Chase Bank El Camino Real, San Bruno

No stars, Our business account is with Chase. Never had problems before till now. Our business is a non profit. I was a Signer for our account. Funny thing is, I logged on to check our account and had no access. I went to the bank only to be told that I was not on the account. I kept showing the documents I had with me and was told they could not give me information. I asked how was my name removed and was told that I had to have been present for them to remove me. Funny thing is I was there in the flesh, telling them that I WAS NOT PRESENT and they kept saying they couldn't help. Chase is good for personal banking, but for Business, you might want to take your business elsewhere. Worst case is , they could have given our business money to someone else and we are now just waiting for them to advise. WORST BANK FOR BUSINESS!

Horrible Service, I went to this Chase branch to wire money, and the first time they said they could not do it because it was to late and they were closing, so they told me to make an appointment, or come back tomorrow how ever I cannot go because I work, so I came in the next day I had to leave my work early both time so I could make it and they still said the could not do it, eve tough we still had 1/2 an hour until they closed. even tough they had a few employees just stand around doing nothing both times. So be ready if you come in during business hours and you hear they CAN'T help you. They are very rude and not unprofessional horrible service, they like wasting peoples times. Don't bank here they are horrible.

I do not recommend this bank to anyone customer service is so horrible I went inside the bank and bunch of idiots don’t know what they doing especially this Chinese guy with glasses. Asking me irrelevant question acting like he is the ceo of the change bank

Merchant window is always closed. Can never be in an out of this bank if you are a merchant. Gotta stand in line.

Always very helpful. Very nice people there. I give it 5 stars because since 2005 I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees there. Or with any chase bank I’ve been too. Or any transaction I’ve had to make. I do personal & business transactions there. Excellent !!

Came to this bank to get a new debit card. Asked for 2 forms of ID went ahead and brought my passport and ID like I was asked to. I asked once over the phone and once I got into the branch I was told that only the San Bruno branch issue cards just bring 2 forms of Identification. Once I get to the San Bruno office Ibrahim abusaad private banker told me that my state issue driver license will not work. I was told that I need the original that open the account. Coming from such a big company to not communicate well through there different channels is very disappointing. I just went ahead and closed my account with this bank due to the bad customer experience and honestly bad custom service. I have never posted anything online in my life but felt the need to today to really express the very disappointing experience that the manager and banker gave me and I'm sure I'm not the first and won't be the last.

I love this branch because of two drive thru atms. Its very convenient and easy to drive up and get cash.
