I had a courtesy clothes for one of my investors who was selling a property. I love the place. And Kristen from the Katy office was outstanding. It was quick, efficient, I'm very professionally done left no questions unanswered

Instead of talking to me like a professional business they wanted me to email everything. They held my money for a month for no reason because they didn't want to talk to me on the phone first day I asked for the supervisor was the day the money got transferred this is the biggest scam I've ever seen. That was on house one now we're on house too 3 weeks they've had my money 3 weeks they were not send it's all right I'm on the way down there this morning we're going to figure this out together and if she doesn't handle the business right this morning I'm going to blast her all over social media this is not a professional company

I reached out to Michael Dunkin on 2/4/2022 via email for assistance regarding a property deed. He was quick to email me back with an email address for Doug Watson. I emailed Doug on 2/6/2022 and waited 5 business days for a reply. On the sixth business day, I emailed Michael again asking for another way to reach Doug. Today is 2/22/2022 and I have yet to hear anything from these two employees.

Angela Hunt has closed more than several transactions for me and my sellers. She is experienced, knowledgeable, extremely responsive and professional. Monica at Frontier Title was our closing agent when we purchased our home in Timbergrove. She and her team helped everything go smoothly. She went above and beyond to help us. *Home buyers and Realtors Beware* Everything was moving smoothly until we got closer to our closing date which was supposed to take place 1/28/22. The listing agent made it apparent to me that the seller was not in town and was located in Georgia so I wanted to be proactive and gave the title company a heads up on 1/25/22 that this is a “mail out” and to please ensure that the seller is able to sign and have everything mailed back in enough time so that funding could happen the same day. The title company insisted everything was going to be here on time, and come to find out the mobile notary who had the seller sign was unable to get the documents back in enough time for us to fund the same day. And while I understand that sometimes things may be out of everybody’s control, but I made this clear to them days before to get prepared so that this wouldn’t happen and what really took everything over the edge was it on the day of closing our escrow officer felt that it was more important to attend a team meeting instead of sitting down and explaining the documents to a first time home buyer. Instead they sat us with another mobile notary that was going to take their in place. While the real escrow office had to attend a “team meeting” even though we clearly set up this time prior to close with them. And while my client is signing I stretch and look behind me and noticed that the escrow officer that couldn’t be in the closing with us was accepting some sort of award I’m assuming for really good customer service and or having a lot of deals go through that specific title company, but if it’s not important to take care of the people that are actually paying those escrow fees then just to goes to show you where their priorities are at. First and last time I will be sending any business to this title company.

If I could get them a zero or minus Star I definitely would! I called to get more information about the name of their Closing Officers and their years of experience to pick one and to add him/her name on my Listing Offering Instructions on HAR! The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude hung up the phone on me telling me that it was NOT a right request based on their Title Company policy to give away each closer years of experience! I am still in shocked by the way I was treated!!!! Extremely Unprofessional!

Just dropped by the Galleria office today for a quick final signing (I had been working with the Lake Houston office for most of the process). The office space is very clean and inviting. Great views from the 13th floor. The receptionist greeted me and immediatley offered me a drink while I was waiting. Tyler was very professional and helpful during the signing and I would be happy to work with him again. Parking can be tight, so make sure you get there a bit early.
