Patelco Credit Union Admiral Ct, San Bruno

Patelco has been really good to me for many years. Staff at this location is wonderful, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I wish the customers would spend less time chatting with tellers when there is a long line. Not all people are retired, some of us make time to stop by the beach before heading to work.

Started using this branch about 6 months ago, yes its not crowded and good service, except suddenly on Thurs. Feb 26 2015 the Manager said that they will not be doing business inside the branch after March 21 because of a Migration and that I should only use the ATM outside. I told her I usually deposit CASH and don't feel safe feeding the ATM cash. She didn't seem to clarify, and handed me a document that actually when I read it said that the Migration was to add features to the ATM. Management at this location is dysfunctional, uninformed, aloof; she really seemed ignorant of Privacy and Information Security issues. I would think they would want customers to come inside otherwise the branch could close down like the one on 2nd Street near Howard in San Francisco!

Seriously the nicest staff ever!! Fast service as well. I have yet to go to a branch that had this great of service. Totally would come here often if I lived here but need more people like this everywhere else

The best monetary experience that I’ve endured with a prioritization list for overdraft protection

My dad and I came to the branch today to close out his IRAs that had only a few hundred dollars in them (he wanted to consolidate to one account at another bank). But the banker was lazy and instead convinced him to keep the accounts—telling him how he’d have to pay taxes and how he was making $20 in interest a year. I imagine this was because there was a long line of customers waiting. Unprofessional.

I used to bank at a larger institution till the customer service drove me out. Patelco has been very honest and awesome for me. The service is stellar and they always try to go the extra mile. I haven't tried any of their financing services just checking and savings. Love the place.

Great Service. The agents were very personable. Quick service. I applied for an account and was done in less than 20 minutes. Every time I go in I'm treated like a valued customer. I recommend Patelco to all my friends.

ATM not able to take deposits every other day , 6 people working and one helping customers

Nobody answers the phone, that is not friendly !
