CreditBox.com E Devon Ave, Des Plaines

Started a chapter 13 more than a year ago. They have proceeded to attempt to order 2 more judgements against me in a fully compliant active bankruptcy. Thankfully the stop payment was caught by my lawyer before the judgment could actually garnish my checks. The shere fact that their legal team is trying to pursue an active bankruptcy case is unethical and quite frankly lazy and/or scandalous. It's also petty. I owed them less then 1000 dollars at original time of delinquency and they fully exploited the laws on interest rates and came after me for more than 4000. This company spends way too much on company reclaim of lost funds pretending to claim they understand financial difficulties. If you are truly in need of a loan please search elsewhere if there is even a chance you may default on your payments. They will end up costing you much much more than your situation will In the end. Also their internal reviews are fake and more than likely employees or executives thinking they are clever and using the internal reviews to filter out the bad ones. The company doesn't post one situation at less then 5 stars on their web page and have a pittiful 2.1 star rating on google. If you have to fake your reviews entirely your company is worthless. My company earns their 5 star reviews and we hold 5 stars on google (keemer plumbing). Final words and opinions. This company is worthless to humanity.

I have never applied a loan from CreditBox.com and they as sending me messages regarding the same. I am getting message from whatsapp no and every morning , don't apply and do not download this app they are fraud company . i have request google team please take a action in this company and band the application play store.

Horrible company and horrible people working there... extremely unprofessional and rude...on top of the fact they lie to you and charge you to death in interest...I called with concerns and was berated by the employee on the phone... maybe all us customers who were and are treated badly should get together and file a class action suit 🤔 Definitely do not recommend!!!!

Don't ever get a loan from this place! I have been struggling to make the payments and everytime I try to ask for help I get blown off. I am always told to contact this David person and everytime I call he is always unavailable!! How can you possibly be unavailable when the client calls 5 times in one day!!!!! Your not unavailable you just don't want to be bothered!!! Horrible place! Stay away!

fraud app. i have not taken a loan from this app.. but they are forcing me to pay the amount.. they will contact you in whatsapp, and the number they have messaged was not the company customer care number, total fraud, without giving loan, they will force you to pay....please dont download this app...

I didn't get the loan.but they keep sending messages from different numbers and threatening messeges. I tried to call that number no one responded. Waste app.worst app.dont download.very worst

I took a loan out with this company back in 2017, their customer service was good when i first got my loan but got worse towards the end of being done. I paid it off at the end of 2017 maybe beginning of 2018 and now I’m 2020 I get a letter that I have a law suit against me for not paying my loan? Very interesting since it was paid off 3 years ago. AND the amount is for more than what my loan was for. Seriously messed up company.

They were great to me. They were understanding knowing I was in maternity leave with no income and deferred my payments for me until I got back to work.
