There isn't a conversation that I have with Sina, the branch manager, during which he doesn't give me information on how I could do better in the way I manage my money, and how his branch would be able to help. I love how I get information without pressure. But I know how to become a member when I'm ready. It feels like I'm a human not just a number.

I use their atm all the time. In my bank's ATM family. Got cash and actually went inside to buy a roll of quarters. They refused to sell an$10 roll of quarters to me! I told them I use their atm, they're in my banks ATM fsmfam. They said no dice unless you're a member of THEIR bank. I said I guess I will never become a member because of their rude and horrible customer service. Went to Wells Fargo where I'm also not a member and they sold me quarters in seconds. I would give no stars if I could.

Recently got preapproved for a car loan here and it was actually fun! Lorenzo is personable and very helpful so ask for him when you go. Rates are fantastic and I saved a couple thousand. (Actually was able to get an upgraded configuration on the new car!) Usbank might just lose a customer.....
