Used them for a closing,. Will use them again if I need a title company. Used one of their competitors before and was lied to and mislead, or they tried to miss lead. Wasn't foolish enough to fall for their bs.

Over all it went pretty good. Tons of paperwork, but they knew it by heart. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

What an incredible experience we had with Paramount Title! Meghan Dukett and Victoria and team were so efficient with returning our emails and phone calls and walked us through every step of this process. We hit a big hiccup with the buyers of our home and despite how frustrated we were, the team at Paramount helped to move things along and make it so seemless. Paramount did not accurately execute our closing settlement resulting in a significant funding variance. Unfortunately, I had to uncover their error. Beware and double check their work!

India was amazing! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and she was very thorough and patient.

My title was not clean. I have video of the Apollo beach office coming to me AFTER closing and asked us if we knew about the open permits. Of course we didn't! STAY AWAY FROM PARAMOUNT TITLE !
