I went him for some documents to be notarized I needed witnesses he told me we did not. When it clearly stated by my bank that I did! He told he would do it at no cost again but I would have to provide witnesses I told him no just give me a refund I left him a couple of messages about the refund and he refuses to pay me back.

I used Tim as the notary for my mortgage refinance. Because we're in covid, the mortgage company doesn't explain things in detail. Tim took his time and went over all the documents with me, explained everything and his attention to detail is amazing. I had an issue with the previous notary and he made sure the numbers were accurate. I was also having an issue with the mortgage refi company and their communication so Tim stayed late to make sure my documents got taken care of.
