I didn’t feel safe going to this business. I was scared just leaving this store. I had 2 people a male and female trying to follow me out the store. They need security in this store if they want customers to do business here.

Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And I will definitely refer other people to come here.

Horrible customer service. Got to the store at 6:58 to take my jewelry out because I won’t be able to do so tomorrow when my ticket is up, and did not want to pay unnecessary interest. They would not open the door for me. Store hours are to 7 pm then honor that. I even called a few mins to ask if they can stay open 5 more mins which wasn’t even needed. If you want ppl to get to the store at 6:50 then advertise it. Good customer service and a lil compassion goes a long way.

As a customer that spend thousand of dollars buying Gold I thought they would treat me with Respect and honor a good customer. I took my mothers 14k white gold bracklet to have it rodium plating they said it would be a week I said ok , the next day I get a call that it was done. I pick it up Something didn't look wright it didn't have the white glow it look like it was clean with dish washing liquid . I brought it home to my mom and it look the same like the day I took it in to have it rodium plating. I spend 24.00 on cab fare they want me to bring it back that's another 24,00 I have to spend.this is how you honor a good customer that spend money at your store? Never again !!!

BY FAR PARADISE IS ONE OF THE BEST AND TRUSTWORTHY PAWNBROKERS.IVE BEEN A CLIENT SINCE 2005 QND NEVER HAVE HAD A COMPLAIN.THE STAFF ARE VERY JOYFUL AS WELL AS HELPFUL.I WOULD NOT LET MY VALUABLES WITH ANY OTHER BUISNESS BUT PARADISE..THANKYOU VERY MUCH...AND GODBLESS.

Great place. I've only had one experience with pawn brokers and used them everything. Once I was in a pinch for cash and they weren't open. I went to another place.I couldn't even tell you how big of a difference Paradise was. The other place charged so much more and didn't care about me or my stuff. This place extended themselves for me when they didn't have to. Of course everyone doesn't always get what they want but this place is more than fair.

Recently after Trying several times to get the best deal on a wonderful ring , I was helped by Perla who give me the best deal , she was so helpful and tried all the options to give me the best price, because times before somebody else help me and even I told the person that I was client for long time she just told me the price and she said to me that was no more way to give discount. But thanks to Perla I have in my hand the piece that I love for long time I was dealing, thanks Perla ! I will recommend her for best service and better price .

People...be careful putting anything on lay away here. Don't do it! I got taken for over 300 bucks I put down, because I couldn't finish paying it. They keep all the money you put down, but never tell you this before you lay it away. They do not tell you anything about their policies, and keep it on the hush. Normally; Pawn shops will charge you a 30% restocking fee, and give you the rest of your money. Paradise Pawnbrokers doesn't. They keep it all. Do not bother with this store. Go somewhere else. Not worth it !!!

This place is fair. They're not going to sugar coat anything. They know their prices and will show you what the item actually goes for. If its worth it, they will go, if it isn't they won't bend. I think that's pretty fair. Customers should do your research before wasting their time. e.g..If you're selling a digtal camera for 200.00 and its out of the package and 5 years old then its out dated! It probably doesn't go for 200 anymore unless its a Nikon. It probably goes for 60-70 bucks considering the megapixels and wear on the item, then they can only sell it back to you for 30.00-45 bucks.
