    Very great experience. Jordan Lawes was my salesman and he was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted. He wasn’t pushy and fully understood what I was looking for. Walked me through all the features of my new car, and got me out the door into my new vehicle with no problems. Service was fast and friendly and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend this lot to anyone looking for a new car!

    All the new staff are wonderful! Had a hiccup with my new car but they took care of it immediately and made me feel like a valued customer. We all know these days how hard that is. Anyways the entire team I dealt with were great from sales all the way to finance. They jumped through a lot of hoops to get me in my new car and I very much appreciate it.

    I went to Coyle for my car's 25000 maintenance. The work was completed quickly and having the inspection report let me know exactly what maintenance would be needed coming up. Jackie, the service rep, was knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions. I decided to wait during the service and the waiting room was well stocked with snacks and coffee and the Wifi was very helpful. All in all, a great experience.

    I wrecked the suspension of my Juke recently during one of the ice storms in February and unfortunately, my insurance coverage doesn’t include a rental. Thankfully Jim and Brandy at Coyle Nissan Collision got my car back to me super quickly —> 2 - 3 weeks sooner than the initial estimated completion date!! In spite of how busy they were at the time, they kept me informed of their progress during the entire process which really helped tremendously with my logistics nightmare. I’m so thankful that Coyle offers a Nissan collision center that includes Jim and Brandy! I truly felt and witnessed how they treated my car as if it were their own. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I understand that there strike is over, but ordering parts is still hit or miss. I had my vehicle in the repair shop for 28 days, and when I talked to them, there was no estimated time of arrival for the last parts that were ordered. Not that I am expecting to have my vehicle is the shop anytime soon, but if there happens to be a need for any repairs, I will get the work done in Louisville next time.

    The service department doesn't seem to grasp the concept of communication. Had my car there for over a month to be worked on after an accident (understandably). Came home, check engine light comes on and won't start. Take it back to be looked at. Stays there for another 3 weeks (no updates unless I call), only for the keys to be reprogrammed and my battery to be replaced (more money). Get home and the check engine light is on again. This time I will be taking my car elsewhere for it to be fixed correctly (and on a timely manner) since they can't seem to figure out.

    Had a great experience buying a car. I had TJ as my sales man. I told him that I was looking for a kid friendly SUV similar to what I previously had and told him a monthly price range. He showed me what he thought would best fit my lifestyle after what I told him. I ended up getting a Nissan Rouge and I love it and so do my kids.     T.J. Was very attentive and knowledgeable about the Nissan Armada that I went and test drove. He took me on a test drive and pointed it out all the special features of the vehicle, there was absolutely no pressure at all which I have come to expect when looking at buying cars.     I had recall maintenance and an oil change scheduled for weeks, prior to a planned road trip. They called me less than 48 hours before the appointment to try to reschedule me for weeks later. I explained my situation and was told to go pound sand. I'm very disappointed and will not be visiting or recommending Coyle Nissan to anyone.

    Our salesman was TJ Caldwell. He has to be the nicest sales person that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at a car dealership. There was NO high pressure. I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to pressure you into something else. He was very courteous and respectful. In the future if I know someone wanting a car, I would recommend TJ Caldwell.

    TJ Caldwell did such a good job. He was so patient with me, and never pushy. This car buying experience was amazing and stress free! Chances are they have exactly what you are looking for. As was our case. They had the exact match to what we wanted. Making the purchase was smooth with no problems. She even spent time with me conversing while I waited for car to be ready. My salesperson Shannon Seay was not only professional and helpful but really appreciated his non pressured sales. He went beyond his job and helped me drop off my rental to save me another trip to get my new car. Julie Parker made the paper work process easy. Her extreme knowledge of her job and friendly personality is to be commended. I highly recommend going here before any other dealer. Love my new Kicks.

    My past experiences with car dealerships have been less than enjoyable and quiet time consuming. However, "Jordan Lawes" @ Coyle Nissan has changed my mind on these matters. I did not receive the back in forth between the salesman and sales manager, that I typically have experienced. I left the dealership excited with my purchase and didn't have to pitch a tent in the parking lot while closing on the deal. Thank you Jordan and the the sales team @ Coyle Nissan!     This was my first time here taking my Rouge in for an oil/filter change. They went ahead and rotated the tires and did a full free inspection and topped off the fluids. Not only are hey extremely kind, they did an excellent job and were about half the price of everyone else for the oil change alone. They made a loyal customer!

