Wells Fargo Bank El Camino Real, San Bruno

I don't understand how they can leave bad comments to this branch, those people are the best, I've been to almost all Wells Fargo branch, this is my favorite, customer service is 10 stars, not just 5, everyone is respectful, kind, helpful, they always make you feel welcome, we tend to always read the bad comments and ignore the good ones, I recommend this bank 100%. They are all very professional and know their job.

I visited to deposit a check and there was a line outside. It moved and got my business done in 15 minutes. The staff are helpful and try to help out as much as they can. There are enough parking space in front of the bank so it is not much of a hassles to go to this branch.

Waiting time just to make deposit with no cash back is too long.every time the same.i am going to another bank soon .i have my personal and business account and my children as well. Different time different day Went last week to deposit a check .a banker came asked everyone if they have a straight deposit and no one is .and never asked me even I am holding a check in my hand trying get his attention I think I didn't look good to him because of my color or race.i have six accounts.

Not a customer; just doing a deposit. Always well staffed and always quick (10 minutes in and out, tops) even if there is a big line. The parking lot can get pretty packed, but I've always had good luck finding a space and getting out of the lot quickly.

2nd day I've been here with 14+ people in line and several employees standing or sitting around. A real lack of concern for their customers...right after one of the biggest banking scams in history. Unbelievable! I'm a business customer too with many accounts. No business line open for a simple check deposit. They should be ashamed. Period.

On 11/9 I went in to send an international wire. I was told that I would be contacted by the person who helped me at this branch if something fell through. I didn't find out until 11/17 that the wire didn't go through, but nobody contacted me, I had to call the wire dept. myself. After I filed a complaint one of the managers from the branch told me I would get my wire back and they would refund me the transfer fee. Today I got my wire back, but it was $20 dollars less than what I originally wired, while its a small amount its not insignificant. The service through this process has made me doubt my 10+ year business with WF and I plan on closing my account. The worst service and experience with Wells Fargo I have ever experienced.

Customer service was great. Needed to close an account so I went in assuming things would devolve into the hunger games before I got out. But Aileen was extremely pleasant and treated me with great respect. She worked quickly and didn't harass me about closing an account. And Leonard helped us at the counter and was likewise very friendly and speedy. I'd consider keeping my money here I were making more than $0.09 per period on my savings account. So summary is great customer service at this branch (hence the rating) despite the company.

I guess they no longer have a merchant/ business services. The line was closed in the morning, yet closed again in the afternoon. Yeah. People are pretty nice after a very very long wait. Great way to reinvent Wells Fargo.

15 people in line every time. And only one teller working. Theres litterally 11+ other bank employees not doing anything, just wandering around and making jokes, drinking coffee, watching everyone wait to make a deposit. No sense of urgency here, even/especially for business customers. Is anyone in charge here?? Need more tellers!! Parking spaces are also extra small. My business is switching banks.

Simply pathetic. No regards for the customer, looks like bunch of incapacitated and incompetent losers have been put together to operate such a well known bank. Wells Fargo don't ruin your image further as we all know your place already.
