Capital One Bank Wyckoff Ave, Brooklyn

A few weeks ago, my husband drove to the Wyckoff Avenue location to perform a teller transaction. He found the ATM lobby open but the branch closed (at 11am on a weekday). The sign on the door stated that the branch had been closed out of an abundance of caution for their employees. My husband then went to the Union Square location to perform the transaction. He asked about the Wyckoff Avenue location and was told it was closed permanently. But now it appears that it is open again. (??) Our closest bank branch is now 3 miles away.

I think this has gone way to far because before the doors had to be open with your credit card I don't feel safe when I am in the building it smells and they should fix the door because now anyone can get in. The point is that is not secure in the Bank.

9am man refilling atm machines locks front door entrance, people waiting outside frustrated, then he restarts machines and says,"Now you have to wait!" I was his boss? I would fire him on the spot, no questions asked.

This is by far the worst bank ever ; after 6pm is become a shelter and full of frog addicts. During day time is jut your usual slow bank.

The line was wrapped around the lobby and out the door. I had to waste my time to come all the way over here, because Capital One thinks its a good idea to close branches, making you travel further to find an open one. I couldn't even use the bank and left because of the ridiculous line. Completely unacceptable for a bank.

I do not like to leave bad reviews, but the line is out the door & there is always a homeless person standing outside physically holding open the door and asking for money. This is very unsafe and they should do something about it.

Need to tell security to not act out of place his deffently a standing to tell as should be aware who he talk to in high pitch I set him In his point as writing review need to ask are they there for our protection or else to scolding as as no air conditioning as line of people till thee door exit

This place needs so much help. I have never in my life had to deal with disgruntled security guards having to deal with so many people. With a bank being the ONLY one for miles then why do they have 2 employees behind these desks. Fund this place and make it help the community not hurt it.

Not sure why this is the only location for miles but their ATM’s are CONSTANTLY out of service. This particular branch is not a good experience unfortunately

On nov 15 or 17, I make a deposit on my granddaughter account/ name Niara smith . The teller was very rude and condescending bro me. Asking me for my I'd. I told her I make deposits to my son and daughter account and never had to show my I'd. I just put in there account and got receipt. She says it's the policy. While I never had to show my I'd to make a deposit.

Capital One standard are the lowest two tellers on the beginning of the month, Security asks everyone to wear a mask yet failed to do them selfs, the lines to even see a Banker are the same as a teller yet to just print a statement your told to go online after waiting for 40 minutes, lack of communication and professional from CAPITAL ONE
