My sister bought her FIRST home and came to use them through the seller. Disappointed at the condescending attitude during the process to and requiring things that did not need to be done, citing "Florida Law" - which it wasn't. Added unnecessary stress. In the end, they got the job done but the political stance was ugly and need not be a part of the transaction. Also, instead of joining the new buyers and helping them celebrate with one of those promotional photos, they just couldn't get away from these paying customers ASAP rather than swallow their political pride and celebrate a first time buyer for a snapshot. (I believe my sister, the buyer, paid the fees even tho the seller picked the title company.)
