They're are purposely working slow to get rid of the costumers

This place treats me like a criminal anytime I want to cash a check - and the Caucasian employees have blatantly discriminated against me due to race several times. Not to mention I'm there for at least an hour total every single time I've ever stepped foot in this terrible store. Now, I take the extra 5 mins to drive down to Cash 1 where they greet me with a smile, cash my checks without issue, and I'm usually in & out in 10 mins even with a line.

Today they were okay but normally if there is a long line they don't care and only have 1 or 2 people working the window even though you see people in the back.

Very very bad customer service will never go there very bad employes working there Not helpful. rises Hwy robbery I will never go there again

I unfortunately have to use these folks now and then to get me through a week. The tellers are all very nice and do the best they can. My problem lies with “The single manager” that does Auto Registration. I’ve been told on 3 separate occasions when he would be here. So after 2 times that he “was not” in, i call before I go there. I am told the manager comes in at noon. So I come at 1:30, and guess what, the 1 manager that starts at noon (who does Auto Registration) already went to lunch (1 1/2 yo already get a lunch)? Really?

Their staff is always friendly only problem is sometimes they don't have enough windows open and the waite time is a little long.

I use this office a lot. I always get good service and professional treatment. The staff is friendly and professional.

Good place for check changes, sending money, money transaction, loans, in short everything related to money. Ample parking, accessible meals. Satisfied.
