Only one teller working for 17 people on line, get more tellers, this is a clear discrimination against African Americans. Other white neighborhoods have more tellers

This is by far the worst bank I've ever been to. They are slower than frozen molasses on Pluto. I only ever go in the lobby to get rolls of quarters to use for the laundry. Every single time, it takes at least 10 minutes. Today I arrived at 10:03 with $20 bill in hand and they had one teller, and one customer already at the teller; there was no line so I thought maybe it would be quick to just swap it for quarters. Nope. After 10 minutes of waiting there was a line almost to the door of people waiting on this single teller to finish with the first customer. Finally by 10:15 I was able to exchange my bill for quarters. Nearly 15 minutes waiting, just to get some quarters! It's like this every single time I go. One time I waited 30 minutes just to exchange a bill for quarters, another time nearly 45 minutes. Every single teller seems to take a minimum of 5-10 minutes per customer, and there are frequently 10-20 customers in line. Insane!

The service here was extremely fast.....the banker that assisted me was so nice she referred me to another banker to assist with my account.......I don’t normally come to this location but based on the coordination, and customer service I give them 5 stars! Also kudos to the security guard for keeping social distancing rules!

Excellent service. Staff is super courteous and professional. I’d like to highlight their worker Maybelline as she’s been awesome, amazingly helpful and shows that she truly cares about people.

Never have enough tellers. Long lines. They will close early/cut off entry early if they see fit.

The branch manager is the BOMB.... She’s AWESOME.... She’s FANTASTIC.... She’s AMAZING.... You get the point.... Very professional and courteous.... She made it her business to help any and every one she could... She went above and beyond to help my grandmother and myself.... This young lady needs to travel and train other branch managers in WINSTON SALEM NC how to provide outstanding customer.... I stopped banking with Bank of America years ago because some branches the service was awful.... And the fact that she recognized me and my grandmother after coming back the next day and personally greeting us, was fantastic... Thank you ma’am for all of your help and great costumer service...

They never have enough tellers or personal bankers available to work. The manager asked me to wait 45 minutes to be helped after i already waited an hour, mean while he had two personal bankers sitting at desk twirling their thumbs, with a line of 5 clients and two other clients seated waiting to be serviced. Unacceptable!!!!!!

They keep randomly closing this branch and it’s a huge inconvenience to the entire neighborhood.

The employees definitely don't want to be there. The tellers give attitude and its always the black and Hispanic women that give me that really dirty look... as if I've come to rob them.. talk about disgusting..
