I don't like this branch and I don't think that I will be going back or doing business with this branch AT ALL. I'm a new customer, or was going to be a new customer. I had an appointment with this branch at 11:30 on Saturday. I get there around 11:35 or 11:40 and they tell me that they close at 12:00 and that they wouldn't have time to open the rest of my account which was already partially done. Seems to me they was just in a rush to get up out of there and couldn't help a soon to be new customer out. Tell me I have to come back Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. HUH? No, I will not be coming back to your branch at 9:00 at Tuesday. I feel it was highly rude for you to send me away when 10 or 15 minutes of your time to finish up the rest of my account was going to hurt you. I wish I knew your name because I would definitely be calling you out on here. If I do find out your name I will definitely be redoing this review and adding your name to it. Good Day

Anyone else experiencing that fifth third is manipulating debits by highest transaction amount to deplete your account more quickly so that if you have so happened to make a mistake, as all humans do, and are overdrawn they can therefore charge more overdraft fees? There are lawsuits pending regarding this process they follow and after speaking with manager Jessica, who was courteous and explained the process to me but couldn’t do anything regarding the fees I should not have been responsible for if they had indexed the debits the correct way, I am absolutely looking to join the lawsuit. Four $37 overdraft fees and a $50 business checking closing fee later (which I was not made aware of when opening the account) because I refuse to bank somewhere that doesn’t value its customers and do the right thing, I am really disappointed that their bottom line is money and not customers. I hope more people educate themselves and take action, if applicable, to stand up to these big corporations who do not care one bit about the “little guys” and locally owned businesses or people. Side note, I also closed my personal account about a year or so ago after about 15 years of business with them because of their lack of concern or relationship for me and with me as a long standing customer. So, this is not an isolated incident. Fifth Third, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Update: I contacted Fifth Third at the number provided in their response below and they seemed very confused as to why I was calling and how I got the number I called. After a transfer and explaining my situation three different times, there was still no resolution to my issue/experience...

if there is a good lawyer out there, please contact me asap i would like to sue for mental Paine and suffering, financial loss of work due to having to take off work to deal with this, , late fee , late fees and filing fees plus $50 from my land for late rent due to this , transportation cost to deal with this and i would like to charge them for every day they where late giving me what they took from on fair % rate and full attorney fees .. i have a detailed police report , video of the event dash cam video very clear hd shots no blur , and transaction records along with three witnesses and cell phone video please contact me as soon as possible thanks . i want to do this because they have flat refused to handle this and have given me the run around from day one The ATM at this location took are money. We tried to withdraw 580 dollars on Saturday 9/10/2016 @ 8:16 pm and the atm made all kinds of noises , was going through the motions. You can here it was trying to dispense the money, but it just stopped through the process. And did not give us the money it was supposed to give . It said try again later there is a problem with your transaction. But it took the money out of are account and even charged us for the transaction fee . but it Never gave us a receipt it just spit out our card but no money this is are rent money and it's due Monday. I'm going to get a late fee of 50 dollars because I'm not going to have it Monday. Its my money why do I need to wait 10 days for you to see this . update they refuse to give me my money back i was told there is nothing they are willing to do for me !

This bank has tried to scam me with repeat charges I didn't authorize. I suppose I'll have to contact the authorities. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK!!!!

Deposited money and the banker counted the money wrong, twice, with cash register. The first time he told us the amount was wrong, and we asked him to recount, he asked if we were sure since he used the cash register, with attitude. After he did it wrong the second time, we told him there was a $50 bill but he said there was not. And then his coworker came and pointed out the $50 bill to him, which made the total amount to be the same as we expected. He then just finished his job and did not apologize, did not mention anything about this. If we believe him at first time, we would lose money to the bank just because he counted the money wrong with the "machine". Ridiculous! And no apology at all!

REALLY bad experience here with a teller, turned into a screaming match AND no management came out to "smooth" things over
