I received exceptional service from Cynthia of Valero Title . She went after hours to get the CD signed by my client. Did not know they offered mobile notary which is was great plus! Great team, great communication, and very professional, I will definitely do more business in the future.

As a realtor, I've worked with Valero Title Co. on a few transactions. My experience with previous associates was nothing like the current transaction I've recently closed with them. MY file was handed over from Marietza to Debbie K. and I was not informed and had a very difficult time in contacting them as well as a long drawn out process of closing this file. I will no longer use this Title Company for any future business as it was an embarrassment to myself that my client could not close for over 3 months while waiting for them to process and close a CASH deal.

They make sure everything gets done on time and resolve even the toughest issues I've had. Also, they provide FREE mobile notary which makes the closings super convenient for my clients. The Valero team did not do their diligence in assuring that the deadline for closing would be met. Casha did not seem experienced and knowledgeable and needed guidance from our realtor. She did not provide a clear communication about the closing date with Envoy Mortgage and was not consistent in her emails. In one email she said cashiers check are acceptable then said they weren’t and then said to bring a personalized checkbook. Our realtor confirmed with her team that our wire transfer was received when she wasn’t aware that it was. She didn’t inform us of the final amount we needed until a day before closing. They are conveniently open after business hours for closing date appointments but failed to mention that a cashiers check is processed the next day so our purchase wasn’t official until the next afternoon. The staff at their office also weren’t professional as we overheard conversations about losing checks. This added to the lack of confidence for a supportive customer experience.

I had the absolute worst experience closing on my own personal property with Valero Title - Houston !! It's soooo not worth the waived escrow fee if they cost you over $3,000 and tell you to contact your ex and collect it from him. Something told me to send it to my regular title company, but my lender had already opened title and insisted that it would save me money!! Never again🤬

Cynthia from Valero Title was very kind and patient considering we were stuck in traffic for an hour. She was very through by explaining us what each document was and did not hesitate to answer our questions. It was very easy to work with Valero Title and will definitely recommend this company.

Working with Valero Title has been such a great experience. Their wonderful staff is always so kind, helpful and always willing to assist is any way possible. The Closers are amazing and make the closing process smooth. Valero Title is the only title company I know that will courtesy close at no extra charge. I’d recommend them to everyone!

Update: Four years later and I still use Valero Title Houston for every closing I can. Staff is always accommodating even after hours and weekends! Thanks Valero Title for all you do! I started using Valero Title Co. last year and just love the service and my clients love the fact they don't have to pay an Escrow Fee!! Service is phenomenal and everyone there is knowledgeable and very friendly!! Thanks to Josie Anderson of Valero Title Co. that marketed my office last year!! You are a great friend now and business associate!! Wouldn't choose anywhere else to close in Houston when given the opportunity to choose!! FYI mobile notary is available at no charge and they definitely think outside the box and can accommodate you with your every need even after hours!!
