! Over 400 terrible reviews!!! I wish we knew before taking our vehicle in. We will never go there again! Do yourself a favor, avoid this place!

    DO NOT GO HERE. Especially for service. They have an older guy that works there that is really rude. Even when you tell them something you want done on your car they do what they want. Bought a car from here and wanted tint and the car spruced up before I bought it. They did the tint not even as dark as I wanted and then left stuff all over my door panels. Didn't even wipe them down or clean the car up. They also were doing a touch up on the paint and did a half a** job leaving several places untouched and sticky stuff that I will have to pay to buff out. Totally disappointed. Should have went somewhere else.

    I was a serious customer and called Midway about three times before going over to see the car I wanted. I drove three hours to get to the dealership from my home in Yuma after Thanksgiving dinner after I was assured that the vehicle I wanted was there before they closed and before they opened the next day. I arrived that Friday as soon as they opened at 0600 to find out the vehicle was not there and would not be there for several more weeks. I was ok and tried to make a deal on another truck (I have it in writing). I was told the truck was at the railroad yard and would be at the dealer in a few hours. It wasn’t. They called me back and said it was sold and then I asked about another truck and they said that was sold. I bought a truck in Tucson but I went above my budget. I have received two calls from Midway with apologies but no way to fix it (i.e come in and we will make things right). They asked why they lost my business. On top of that I had my 2 month old son with us all over town and the Tucson and all because I was ready to make a deal and they did not have what they said. Very disappointed…

    Traded in my Ford Focus at a tent event for a Kia Forte, Midway left the Ford at the tent event parking lot and called me WEEKS later asking where the vehicle was. A Year or 2 later I trade in the Kia for a Chevy spark in 2019(which I am still receiving calls about in regards to me still owning it) then down the line I upgrade from the Spark to a Chevy Trax which I loved but unfortunately by dog had passed away in the car so I went to ABC NISSAN and traded that in.     This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had repairing a Vehicle. I was charged $3000 to replace a radio and put a few grommets in. I was told it would take a week and it took almost a month. Other shops owned by friends quoted the job at less than $600 and a 3 day turn around. When I called out the service rep for his poor expectation management he cited a technical issue and how I wasn’t familiar with supply chain issues. Though when I dropped it off I was told he would have no problems having it completed in a week. He also said he felt like POS and a wet nurse which was very strange. The Vehicle was given back with something on the interior and a bag of trash in the passenger seat with no context. I will be making sure no one I know goes here for service or vehicle purchasing.

    This is why I don't like to go to dealerships. You have posted not responsible for chip windshields and cracks. Then you take videos of the cars to make sure you can't be blamed for any nics,scratches, dings, chips or broken windows. If employees know that there are chips on the glass after looking the car over, please let your customer know. Then that gives the customer the option not to get a car wash that's going to cost them a brand new windshield. The second upsetting thing as a customer service is you pull up the car, you hand over the keys, you ask are there any other questions. You don't even bother to tell the customer that your windshield is cracked. I won't be back. Your complimentary treat (cracked windshield) was not appreciated. One more thing, you can't even reset the tire pressure the gauge or whatever that thing is after you do an oil change so I'm supposed to run around with this car that has your 512 miles over your maintenance. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, but you tell me you don't know all the cars recoding. They are all different. Maybe your mechanics could get educated and read about this and how to finish it. I don't want to drive around with that not being reset. what's going to happen the next time I need something?

    We bought a truck on September 8th. Not even a week later our motor went out in the truck. For two weeks we were refused a rental vehicle, when ty very unwillingly provided one. Now it’s almost been a month and they still haven’t even approved to fix our vehicle. No one will return our phone calls, keep us updated and the service has been Terrible. If I could give them a 0 I would. Do not go to midway Chevrolet.     This dealer services damaged my car during an oil change - I've called and called and Called to get the GM after my first post it only to an hour for them to contact me I took my car back after they called of course they fixed one part and told me there dealership did not damage this car So I'm driving around in a damaged car because I won't pay for them to fix it- I have no idea what could cause both the driver headlight to pop out, along with a damaged driver door, so I'm just waiting to find out what other damages will take place in the short future- I still have not heard from the GM concerning my issues, guess the receptionist that came out when picking up my car made sure of that- this place went from a five star a year ago to 0 take your vehicle to any other dealership certified GMC/Chevy service professional

(The only reason they get 1 star is that they were smart enough to hire a great fiance manager. ) What started as a 0 🌟 (star) experience was 100% turned around by the final manager. She reached out until a fair resolution was realized and my family was made whole. When another concern arose due to the original issue 😒; she listened patiently, completed a timely thorough investigation (while I waited), and gave me the necssary proof for the bank claim. Then she took another mile + step because she saw I was having trouble with my recent dental work, and got me a meal with drink so I could take my medicine. (DON'T EXPECT her to do this FOR EVERYONE.) She is a 10 🌟 employee who unknowingly proved to my teens that there are a few kind, compassionate adults "like their mom" . I can see why she is a great pick as manager. (Midway, word to the wise, keep her because she SALVAGED a horrible situation. 🧐)

    It took about 10 attempts over 2 days to get someone to answer the phone in the service department to even get my vehicle scheduled for service. The service was fine, but upon pickup again there was no one around willing to help. There was one guy helping people while 5 or 6 guys sat in their offices as a long line formed out in the heat.

