Derek helped with out with all my loans when I purchased my properties and it was fast n easy. He also helped out my other friends to get a lower rate for refinance. He is easy going and wont pressure you into anything like other places my other friends went to.

Pretty special situation here. I was buying a condo as an investment property in an HOA that has an owner occupancy ratio LESS than the ratio required by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. In other words, I would not be able to get a loan from your "conventional" lenders like BoA, Union Bank, etc. To most folks out there, this would've been a lost case already. However, Derek, who was leading my case, was able leverage his contacts and experience gained in the past couple decades and work out a loan at a very good interest rate. Anything is possible!
