    So I went to this shop about 3 weeks ago, sold 4 pendants 10k j13 diamond and a silver j13 diamond bracelet. I come back trying to sell more and they said my gold was plated and couldn’t take it but funny not too long ago you took those other 5 items with no problem at all. I had to go to Richmond for AN ACTUAL DEAL, I GOT A BETTER DEAL AT THAT TOO. People don’t waste your time at all with this place, they’ll rip you off instantly and their business isn’t solid, Lucy’s Coin & Jewelry is a place where they won’t RIP YOU OFF AND CLAIM YOUR JEWELRY IS FAKE!

    As a hearing impaired person, sometimes it is hard to navigate around stores I frequent due to the employees not being very helpful, patient, or sympathetic to my condition. However when it comes to Southside Pawn, I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and attentiveness the employees of this store provide. On my last visit to Southside Pawn, I was hoping to purchase a diamond necklace for my anniversary, and one gentleman in particular, Andrew Schwan, exudes customer service. He quickly realized I was not your typical customer due to my disability, and then proceeded to grab a piece of paper and a pen so we could communicate on my intent. Within sixty seconds of connecting, Andrew had already been able to provide me an array of necklaces that all seemed perfect for my wife. Knowing I could only buy one necklace, Andrew assisted me in examining the qualities of each necklace. I know what your thinking, a salesman is always trying to sell the most expensive thing on the menu. Not Andrew. He helped me select a mid-priced necklace that was both in my budget and that my wife still wears to this day. To whomever is reading this review, you will be in good hands at Southside Pawn due to employees such as Andrew Schwan who not only listen to your needs, but care about your needs also.

    Had an ammo pickup here and everything went well. All the people working that day were friendly and there was no long wait. Would come back again!