    You want an amazing experience buying a car?? Go to Coyle Nissan and ask for Matt!!! He got us in the car we wanted at a price we can afford!! Matt and Aaron went above and beyond and we're able to get us approved for our car loan even when Tony Malito Budget couldn't!! This definitely was the best car buying experience we've ever had. They give friendly service and they actually listened to what we wanted and what we could afford and didn't pressure us at all like other car places have done, and they made the process extremely fast and easy!!     This is a review for the collision center not the sales department. In mid March my front bumper of my 2017 Subaru Legacy was damaged during a storm and Allstate directed me to this body shop (Coyle Nissan). I took my car in on April 1st for a drop off through my insurance but somehow they were unaware it was a drop off. They didn’t finish the estimate until April 6th and I was told it wouldn’t take long to repair because it was a simple job. The work they did on my car was good. The front bumper looks great. My complaints mainly are with lack of communication between them and myself/insurance. They kept pushing the date of completion up and wouldn’t really tell me why. My car was supposed to be done on the 11th of April but it wasn’t done until today, April 21st. They did not even call me to tell me my car was finished. I had to get Allstate to harass them and then Allstate had contacted me to tell me my car was ready. My other complaint is that when I went to go pick my car up the battery was almost completely drained. It struggled to turn on. The battery light popped on when I turned it but disappeared once the car was actually on. The car didn’t have any start up issues when I dropped it off on the 1st. After driving for 10 minutes and putting gas in it my car started up perfectly how it’s supposed to and the battery light stopped showing up on the dash. I don’t know how or what they did but they did drain my cars battery. Luckily it charged up after driving it. I will most likely be using another body shop in the future due to them draining my cars battery as well as the severe lack of communication I had experienced.

    Today I purchased my first Nissan which was a new Altima. I had done some research and saw that Coyle Nissan had a great selection of vehicles. I am very pleased with the service at Coyle.     The service department at Coyle Nissan service department displays skills and professionalism that will likely make them more successful and retain customers for a long time. Some traits I personally observed were demonstrated by Mike and Jackie os the service department. This included honesty, integrity, dependability, a positive attitude and strong work ethics. Honesty is a very important trait of a good employee because it can determine if customers return or NOT! Elements of a great customer care is something that many understand but not always demonstrate. No customer wants to feel like a cog in some huge wheel, performing a routine task with no meaning. … The service department are a great team of culture who encourages customers to be patient and proactive about keeping their vehicles in the best manner or obtaining service as required. The qualities of the ideal job rely much on how much it fits with the person's interests and aspirations, as Mike and Jackie displays.     Wasted my time with this dealership. Huge Bait and Switch(deceptive at best), went to look at 2009 Camry listed online for a $8,486. Went there test drove and agreed to buy the car. When they laid the bill in front of me, the price before fees was $12,500! They said the price included a $2,500 trade allowance, which is completely bogus to have factored in to the listing place. They said it was a mistake, but they do this with every car that is posted right now!

    I traded in my 2012 Nissan Versa for a 2017 Nissan Rogue today and I am so happy with the outcome. I already knew what I was looking for when I arrived so when TJ came over to help it was an easygoing, pressure -free transaction. I asked him a few questions and requested a test drive.     So my car was stolen a few weeks ago. After anxiously searching and failing to find a new car, I went to Coyle Chevrolet/Nissan. There I worked with Seth and Ryan who were extremely personable, kind and caring. They found me a car that not only fit my budget but also my lifestyle! Buying cars can be super scary and the numbers can get confusing. When signing time came I was greeted with a big smile (under a mask of course) from Julie Parker. Her personality was Inviting and put me at ease. She explained everything in simple terms, gave me the pros and cons of the auto pay and warranties. I didn’t feel that any of the staff was pushy at any point. They actually made me feel like they were there for me and not just to make a sale. It was a pleasant experience and I actually felt good driving off the lot, knowing if I needed anything that I could come back.

    I recently had the pleasure of working out a deal with Aaron and Matt. Months ago I reached out to Aaron about wanting to purchase a Honda, to which he replied that they currently didn’t have any on the lot but if they had any come in he would contact me. Although this was a kind gesture I was certain that someone as busy as himself would forget about me. Well several months had passed and I received a phone call from Aaron and he tells me they have a Honda on the lot for a great deal and he wasn’t lying! Matt worked out the numbers for me and we eventually agreed upon a great price. It was nice that after several months Aaron remembered my needs. The professionalism and customer service I received from both Matt and Aaron were exceptional and they have definitely earned a lifelong customer.

