CheckSmart Eastern Blvd, Clarksville

Very rude lady that picked up the phone on 2-9-22 at 4:55 pm. We should be able to ask questions without getting a smart tone or any sort of rudeness. Please quit your day job!

I've visited a CheckSmart in KY for years and can get in and out of there in 10 minutes flat. At this location I have to wait at least 30 minutes to get to the counter any time I go. Tonight in the middle of the pandemic I found myself packed into their tiny waiting area with 8 people while 2 of the slowest dudes I've ever seen tried to knock out their work and get home. Hire more people! moving this slow right now is a health risk to your patrons.

Update to my earlier post the lady i worked with Monday really helped me out so much that she is the reason i changed my one star to a five star really helpful and a total reverse from what i dealt with 2 days before so this lady really helped get my review changed and i recommend if you have a check to cash go here but be expected to pay a 5% fee if no one else will cash the check.....

I called on the due date and was at the hospital getting test and would not be done in time. I was told they would put a note on my account that I was coming in the following day. I came in to pay and there was no note and they ran my check. Starting today if the check runs once a day I will have at least $120 in over draft fees. I will never go there again.

They have called me 6 times about the same promotion. Each time I tell them I am not interested. Last week I asked Kevin if he could stop calling me and asking. He said yes and that he would put me on a do not call list. Well what do you know Kevin just called with the same question. I asked again if he would stop calling and I got the same responce. Lets see if they know how to follow through with what is simply asked.

The last few times I have either contacted or been into the Clarksville Indiana location the employees were EXTREMELY rude so I will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone else knows they should too. You work in customer service and people are there because they need help, not judgement or attitude from a stranger. I've worked all of the customer service branches and even had food thrown at my head, my smile never faltered and I still had a good attitude toward customers. There is absolutely no excuse for anyone to be treated this way.

went there and got a loan they give a card i couldn't use because the person who did the paper work on the pc didn't pit in the ssi or phone number in right so i was unable to change pin. and activate the card i got from them. . lady was kind of rude.. she act like typing and printing was a hard job . but it was fast in and out.

I have used this place a lot for extra cash before Christmas and vacation. They are very friendly and easy to use. If your responsible and treat this place the way it’s meant to be than you will do great.

Been here a few times and every time the staff is friendly and makes me feel welcome. Normally a very quick in and out service. :)

Ive been going here anytime i need extra cash like for the holidays or just bills that im behind on and the ladies in this location are very sweet nice and helpful i will always recomend checksmart to my fellow friends coworkers or someone random in public best place i have been to that has great customer service and always communicates and explains everything in detail these ladies are amazing thankyou for assisting my family and i when we needed lil extra help
