Pawn Rite Broadway, Brooklyn

Really good and offers super fair prices and will buy a lot of stuff that other pawn shops won't take. The staff is really nice as well. Anyone who leaves a bad review is probably just upset whatever they tried to sell isn't worth what they thought because you're not going to find a pawn shop that gives you more.

I am updating my review as my previous one is not indicative of how they operate presently. This Pawn Shop is quite literally the best in the neighborhood. Donna is awesome, there is a new guy Jose that is awesome. They’re courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. They’re fair with their item appraisals. And they take care of your stuff while it’s on loan. I’ve been using this Pawn Shop for about 3 years now I would say, and they have been very good to me, and I know this extends to all customers. I’ve witnessed a few exceptionally rude customers there while handling my own business and they remain calm and courteous throughout. Whenever I get a loan on one of my various electronics, I don’t worry I know my stuff is safe with them. Coronavirus has hit everyone’s wallets in one way or another and for me at least I feel relief knowing that this place is here so I can get a loan on my things while I need some extra cash and the payback rate is very fair. I needed to change this to five stars they really deserve it.

Very good place to pawn or sell your belongings. The employees are super friendly and smart. This is definitely the only spot to go to!!!!

Just wanted to give a huge shot out to my friend, Donna who works at Pawn Rite! I have been using that specific location on Broadway for about 4 years and have gotten to know Donna through that time. She always gives me the best offers on my pawns bc as a repeat customer, and always going back for my items, she has steadily upped the amount I can get for my jewlery. Not only that, but she always, always has a smile on her face when I walk in and she goes above and beyond to help me out when I need it. If her store doesn't take something I may be trying to pawn, she always offers some advice or directs me to a location that might take it. I went in with a 86" Digital Signage TV the other day, but unfortunately her shop doesn't take items like that, so she called a different Pawn Rite, explained I was a long time customer and if they could take it. Only bc of her call, they took the TV based on her backing me up. Now that is top of the line customer service and how to keep repeat customers. Pawn Rite really is a great shop without that sleazy pawn shop vibe. And see Donna, she really is the best in the biz! Thanks Donna!!!!

It’s when She’s closed that really make me appreciate Pawn Rite, I went to Gem on a Saturday because Pawn Rite is closed Saturdays, Gem doesn’t pay for your Diamonds, I was offered $300 for a 4ct VS Diamond ring, when I get way more at Pawn Rite, Really felt disrespected with them, Hands down…. Pawn Rite The best Pawn Shop in Brooklyn, don’t even waist your time with the other rookies!!!!!!!!

Donna gets the customer service of the Year award ! She was super helpful and very courteous. Made a rough day a lil easier & did it with a smile . Thank You!

Donna and Jose are always sweet and polite. You don’t get to experience this type of customer service in these types of Spaces. If you need help come talk to them.

Jose and Donna were very helpful and patient while assisting me with selling my devices and helping me understand pricing and bargaining.

So I came here in despair with my paystation 4 slim 1tb after visiting another local Pawnshop which tried to offer me only $45 for my playstation which was in Excellent condition by the way since my kids only used it 5x and never again. I was unsure when I walked through through door but Donna was amazing and gave me a great loan price.

I went in today and the pawn rite employee that was present her name was Donna I was very satisfied with how friendly she was she actually checked all 3 of my items with great detail all the way until the last stone I had came in today and she told me what price I was getting which I’m very happy if you want a honest pawn shop who is friendly and honest they just give you money only for your gold like other places they also value Diamonds if you have them even if they’re damaged they will still give you good money for it I will continue to go to pawn rite on Broadway please don’t go anywhere else you won’t regret it ask for Donna she is very hands on with your jewelry I’ll be back soon for sure
