Arthur Urdiales was AMAZING to me and my clients throughout the entire process. I am a fairly new Realtor and had my first closing with Patriot, I had so many questions but Arthur never made me feel as though I was bothering him. The entire team is actually great, they even made a bomb video of my listing for FREE. The yummy snacks and drinks in the lobby while you wait is an added bonus when visiting. I highly recommend this location for all of your real estate closings.

Patriot Title is a great company! Love the new management. Office is super cute as well, they provide great service and are very helpful with anything that I need. The CEO Rachel Luna is a great ambassador for representing Latin woman in business. Definitely recommend using this title company.

This title company has been a nightmare. They didn't have any of my documents printed when I arrived for closing, so we started over 45 minutes late. The escrow office took 4 phone calls during closing. They then never sent me my deed or warranty deed. I realized this only about 11 months after I had purchased my home. When I called the man said that he needed to look for my documents. He then called an hour later saying he was "still looking for my documents" but that he would mail them out. I called two weeks later as I still did not have these documents, and he said that he sent them. Three weeks later I finally got the documents to then find out that only the warranty deed was in the packet, not the deed itself. I cannot and will not ever trust a title company that cannot figure out where documents are after AN HOUR of searching, especially after I have now been in my house for OVER A YEAR.

I took Legal I & Legal II CE class for my real estate license and they were so great and informational!!! I can’t wait to work with them with my clients.

I love how they value clients! I did not regret closing my home with them, they never disappoint me. Highly recommended!

I’ve waited a month to cool off but...If you are ever involved in a real estate transaction, do not ever use Patriot Title in Houston. If someone suggests them, run the other way. (The seller’s realtor insisted on using this company and we didn’t know any better so we agreed.) They were a nightmare to deal with and dropped the ball multiple times which delayed our closing. Their communication is deplorable. They don’t respond to messages, calls, voicemails, etc. They mess up documents with their insane LACK of organization. They kept emailing us for documents for properties that weren’t ours and never delivered our option fee check to the seller. We had to wait over a week after closing for them to wire our funds and that was only after constant badgering from our realtor. And now, due to their mistake at closing, and their lack of effective communication, we are STILL trying to resolve an issue. They’ve never apologized, never taken ownership for their mistake, nothing. If you go to their Yelp listing, the only review that is above one star was given by the PRINCIPAL agent of the location, who is just trying to increase their rating. If you are a Patriot employee, please get a new job with a company you can be proud to call your employer. The leadership at this company tries to cover up their mistakes, blaming them on other parties involved.

They took the time to explain to us the terms with clarity and precision. As a first time homebuyer, I am glad that I chose to close with Patriot Title. They made the transaction as painless as possible while providing us with ample information that we need. My husband and I can’t imagine working with anyone else than them. Great title company. Have closed at least 60 deals with them and they get it done.

My family and I are very happy with the services we received at Patriot Title Company. We all were mainly impressed with the Patriot Title representative Kenya Thompson. There were eleven of us to sign on the same day. There were nine in Houston, TX and two located outside of Houston. We all were thankful that Kenya Thompson helped us. She was very knowledgeable, very professional, very kind, and very patient, to the nine family members in Houston, on our Closing date to sell our house. She took the time to explain every page that we signed, and kept our papers organized. She responded to every question that we had, making sure we understood, everything. Kenya Thompson accommodated three of my siblings in Houston to sign at their convenience, on our closing date, but all nine of us, in Houston did sign within a two hour, time span. Patriot Title Company accommodated my two family members that live outside of Houston, as well. Thankful that they were able to send mobile notaries to my two family members, one living in Texas and one living in Florida, to sign on the same day. We are very satisfied with the Patriot Title service we received. We will definitely use Patriot Title services again, in the future when needed. Michelle Powell
