Patelco Credit Union Foothills Blvd, Roseville

I have a 20k credit on my Patelco Credit Card. I went in to a furniture store to make a relatively small purchase (2.5k). The card was declined. An update on this. Even though it was not her issue, our Roseville branch manager personally called leadership in the card services and was able to resolve. I really appreciated the time they took out of their day. Thank you!

Super friendly right when you walk in. I went to another bank to open a new account and felt very uncomfortable (US Bank). The group at Patelco helped me out right away and the energy there is much better. Im glad they were rude at the other bank.

My family and I have been doing all of our banking with the Roseville Patelco branch for 23 years. I have financed a mortgage, car loans, and a credit card with Patelco. Both of my daughters have had accounts and car loans with Patelco. I have always received outstanding service, but above all the people there consistently go above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. They have made every financial request effortless.

I had a very bad experience with selling a car with this bank. Firstly they made me come in 3 times and they were not able to finalize everything in one day. I had my title with all the paperwork with me but this bank doesn’t have a loan representation at this bank. Made this whole process dreadful and Danielle was not being helpful at all. Seemed like she just wanted to move on with us and not deal with us anymore. I’m a seller, I should come in for 10 minutes give the title and get my money. They took my title before giving me the money. Absolutely unprofessional and a very risky business. Spent at least 2 hours each day waiting. Definitely wouldn’t be working here ever again. Only reason for a 2 Star is because the manager was extremely helpful and was very nice and wanted to help us at much as she could.

Very poor experience this evening using the ATM. After depositing cash the "transaction" could not be completed. 4 employees inside the branch but no one could remedy the situation. "Call your bank to file a claim" was the best they would do. Unable to access that money for possibly 5-7 days now.

I've done two auto loans through this branch and both times were great experiences!
