Before signing any contract do your own research.This company obligates you to stay with them. Customer services is very bad.There was just a few people who you can talk to and feel good, and they didn't last much time. The one that are there for long term are the rude employee. THE BIG STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACTORY is because like I said before they obligates you to stay with them violating their contract that is just a 30 day notice.For sure if you want to get their release you are gonna need a lawyer.I wonder why they have so many good reviews, no way they can be real. WORST FACTORY EVER, they do not deserve even one start.

This is the worst Factoring Company ever. I am still fighting with them to get a buyout report and stop working with them. Even if I do not invoice anything for over a year. I was lucky, because I had another MC and a contract with another Factoring so I was able to move all my trucks there. But they still kept my money for over 10 months. (over 40k) Now they do not have anything from me. I ask them again to get buyout even if that is $0. Just to be able to go with another company. They do not answer on the phone, emails..etc. I also know a few other companies from the neighborhood had the same problem. When I talked to my lawyer, they told me that I am not the only one who has the same problem. There are a bunch of small companies. They take them when they start with business and they do not know anything about, and then if they try to get away from them, they start playing with them. Also, I found on facebook that most of their good reviews are fake. On BBB they have 1/5 stars........etc. I have been in their office a few times. Does not work. Wasting my time. I hope all this will help someone to make a good decision when looking at St John as an option for Factoring Company. So Stay far far far away from this company.

I simply ask for a Letter of Release. We have not used them since 2019. They ignore my emails, phone calls and also blocked one of their email addresses from me AND blocked me on their FB page from commenting. They get NO stars from me, zero but this forces you to give them a one ⭐️ ! Worst customer service ever and still have not received LoR.

I will not recommend Saint john. Their staff is really unprofessional and very rude, I gave a message to LORA and I told her please enter in your system but today I talked to Zack and he said there is no message. They never communicate with carriers. They start to follow up with brokers after 3 months and never tell you what's going on. start chargeback and never ever reply to emails. They don't have enough employees and their software is not that helpful and good. I honestly never ever recommend this fu__ing factor. If the owner of this factory company sees my message then I want him to reply. 000000⭐️

The worst ever. I don't understand why people put good reviews. Thay are the worst choice of my life. Be verry carefool, they have hiding fees for buy out invoices, communication it is verry bad, the service it is extremely slow. They never let you know there is a problem with any paper or broker, or any other issue related with your factor, they just charge you. Be verry carefool with this factoring. The bigger mistake of my life.

I cannot express how many issues I had with this company. Horrible customer service. They switch you around from Carlos, to Zack, to Steven, and then to Vince who is the underwriter. They hold on to your money and say we are reviewing documents. I do not recommend even to my enemies to get on board with this company but rather go anywhere else. It is not worth the stress, pain, and turmoil in my bones from these people. I wish no one to ever come across this company unless they want to feel pain, stress, and want to talk to SAINT JOHN all day. If you have nothing to do, please call Saint John, they will talk to you.

I have been using Saint John Capital since last August and I have not been disappointed at all. I was shown how to use their system. It is very easy to use and I never have had a late payment. There is literally a “Get Paid” button on their software that lets my drivers upload a picture of the signed bill of landing. This lets my accounting staff generate invoices and upload them to QuickBooks and they get paid instantly. The staff is great to work with, they always answer my calls and if I leave a message they call me back quickly. There are no issues with SJC!

I would never recommend this company for factoring. They are not responsible companies, DO NOT Hurd YOUR company. They never tell you that they are going to run up your credit score and it hurts your credit. Their customer service worst they don't answer the phone no response to the email as well. We try to set up 4 active companies. We waited for them for almost a month with no response. It did hurd our company and credit score for late payment. We couldn't make the invoices.

i wouldn't recommend this company poor service, poor communications, poorly oriented employees, a lot of suprises anytime you log into your account, changing the website without any communication with their clients, so you have to call them how to bill your loads, now you can not check payments history Broker to Factoring online, so I have to waist my time to call them to find out which of my invoices has been already paid. they are changing the rules too often with no clients information. they put recently into "not approved" one of my best broker without any information, despite the broker pays on time to factoring, they have just collected payments for bunch of invoices on time and this broker with pretty decent credit score at DAT power board is still "not approved" i'm getting sick of it. ps. I'm a customer for couple years, service is getting worse with every year!

I’m always skeptical and did notice there were a lot of 5 star positive reviews which brought a red flag to my attention. Even really good companies will have some sort of negative reviews and will try to work with the customer instead of just replying “thank you for your review”. I understand they are some difficult customers out there, but every negative review I read has “thank you for your review”? I would like to point out that it’s proven statistically that upset people are more likely to leave a review vs someone who is really happy with the service. That’s why I thought all the positive reviews looked very suspicious. I used to work for a company where the owner would pressure clients to leave a positive review in exchange for something (gift card or discount), so this does not surprise me. I just hope to help other people to do their research and start reading the negative reviews first, because more likely than not they are more truthful than all those bought positive reviews. Do research on the company, on the owner, and if you get an interview make sure you ask a lot of questions such as turnover. Don’t be scared, remember this is a two way street.
