Did a great job adding a pendant bale to a diamond stud earring, I lost the the other earring while putting on or taking off a face mask😡😷. It is now a beautiful necklace!! I had them make a custom wedding band and engagement ring for my wife using the ring that she had worn for 20 years but needed to be replaced due to age and wear. They took the diamonds out and melted the gold down from her original ring to make her a one of a kind custom ring. They made her comfortable with the process from start to finish, and believe me for her to let go of her original ring was tuff for her to do, but knowing it WAS her original ring reborn made the decision easier. When it was done she was more than thrilled with her new set. If you have a custom work that needs to be done, I would not hesitate to let them walk you through the process. I came here to sell a few ounces of silver, honestly didnt count them when i brought them in but thought I had 6. turns out I actually had 7 and they rushed back out to me to make sure i left with the full value of what I had sold them when they could have just kept it and I would have never known. definitely will be coming back here and recommending it to all of my friends!! Most honest pawn shop and no better place to buy/sell gold/silver bullion.

I cannot say enough good thing about this place. I went in to look for a ring and found the one I love with the help of Cole. I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I would like. I was comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and made the experience fun. The next day I took my grandmother's ring to get it re sized and by the following morning it was ready for pick up and was perfect! I will continue to go there in the future for any jewelry I want designed or adjusted.

First, I will say that these are some super nice people. They made a gold pet memorial ring for me with a clear center inlay containing the fur of my deceased pet. I had priced this type of ring online, but Portman Jewelry quoted me a price that was less than half of what the online jewelers were charging and they made the ring in just a matter of a few days! I couldn't be happier with the service that I received and the quality of their craftmanship!

I visited here today for the first time and I must say that I am very happy with the customer service i received. The place was clean and put together nicely. I feel that I was treated well, and was given a good price for some scrap jewelry that I had no use for anymore. The owner took care of me personally and he was great! I will be visiting in the future for my selling/buying. 5 Stars all the way!

Great place to save on the cash. I bought a stihl chain saw from Portmans and saved almost 200.00 . Saw was in great shape. Nice place.

They were very honest and Friendly. Took a ring to them for pawn and they were very helpful. They Told me what they thought it was worth and it was right around what I paid for it new. Gave me a wonderful price for pawn and didn't try to low ball or screw me over like most places. All in all 100℅ satisfied.By far the nicest and most well kept pawn shop I've ever seen.
