With Patten Title Company, Closing was made super easy! They we're patience enough with me with all the questions I had. Also courteous with me and my busy schedule. They did NOT rush me just to close or anything. They made sure to be professional and prompted. Even though they had my name misspelled, they took care of that quickly. Truly one of the best closings I have had in a very long time. My sellers were very happy as well. The Team is professional, responsive, very nice and they get the job done with ease, it seems.. I would highly recommend Patten Title Company for your next closing.

This title company is hard to get on the phone and isn't responsive to emails as much as they should be. On my transaction (I represented the Seller as agent), the closing team did not independently keep me or the Seller informed as to multiple closing delays, change of mobile notary times, earnest money delays and a unilateral change by the Buyer from cash to financing. Notwithstanding clear directions on my CDA, it requested that I confirm my commission rate and STILL has not sent me a fully executed CD (we closed almost a week ago). I had to ask, multiple times, for any information on the file, even on final funding. They included charges on the CD that should not have been there and they repeatedly got information wrong on the file. I would not EVER use this title company again.

Patten Title Company is amongst the best title companies in Houston. They have consistently provided me with a high level of service. I typically use Closing Team 2 - Miranda is always on top of things & Shea is so knowledgeable. They're communication is great and their Qualia system is also fantastic. I really enjoy doing business with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid title company to work with.

I've worked with Patten Title on several refinances for both personal and investment property. With all of the complexities of real estate not everything always goes smoothly, but the professionals at Patten are quick to respond to issues and they make sure everything comes out right in the end. I recommend them for their expertise and great customer service.

Patten title single handedly saved a deal from falling through after a different title company completely botched the job.
