Friendly casual service, walking in I could tell the Owner/Manager has a lil community going on with the customers. They offer reasonable prices and negotiation is very fair. Definitely will go here again.

Very greatly organized for the space that they are delt with, plus the are the nicest people I've ever met working at any business (such sweet hearts). I would definitely give them more of my business to shop at their shop.

Brought a Coach purse to pawn/sell in great condition. The chick asked how much in looking for. Told her I wanted to know my options. She offered me $20 to sell and made a smart comment like, " I wouldn't pay $12 at the good will store!" Not a way to handle a first time customer. Wont be back!!!
Yes we did offer you $20 for the purse with the idea of selling for few dollars more. "The Chick" was able to find a purse like yours on Goodwill which sold for $18. My co-worker did NOT make a statement like the one you insinuated. Pawn Shops are businesses. Customers tend to think about their purchase price on items before they sell. Customers need to understand some items or brands depreciate much more quickly than others. Good luck with your purse.

Okay let's start with monica thanks for never returning my phone call that was unprofessional secondly the item you are selling which is a shoe is over priced and I tried to bargin with you . You where very clear specific when I called you at the store because you didnt call me back you said 200 FIRM that's all . Your at a pawn shop not footlocker come on. Your suppose to treat customers with respect not get upset because I didnt offer what u want on these shoes. Last rant is she basically told me she invested to much to sell for under 200 so instead of selling something at a reasonable price you would rather wait for someone who knows nothing about these to RIP off. Sounds like a pawn shop from prior post I seen you have great reviews I hope you didnt rip them off like you tried with me. I never walked in this store and I will will either. Please watch what you are buying it might be something they are up charging for because they overpaid on and dont want to bite the bullet on.

100% excellent experience from start to finish. Maria is an intelligent, top professional with a wonderful personality and sense of humor. She took the time to comprehensively evaluate my item, while keeping the atmosphere upbeat and fun. I wish all the people I work with were even a little bit like Maria. Poor customer service. I saw an item for sale on Facebook marketplace and once I arrived they didn’t know where it was. They claimed they had a lot of items like it but would need more time, to look through it and will message me. I agreed to come in this day to purchase items and they said to leave and they will message me pictures. Very very poor customer service. Rarely do I write reviews but what a waste of time. Why did you then have me come out to purchase this item and not have it ready! Go elsewhere *****Scott, I appreciate the response. Anyone who knows anything about business would know that your level of defensiveness is alarming and typically the sign of a guilty party. You’re employee personally apologized to me for your actions via FB messenger. If she had not deleted the conversation I’d post a picture. Enough said. You can chalk it up to a bad day or just opening but please don’t try to argue that this was my fault.
HI Michael. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience here at our store. And to be honest to all the readers, this was an unfortunate experience when the customer did not understand how we show our inventory of jewelry. Michael was messaging my co worker on a particular charm that we were selling on social media. He was interested in the item and my colleague told him that we had other types of jewelry in display and inventory but she would only be able to show the charm on social media and other jewelry in the showcase. Said customer came to our store unannounced (indicated he was coming 3 days earlier) and I showed him the piece of jewelry on Facebook and he did not like it. He asked to see others and I did tell him that I could not because we normally show base on appointment and that I could look for other pieces in my inventory and message him the following week. Michael was very upset and I apologize for that. I initially replied emotionally on this post because he was claiming that I did not show him the piece or was slow to do that. It was not until I spoke with my co-worker several days later I understood what transpired. I sent Michael a message in Facebook to try to rectify this situation. In response to this incident we will be more clear on social media that appointments need to be made so that we can pick similar items customers are looking for rather than showing everything which can be time-consuming and dangerous. I appreciate Michael for giving us a chance and I am sorry we let you down. Please call me if there is anything we can do to alleviate this experience. There is nothing deleted in Facebook and we care about our business and customers.

Scoot and his associate are very nice and helpful. I also know if I'm having as bad week or month i can rely on scoot for a loan on my valuables. Love the shop just wish it was bigger so I could get lost in all the hidden gems here. 😋😆😏
