If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the beginning of my home closing process to the very end, Excel Title was phenomenal. All of the staff were extremely courteous, professional and helpful. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The website they used to securely communicate and send documents worked flawlessly. If you are looking for a seamless home closing experience, Excel Title is definitely the company to use.

We had no issues using Excel Title for our home sale. We read a few reviews about them not being responsive, but this was not the case at all. We got answers to questions and updates within hours, and never more than 12 hours. Closing went very smooth with them.

Excel walked us through closing and took care of every question we had. In today's extreme real estate market they made our experience easy and we did not have the old signing cramps from years past. We definitely recommend their services.

If you are realtor or an owner looking for great title company then I highly recommend you use Excel Title. As a lender I work with many title companies and I can say Excel title is definitely one of the best I have ever worked with.

First time home buyer with that being said Before closing the Title company was unhelpful, seemed to almost hinder the transaction. Did a poor job with communication and delivering of their services. I did not choose this company the seller chose them. Would recommended using a different company.

We just completed a very difficult settlement. Chris was great and helped work through the various issues and was extremely helpful. He helped to get issues resolved outside the scope of what could ever be reasonably expected, and was always available to help navigate through the process.

I just wanted to take a moment and say how amazing Tiara was. Recently, I have had the worst luck with title companies. They have lost our original docs, docs haven't been properly notarized, or sent months after we have closed... You get the picture. Tiara and her team sent all the original docs, recorded mortgage and lenders policy in an extremely timely manner. It's nice to finally work with professionals. I am looking forward to working with her in the future.

Worst title company I have used. I didn’t choose the title company, but got stuck working with them and I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. They are rude, unprofessional, and try to pull fast ones on clients hoping they don’t look closely at the numbers. Go ELSEWHERE!

Chris is AMAZING and deserves a raise!!! I’ve been in the mortgage business 10 years and I’ve purchased 3 properties. I can’t say enough good things about Chris during this transaction. I had to switch title companies because the last title company couldn't clear something. He took over the file and was able to clear it in a few days. How do you ask? He isn’t lazy and knew exactly what needed to be done to do it correctly and went the extra mile. He’s very knowledgeable. He was on top of it, professional, and really made sure I was taken care of with closing on time. He set up the mobile notary at a very very early hour and worked hard to find me a notary that was able to sign that early. I honestly don’t know of any other title manager that would go above and beyond like Chris did for a small transaction. I will be using him as my new title rep in Florida. He’s a prime example of a true professional. Highly Highly recommend!
