I applied first time and it took 4 to 5 days. In that time not one person contacted me during the process. They made their own decision on paying off another loan I had from another company, again, not one person contacted me to discuss my options. It took another 24 plus hours before finally getting me a western union code, and again NOT one person reached out to about anything. I had to call several times only to be told they were reviewing my information. I was made to feel like an inconvenience for calling and trying to reach someone other than a front desk person. I applied again a few weeks later because my first loan was at Christmas and was under $700 to me after paying a loan off that I did NOT approve. It's almost been a year since my car accident and I'm now fully disabled and still have one, possibly 2 surgeries that have to be done. They denied my second loan and even getting updated information it was a waste of time. I hope I can find a place that will pay this company off so I never have to deal with them again.

They are the worst loan service I've dealt with I was needing some assistance and I was expecting a one or two day turnaround not over a week communication is terrible even after submitting all my information they could not even complete the paperwork on there end they advertise 24hr turnaround more like 24days. I called up following up on the status of my case and still were unable to complete in a timely manner even after all information is provided I realized if this is the service they provide I can only imagine it will get worse I decided to stop the loan process cause they fail to complete it on time. I would not recommend Oasis Financial to anyone. Best way to put it stay away from Oasis Financial save yourself from the stress you'll get from there process and lack of communication.

I applied for an advancement with Oasis Financial. I was told it would take a few days, it took a month, I was approved, then I was denied right before the money was to be released. Had Oasis had been fair and upfront, I could have went with another company, instead of waiting a month for an approval on Wednesday, then on Thursday morning before releasing the funds, they denied me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We as customers are facing real hardship, which is the reason we seek financial assistance, they didn’t disclose this information, but they do a credit check on both the applicant and their spouses without informing that they do so. At the same time this is an advancement based on a pending lawsuit, that both the attorney and applicant signs and agree. that guarantees their money back. Long post, please be aware go with another leading company and save yourself the Hassle of the undone, the unfair headache.

Reading over these reviews I feel like some of the people actually work for oasis! I got injured at work had to have surgery they talk to my attorney they approve me for two loans took forever had a second surgery applied for more assistance because I have three children at home and my TTD checks were not coming on time. The lady was very rude would not let me speak to my case manager and kept saying that it was final review that I reached my limit I said really how could I have reached my limit when it says that you loan anywhere from $500-$100,000 and I had only been at 7500 with a Workmen’s Comp. case two surgeries and my lawyer said I’m looking at about $400,000! My lawyer them self which is a huge law firm in Chicago said that they have never heard of someone telling you when a lawyer approves it that you have reached your max complete disappointment they are very rude they charge you an arm and a leg because they know that you were in a financial bind due to some thing that you cannot control! I believe in karma and they will get theirs 😡😡😡😡

This company absolutely did me no help at all the representatives are very rude and impatient I wouldn’t recommend for any minorities I was paid out $1000 in a loan and was told I was maxed out of funding but my friend who is white recommended me received a total of $10,000 and my settlement was by far more then his. This just shows what there underwriters really base there decisions on

The people from Oasis was kind and friendly it didn't take them long to talk to my lawyer and get the process going. It was quick, simple and easy to receive the money and the whole process. I will choose Oasis Financial again. And getting the money didn't take that long.

I was expecting a certain amount and end up almost $200 short. I had needed the whole thing that I requested and not taking out the money I needed it, but I really appreciate the swiftness and it was very pleasant talking to the agents there, and I appreciate my attorneys signing as soon as they did thanks I was able to help my family when they needed me, and had some change for myself, Thanks again Oasis.

I would not recommend Oasis. Primarily because "they stated that they did not trust me". I have always tried to live my life transparently. However, I would assume they have help others.

The option of available help during process of settlement than waiting...was tremendously acceptable. Due too the lack of extra help on the back in of extra 500 on 2nd loan I took off a star.

Definitely choose OASIS FINANCIAL for your financial woes. They provide sufficient funding for your needs as long as you meet the requirements. My settlement came, they got paid, and now im working on another loan with another settlement case. Im telling you. OASIS IS THE PLACE TO CALL...

I called them and told him what kind of case I have going the girl says oh yes we Landing Linda gets that so get an email later on so they need information about my case I tell the girl the same thing I told the first woman rockhold in the second girl says I will we don't wind against that we only do personal injury cases so obviously they don't know what they are doing

The customer service was non existent. I have my wife authorisation to speak on my behalf the lady on the other end became extremely rude to the point I had to remind her we didn't need any attitude. Getting the funding after getting approved was nightmare. Most of the information provided or should I say not provided was inaccurate. The fees are outrageous. The phone waiting time were horrendous. I was on hold for 2 hours at one point. Hearing over and over our business is valued was laughable given the poor customer service. I only used Oasis because I had no choice. One thing is certain. I'll never use oasis for any reason ever again. What they charge vs the customer service and lack of ease getting money simply isn't worth it. I honestly don't know how they remain in business given the poor customer service and inability to talk to customers with respect or dignity.

