The staff is very helpful & pleasant. I enjoy my time there as it is friendly & conversations are interesting. You can be talking about weather to politics, however everyone speaks kindly. That's amazing considering how vast the political divide is these days. However, it goes to show you how friendly the atmosphere is within the store. Service/transaction is fast, accurate, & friendly too! Thank you, Ladies!

Truly the best people around!!! They always go out of there way for you and the whole staff is truly amazing!!! There is no other business around that has the hospitality of these wonderful people. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help or just a little extra. You wont be disappointed!!!

Horrible service! The lady there was busy explaining her personal life story to customers instead of doing her job. Plus they are racist and not educated or trained on foreigners and how their names are. The manager was disrespectful when we called to complain. She cut me off while I was talking. We didn’t want to borrow money or anything of such, we were picking up money gram order from our family back home.

Great service with the staff to match. Very friendly employees that helps me get the cash I need until my next payday. I would like to give a special shoutout to Christy & Dawn for their excellent service and welcoming personalities.

I have been using the Jeff location for about 6 or 7 months. I have received service from every employee in the facility. Everyone is always helpful and informative. And NICE! I have called with questions and they easily pull up my information to give me what I need. Both Dawn and Christy are wonderful. Not only is everyone helpful but the location is extremely convenient for me!

I had never gone through the process of getting a payday loan until today so, naturally, I was a bit apprehensive due to my inexperience. Thankfully, Anna and Dawn quickly allayed my uncertainties with their friendly, informative assistance. If you are someone looking to get a payday loan, I strongly recommend paying these lovely ladies a visit.

Way under staffed. Only one person working which made wait times unrealistic. Was complained to by the manager that they have tried to hire, but can't get anyone to work because no one wants to work anymore. Then, you get treated like a piece of trash -- so the people who do work there aren't skilled in customer service. They may "say" the right things, but their delivery is lacking. Left and went elsewhere....I suggest people do the same.

-High turn over rate in staff -tired of the store being micro managed by people who don't even work at this location. They are going to run away good loyal customers if they continue operating this way. - The upper management is un-professional and will throw their staff and coworkers under the bus during the time of customer complaint just to get the heat off of them -I have witnessed verbal reprimands, unprofessionalism, and rudeness from the management that comes in once a week or every other week. (The names of these people should be obvious) -lastly, the staff and management at this jeffersonville location do well and are very friendly and attentive. DO NOT ALLOW your management from bedford or any other branch ruin the relationships that the customers have with them.....kelsy, Heather, or Laura and anybody else who delivers poor customer service and loyalty need to stay away from this location and allow them flexibility and freedom to service their customers.