    In all honesty, they do NOT even deserve 1 star. My husband and I have purchased 3 Brand New Vehicles from Coyle and the most recent is definitely the last. Not only was the sales portion a horrific nightmare are very careless, our personal information was in jeopardy and identity fraud could have easily happened. And it took months upon months for out trade in to be paid off. The trade in was actually stolen from Nissan Coyle and wrecked. The way this was known to us was when we received a bill for thousands from the state of KY. Coyle never cared to share that information. Not let the trade in financial dept know that they were the new owners. 4 months later!! Aside from this horrible experience; it still seems never ending since now we have to deal with the rude lady staff in service. I was given 2 free oil changes with our last purchase, now with using the last one, it is the LAST time we set foot in Coyle. This service lady is rude and makes you feel like you are such an inconvenience to her. Trust me when I say I don’t want to be here just as much as you; But you PAID to be there so don’t make me feel I am inconvenient to you. Oh and one more thing, The sales promised a new grill with our purchase, we never received it. Management was contacted several several times and never have tried to make it right with us.

    I had fog lights installed on my Nissan Maxima at this dealership. I called and got a quote and then they gave me a date. I came in early and Jackie was professional and pilot.     Chris Taylor was awesome! He found the exact car we had been looking for! It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Prior to this I almost purchased several other cars but walked away because of the sales people and the dealership scams. Nothing like that here.

    WOW!!! Do not go to any other dealership! When they say their goal is to let your car buying experience be stress free and as smooth as possible, they stand by every word! From the moment I made the call and spoke to Linda about a deal, she immediately responded without hesitation! Within 30 mins I received an email with a full estimate proposal. To the moment we walked through the door and got together with TJ Caldwell our sales rep, his knowledge of the Nissan Titan that we were buying was impressive. Any questions we had was answered or he found the answer so we wouldn't be left wondering. When we finally sat down for the signing with Aaron, he was very detailed and right to the point of all the fine print behind getting the loan. More importantly, he was very respectful of the time crunch we were in so he made sure we had everything taken care of before walking out. I have been searching for a truck for a short time now and while I have ventured to other dealerships, this experience from Coyle Nissan by far exceeded my expectations and then some! Lastly, before finally walking out the door, everyone in the room congratulated us on the new purchase and they shared our excitement with signing away our life for the next 72 months! Lol I have never had better customer service and they have gained my loyalty for sure! I want to add a HUGE thanks for helping me finally getting my first truck!     We bought a new Nissan Frontier from Coyle in May 2020. Great experience! Hands down the best price in a 250 mile radius, plus we got a free grill. Linda, Aaron, and crew were super nice. There was a delay in getting it registered which wasn't their fault (Nissan was super nit-picky over something in the financing). We had to go back to re-do the paperwork and they filled up our tank for the trouble. So other than the usual buying-a-car-in-a-pandemic delays, it was a great experience. They are honest and do what they say they will do, which you don't always get from a car dealer. Thanks guys!

    I cannot say enough good things about Matt Key and Aaron Reel at Coyle Nissan. We bought a car “as is” and unfortunately after driving it for a couple days we realized the car had some problems we didn’t expect and the car lot did not know about. I immediately called the car lot and told them about what was going on and they were able to take the car back and put my dad in a better car for an amazing deal! We are so lucky that they were willing to work with us and the fact that they took an “as is” car back to make us happy is a blessing. This is the second car I have purchased through them and I’ll definitely be buying with them in the future. I will 100% be doing more business with them!

    Best car buying experience ever! I did my homework on the vehicle package I wanted, had my current vehicle pay-off amount, had applied for outside financing, and had checked out Coyle Nissan’s website for the inventory selection to ensure they had the vehicle I was interested in. Matt Key was the salesman who assisted me throughout my experience with Coyle. He has wonderful etiquette and is very easy to converse with. Alongside Matt was Mike Temple, explaining their processes in detail and he was just as easy to have a conversation with. I cannot say enough how great the entire team was and I’m ecstatic about my new whip!! Thanks Coyle Nissan for all that you did to help me out with this experience!!! 11/23/18 Update as of 12/16/18 - Coyle Nissan's Service Department is just as awesome as the sales staff! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jackie Marriott and Mike Stockdale in the Service Department and I have never had such wonderful experiences with a service department at any dealer or shop. Jackie and Mike were both very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to deal with. They both treated me with respect and were straight to the point with my car items to be serviced. Mike was even especially pleasant since on two different occasions I showed up at 6:50 am for my 7:00 am appointments, and he was still working on his first cup of coffee. I am an extreme early bird and he smiled and helped me upon my arrival without hesitation! I will not be going anywhere else for my service needs, this dealership is exceptional!