Well I can say a few things about Oasis. My fiancé and I were both hurt in an accident in 2015, we didn't start using Oasis until October of 2017, but we have both used Oasis the first time we were kind of upset because it says get your money in 24-48 hours, but I guess our case was a bit complicated so it did take 5 days but there was a weekend. Our next experience was a 2 or 3 day. So it was better, then I did mine I filled app out at 9 that morning had my money by 4 great. So Oasis does everything they can to make sure you get the Lian even if it does take a little longer to review your case. All I can say is Thanks Oasis because we may have lost everything if it were not for y'all. I know the works by name and they are kind and courteous and try to do what they can to make the process go fast and efficiently. It also helps to have a lawyer that gets the papers you need to get them as fast as possible, and our lawyer was great for helping us get the necessary paperwork they needed to get us approved. Again thanks again to the whole Oasis team and I highly recommend working with this company. Don't think there rates are unreasonable, because they take the chance of you may lose your case. So stop before you think the rates are unreasonable they are taking all the risk. Great Company!!!

$199 to get money transferred by Western Union. 26 hours later, I'm still waiting and Oasis will not help me!!! But you know they won't have a problem collecting their almost 100 percent interest rate!!! No customer service at this company. Once this transaction is done Ill not use Oasis again. I should have known when they lost my application yesterday that this was going to be a difficult situation!

Wow! I applied out of interest in obtaining a new car to get me to and from doctors appointments. I have an active workman's comp claim and am doing ok financially speaking so I thankfully wasn't in dire need just sick of renting cars 2 times a month. I was contacted promptly by someone I gave them the info they asked for and they contacted my attorney. Everything went well I was approved quickly for 10k$. I through the 10k$ figure out as a feeler to see what rates I would be looking at and so forth. After reading the paperwork I wisely chose not to accept the terms of the loan offered. I asked the "case manager" if I could pay loan back on my own in payments instead of just waiting for my settlement he said yes no problem. After reading their literature it clearly states they only accept payment out of the lawsuit. And at best I would've paid 12k if repaid in 6months at worst 25k if repaid within 3 years. After reading all theses reviews I am so glad I chose not to accept. The guy clearly was trying to take advantage of me it felt like he was rushing the process and I even stated I wouldn't be pressured into a decision. Now he is harassing my wife's phone with multiple calls daily like a crazy ex who doesn't understand its over.

Oasis really came through for me during my times of need. They even contacted me to see how I was doing and if I needed thier help again. I thought I could only get one loan but if you're in need of rent or bill money they absolutely come through. Always professional and personable, I felt like I was part of a team that had my back. Was approved on the 23rd , contract sent and signed back. When I called to see about the process, I was told that I just have to wait until the underwriter is finished. The next day I called and was told that they emailed a different company to make sure I haven’t received prior funding. This is my first time getting a presettlement loan because I’m facing homelessness and I THOUGHT this process was fast, however, I’m still waiting and even though I was approved and signed a contract I still have not received the advance. Going on day 4…. As soon as 24 hrs is a LIE..

If I could give this company a negative * review on lending money i would. I got a text reaching out to me. I needed some money at that time. It has a experience i would never go through ever again. Go with Cortez if you need to get a loan never go through Oasis. Unless you want to work with a very unpleasant, and unprofessional company

The application took a week and a half to approve, but I got a fair deal and I'm very satisfied with Oasis right now.

The 1 star is because of the horrible experience I had with the call center, they are extremely rude with the customers they act as if one is asking them for the loan to come from their pockets. I spoke to a Maria and it came to the point to her telling me to shut up when I tried explaining what case manager and I had discussed, They make the actual case manager look bad but my experience with my case manager Mario was great.

I had a work injury that took a long time to settle and I needed money so I went thru Oasis. They ended up getting more of my money then I did. Read the fine print on what you'll be paying them back. I wish I had known my lawsuit was going to take as long as it did I would have borrowed from family and friends. Don't do it people

Well where do I start. First it took a week for them to tell me I was approved, second I got approved 3 days before Thanksgiving I signed the contract an sent it back and I am still waiting. Now they tell me I have to wait till the following Monday after thanks giving OMG! Yeah getting the money will be helpful but does it really have to take 2 weeks.

Why is no stars not an option ? They would not approve my case for some mystery reason. Even tho the company I’m suing has tried to settle my case several times for over $7000 which I didn’t take because added a new case in which I need surgery for. They still decided it’s in their best interest not to lend me $500 ? My case is basically guaranteed. But someone Ik who is fraudulently suing the same company was approved for $3000 with no serious injury.

My case was a done deal settled out of court. This company approved me for a loan, I signed the papers. Next day they tell me they cant loan me the money due to risk! Oh, I had to call to find this out or no one would have told me either. When I have a signed settlement there is no risk!!! Save yourself a lot of time and energy, dont use Oasis 💯

This company has to be the slowest company on the planet. My case was simple and guaranteed, they obviously have underwriters that are turtles, the whole purpose was to get money quickly because I NEEDED it, if I wanted to wait then I would have waited for my settlement. This company should be monitored by someone that has the customers interest in mind.

I was nervous about this company at 1st because of all the bad reviews but once I applied it only took about 24 hours after I received the contract and I received all the paperwork and my attorney and I signed the contract and then my I got my money in 1 hour via wire transfer thank you Oasis

I applied for a Loan this past Monday 05/18/20 and the 2 people I talked to said it’s in review! And it could take up to 3 days!! Well that’s come and past, my attorney sent everything they asked for, Ive called several times and then I was told it’s review and now it can take 1-Few days! I applied for this loan because my car has a gps and kill switch In it and they are going to shut down my car!! I’m beginning to think that maybe your not who you claim to be and getting my personal information!!! Prove your a real company and I better never speak to the woman I believe was yesterday she was just plain rude!! I’m tired of waiting and I actually beginning to believe the others!!!!
