Started out good.. Now have 2 loans through them supposed to be automatic withdrawals yet they cannot apply the correct amount to the right account. Or even pull the money out to make the payment for the account. And they have the audacity to charge be late payments one they are applying the dollar amounts to the wrong accounts. So now until I decide what I'm going to do with my loans I'm going to have to take off the automatic payment. I cannot believe The all dacity to report a late payment to my credit report. When they cannot even apply the amount to the correct accounts. I had a 100% payment history until I came to park with my loans.

Very friendly and personalized service. Presented with a unique problem, the teller laid the proper groundwork and an "office person" - Megan - looked to the problem quickly and was very gracious. She not only solved the problem, she went above and beyond in her service. Would recommend Park Community Credit Union to anyone who values personalized service with a smile.

Jason Schroeder, Branch Manager, was an absolute jewel during the process of opening my business accounts last week. I'd gone first online then in person to three locations to a big bank that I'd had an account with for 12+ years earlier that day to try to open these accounts (BIG mistake). They gave me the brushoff, telling me to make an appointment for the following week. (I finally closed my account with them at the third location.) However, the Park representative at the main branch transferred me directly to Jason right away. He went out of his way to streamline the process and maximize efficiency, which I truly appreciate considering my busy schedule and earlier frustrations at the other bank. He made everything super-easy, gathering as much information as possible over the phone to minimize the amount of time I'd need to spend in the branch handling paperwork. He has an extremely pleasant demeanor and clearly enjoys the work he does, and I'm glad he answered the phone for my call that day. I love Park! PARK LEADERSHIP, PAY JASON SCHROEDER WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO KEEP HIM WITH YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE HE'S WORTH HIS WEIGHT IN GOLD.

My son and I bought a new car and it is financed with Park Community Credit Union. My son made the first payment Friday January 11,2019. He wanted to make the first payment at the Credit Union. We were very impressed. We were greeted and the payment went smoothly. He ask if he could make future payments on line and the teller gave him the information. She was very professional and respectful. We feel we will be happy with Park Community. My brother and sister- in law financed their new car with Park Community. So I feel we are in good hands.

Pros: - Can have up to a certain amount of foreign ATM fees refunded each month. - Interest on a checking account without having a money market. Cons: - Not a lot of Indiana locations. - New Albany staff can be very rude (Brandy). - Drive thru and going inside take quite some time. - Holiday loan (first personal loan ever with excellent credit) was a nightmare. Some of the staff were not good at communication (Leigh Ann Highbaugh). - We had to open another savings account for our loan since our joint savings was not good enough for a loan only in one of our names. - The 1 time I lost a debit card, they sent me one with my husband's name, then wouldn't expedite the corrected card even though it was their error. - They do not print cards in the branch, you have to wait for a new card to arrive in the mail. - When we first opened our accounts, the cards came in the mail and weren't labeled which card was for which account. I accidentally used the card tied to my son's account (which overdrew the account) and they were very hesitant to waive just 1/5 of the fees that they charged us even though it was a mistake due to being a new customer. We ended up having to close my son's account since it caused more issues having multiple checking accounts (2) open with them. - They do not handle their own fraud charges. We had 1 charge that was not ours (under $100.00) and they wouldn't refund us a penny until the 3rd party company reviewed the case (which took months). They finally verified it was fraud and refunded us the money. - Their banking website is not as user friendly as other banks/credit unions. Once our vehicle loan is paid off in 5 months, we are pulling all accounts from them. My husband and I both previously worked in banking and are not at all impressed with the service provided by Park Community Credit Union. We initially switched to them after our local bank was bought out, but are actually going to go back to that bank since our family and friends are very happy with them (Wesbanco).

I work and bank at Park Community. We are a community chartered credit union (meaning anyone who lives, works, volunteers, or goes to school in our area is eligible for membership.) Previously, I worked in banks for over 13 years and can share first hand knowledge of the Credit Union Difference. With sharebranching, members can conduct business with Park across the country, utilizing other credit unions who are a part of this shared endeavor. We value all feedback, both positive and negative, so we can continue to learn and grow as a credit union and serve more members. Why?