    I made an 11am appointment a week in advance for a simple oil change as I work 55 hours a week and have little free time. After an hour and a half, I'm starting to get frustrated. Finally the service tech approaches me and says I have a nail in my tire and ask if they can fix it. Fine (I am curious why this took and hour and a half to figure this out). Now an additional hour later and I'm still waiting. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if it's going to take hours. And if this is the case, why wouldn't they tell you so that I could have made arrangements not to sit around this place. So it's been almost 3 hours (could be more as I'm writing this in their waiting room still without my car) for a simple oil change and patch on a tire. And this is with an appointment. Oh and the cherry on top is I have a service contract with them and purchased this car here 7 months ago. So I'm a good customer... If you have half a day to waste, then definitely come here.

    Made appt to purchase a camaro in shipping. Drove 40 minutes to be informed vehicle was sold last night. No other similar vehicle available. I would have appreciated a call before wasting my time. Bad business. Fyi, vehicle still listed.

    I have had good experiences with Midway, except for when I purchased my car I had to keep coming back in for things they kept forgetting to do. Overall they are very good and will make sure they take care of you. I came into the service department with an appointment to have my car serviced but the appointment was set for the wrong department and the service tech still took care of me and got my car finished in the time frame he gave me.

    We truly had an exceptional purchase experience at Midway Chevrolet. It started with our sales consultant Bill West. Bill is a true professional. He is and expert at his trade. He knows his vehicle inside and out. No pressure and he is concerned about his customer and that they are well informed about the vehicle they are purchasing. He follows up the sale also. The Finance Department was prepared and all paper work was taken care of in a short period of time. Joseph Koenig answered all extended warranty questions and Steve Garcia did a great job finishing up the purchase. We would highly recommend Bill West and Midway Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase.

    My second vehicle purchase from Midway was as AWESOME as my first purchase. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or a place to have their vehicle serviced. As always excellent customer service as well as wonderful car service. Only issue I had was the final bill was about $150 more than the initial quote and I received no prior heads up. Thank God I was able to pay it.

    Midway Chevrolet is where I have purchased my last 3 vehicles over the years and they are consistent, have excellent quality of vehicles, and are willing to work hard to earn and keep your business. Everything from sales to financing is a great experience. Ask for Bill West when you go in to purchase a new vehicle, he is extremely knowledgeable and has been there for a long time, so he knows the vehicles and inventory. He will get you in the right vehicle and you will come out relaxed and happy!

    Excellent experience all the way around. I worked with Martin and Corey on purchasing a new truck on 8/21. They were both great guys and in was a hassle free experience. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They acted like they were there to help us make the best decision, not just sell us something. We also worked with Michael in finance and he was very helpful too. The dealership itself was very laid back and pleasant. I score these folks high across the board and would certainly recommend Midway to friends and family.

    Anthony was great, he helped me from beginning to end. Also he drove my older vehicle back home when I purchased the one. Financing took too long to complete the transaction. I didn’t know that for pre approved loans, proof of income was necessary at the dealer place. Other than the 3.5 hour wait, everyone was helpful.

    I bought this car a month ago with the tire pressure sensor broken. They assured me that they would fix it with no cost at my first check up. My battery died a few days ago and they told me this is not covered by the gold warranty that I pay for also they cannot do it because I bought a Honda not a Chevrolet. They also told me that I will have to pay for the pressure sensor out of pocket as that is not covered and they don’t know who told me that. I would not recommend this place to anybody I know and if you do have to expect for your entire day to be spent there and possibly the next. The only reason I have to deal with them once again is I bought a car from midway Nissan and the next day the transmission was slipping so I traded it in paying more money for this car.

    Midway Chevrolet is the absolute worst place to go for anything. The salespersons are majorly high pressure. The service department is slow and useless. It took more than 6 hours for an oil change. I went back because I had a free oil change left and they told me it was going to be 4 hours, that’s ridiculous. I took my car to Sands Chevrolet and had the oil change and 15,000 mile maintenance done it 2 hours. I’ll never return to midway.

    Brought in my car on an appointment first thing in the morning for a simple oil change. I sat and waited for 20 minutes until someone acknowledged me. Then they said it would take 2 hours which is already insane. It took almost 4. When I called to ask about the status of my car, I had to call THREE times because I kept getting hung up on. When I finally talked to someone they were extremely rude and pretty much told me “it’ll be done when it gets done” and have me no estimate of when it’ll be done. When I called again, I was told my number would be given to the service advisor and they would call me. When I picked my car up, there were oily hand prints on my door and window from where the tech opened and shut the door. Mind you I JUST detailed the car and it’s black so the hand prints stand out. Overall poor service and not at all what should be delivered by a dealer. Take your business to a dealer that actually shows a little professionalism. Now time to go wash my car after I spent $200 on a detail job.

    These people don't know what they're doing. Was told a vehicle was sold. The next day I was called back by them saying that there was another one and available I told them to assure me of that and to double check which they did and told me it was available. I drove all the way over there (30 min drive) to find out that that vehicle was sold the day before. They knew what they were doing. Typical salesperson mentality.

    Had a car picked out, and deal approved. Than I get a call from someone (that I not was dealing with) telling me the car sold. Whole process was a mess, and now I have run credit but have no car. Couldn’t even get a call back from the sales person that was helping me. Whole process made zero sense, and I’m left with a loss of time and new ding on my credit… Customer beware.
