This is quite possibly the worst bank branch of any banks I have ever been to. The majority of the bakers are clueless. I was told by one banker (Karla) wrong information which led me to be on hold for hours with phone support for no reason, even the phone Rep stated that the banker should have resolved my issue instead of shooing me off to make calls in my own. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, I opened my account less than one month ago and I’ll already closing it, TD is the absolute worst, and I have to imagine this branch is the worst branch in the worst bank. Save your time and bank with chase of BOA up the block. This place is trash.

First time I was here I had to refill my meter 3 times. Beside taken over a hour to open my business account, they end up getting that wrong which led to another hour on the phone at night. Second visit isn't so great either. The line is always long. Being 5th on the line, about 3 people just left without service. I don't think anyone are trained well here at this branch. Interior is big to fit all the people the people they made to wait. The line to the teller is ridiculously long and confusing. Everyone ended up waiting at the door if the first person didn't move forward. The pennies machine still doesn't work. Either get rid of it or replace with water machine so all the waiting customer can relax on their 20 minutes wait. I highly suggest go to the other branch by metropolitan if you have a car. They got parking there at the very least.

I had a fairly large check that glitched when I deposited it in midtown and Saudia, the teller manager, flew in like a superhero and was able to recover the funds for me. It was the end of the day and I'm sure she was ready to go home and not only was she incredibly helpful and friendly but she really went the extra mile when she didn't need to. It was very much appreciated.

Tiffany!!!!! I regret that I didn’t get her last name. (Dark hair, Hispanic I believe) She was so nice and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to help me. Top notch customer service from this individual teller. I will be calling the branch manager in the morning to rave about this outstanding employee

I was told by on phone customer service to come get new card as this is 2nd time in 4 years my acct has been compromised. Last time $300 taken from my acct. The guard on duty very rude I had to say please BUT NOT HIM like really? He has NO idea what is situation as a guard he need to be respectful, courteous & kind instead treat me in condescending way. I hope TD bank here in Ridgewood see this as this is UNACCEPTABLE considering my situation. I'm also with cane as I'm recuperating from knee replacement BUT the guard cared NOTHING just insisted I say please while others o the line seen his atrocious behavior

We logged in to the que for customer service and waited over an hour to see someone. We started at #5 in que and we’re watching people working. When we 2 in que, one customer service rep left and the other one took someone ahead of us. We complained to manager (Omar) at teller, he said someone will be right with you. Nothing came of that. The second person (female sitting in the far left hand corner, manager) was advised and she said she’s on a conference call. Later on when frustration of waiting got the best of us, she finally came out and she said she was on the conference call but she got someone to help up and made it a point to advise us that there were 2 people. That was not purpose of the complaint, to skip people, the purpose was that she gather up staff to help everyone. With that being said, why didn’t she jump in to help her staff so that we all get help. In the mean time the person that took someone ahead of the que finished and left instead of taking the next person. Frustration were high in this bank today (from all people waiting for customer service.) This is all coming from management. When the branch is busy, the very body should be jumping in to work and breaks should be changed to help accommodate the customers. All managers should be assisting their staff and interacting with customers to help with smooth flow for all involved. It’s apparent that only a few people are working. I would recommend TD bank , but definitely not this branch. Go somewhere else if you need to use TD customer service.

Unless you’re desperate do not come to this TD bank. Staff look at you and speak to you, the client, as if you’re a nuisance or inconvenience. So fixated on adhering to policy that they forget basic customer service and how to provide solutions. To think I was considering becoming a client. Spare yourself an uncomfortable trip to the bank and avoid this place, they live up to every nightmare you hear about of poor customer service.

My rewards points for almost a year disappeared without a reason and they say I never had them. Its funny because in each statement I received Its actually says the amount. Be careful and stay away of this bank

I visited the branch today, to resolve a previous matter that customer service has left me disappointed. However, I received a swift resolve thanks to the level of professionalism provided by Ms.Lourdes Alemia. Her handling of the situation was refreshing, pleasant, and all those things customers seek when being helped. Thank you! 🙂

Waited 40 mins for customer service and it’s still not ready while I see all the people lying idle on their desk. I just left. Hopeless management. Such a waste of time

Worst bank branch ever !!! The tellers and customer service agents are always VERYYYYYY SLOW! even if you need to do something simple kike depositing money , getting a new card , it takes an hour of waiting for someone to assist you!

The hours online very clearly state they close at 2pm on Sunday. I went to get a replacement card as there has been fraudulent activity on my account. I got there at 1:45 and was turned away because they stopped taking clients at 1:30. If you’re not going to abide by your hours, advertise the right ones!!!!
