It’s Saturday at 5:03 pm. They close at 6pm. I drove by and saw the outseire lights turned off I called amd one of the girls answered and said they were still open. I drive back. The two ladies are still sitting behind the counter and the door is locked and they signal me to leave. Sounds like they are just being lazy and turning off the front lights so they don’t have to work..

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!! Went here for title registration and plates b/c SOS is closed. The girl behind the counter was both rude and DISMISSIVE to me. The other workers were encouraging her to get rid of me! She didn't want to waste her time with trying to find a solution to my problem. Went to a different location and got everything I needed within 5 minutes.

I have been here 2 times in the span of 3-4 months and both times I have had Taylor help me out to register plates, and also to get a plate sticker, she is the kindness and she is such a professional, she helps you understand every step thats taken and reassures you that each step is done correctly. Next time I might pass up the spot just to have her help me. Thanks Taylor!

Do not go here for vehicle transactions. I stopped in here because the secretary of state office is closed on Mondays. Huge mistake! The person behind the counter failed to disclose that the Secretary of State has not been filing any of the paperwork they have been submitting since March due to Covid... They also do not fully understand why this is the case, and have no answers as to when this will be corrected. Had I known this upfront, I simply would've gone directly to the secretary of state to get my registration and title. On top of this, they charge $63 for the "privilege" of letting their office "file" your paperwork (that is not currently being accepted by the State). They do not print out an itemized receipt for the transaction. Save the money & hassle and go directly to the secretary of state to have your paperwork properly filed in an expedient manner by knowledgeable employees.

I had one horrible experience with some snobby young lady. She looked about 24-27, I told her exactly what I wanted and she had this dumb look on her face like she didn't want to do it. She also gave me an attitude for asking her to give me an envelope with a stamp on it. I can read energy well and she just doesn't give off a good vibe. But I love the rest of the staff. They take care of me without any problems! I'm giving it a 4 star only because I won't let one bad apple ruin the bunch.

Remarkable customer service !!! The staff went above and beyond in assisting me and my mother. Guillermo the manager was knowledgeable and a True Professional . He welcomed us with a smile and was willing to help at all times and answered all of questions right away. And Kim from the corporate she’s a life saver ! She’s AMAZING!!!!! Thank you! Went to transfer title for a car Lady cashier claimed that they accept only debit card , didn’t give a clear explanation of why is that.

Wal-Mart gave me a hard time cashing a payroll check because I was using my Florida State ID. They wanted proof of address, which I had none due to just moving to the area 3 weeks ago. I contacted corporate currency exchange and they sent me to the Lee st. Location. Becky was EXTREMELY helpful and processed my transaction quickly with no questions. My ID was valid, and my check drawn from a local payroll company. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I will be back.

Horrible customer service!!! Was there for 1 hour for nothing at the end they could not do anything. I was trying to pay my Tax for my new car and they would not take a check but Debit card and they want to charge me 2.5% fee Hmm on $4,000 thats $40 in his pocket because he only pays 1.5% fee the rest is the owner. not only than and i agreed but at the end he wanted my social security # ? Scam Artist . Do your self a favor go direct to DMV dont waste your time with this place!.
