Paradise motors loves to take advantage of people. We purchased a 2018 Malibu from them in august of 2021. The radiator went out in March 2022. During the service inspection we were informed this vehicle had been in a SERIOUS accident before us owning it and had frame damage. The car was cosmetically fixed but mechanically was in horrendous condition. Paradise does not provide a carfax on their cars. We ordered a carfax once we were told about the car having frame damage as we were curious what it said (something we should have done in the first place). Paradise motors sold us a vehicle that should have been deemed a total loss according to the body shop we took it to. The car was in not one but FOUR accidents prior to us owning it. Total over $30,000 in damage between all four accidents. It was in a serious accident, 2 minor and one major accident. We were informed from our mechanic the car wouldn’t last much longer than a year considering the mechanical condition. I will NEVER step foot in a paradise motors and I will be telling every single person I know to not buy from this sleazy dealership. They took complete advantage of us and we are now out THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this disgusting company. If you have to PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET A CARFAX AND TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY PAPERS.

If you are ever in need of a vehicle, no matter the circumstance, do not waste your time going to paradise motors. The sale representatives are very rude, the sale guy Shawn was very disrespectful in handling business with the customers. I bought a 2012 Buick Enclave and my check engine light came on one day and I was told it was my catalytic converter but not to worry because it wouldn’t affect the way my car drives, now my car is broken down in the shop because of the catalytic converter. Now they don’t want to claim it was their fault for misleading me about my truck which is a 700 dollar repair , not to mention the expensive 541 dollar car payment that’s due on the 1st. If you have bad credit , they will give you a high interest rate, very high! Thank God my credit has improved since financing with them that way I won’t need to go back to them ever again.

Edit: as of October 4th, only a couple days after driving off in our used vehicle it died, and refused to start. Paradise Motors paid to have it towed to their shop on October 5th, where it has been for the past 2 days. We feel a little cheated because we put $1,800 down and only drove it for 2 days. I bought a 2007 Chevy from Paradise in 2019. The worry of getting an older model vehicle weighed on me- you hear such bad stories- but at paradise I they take excellent care and inspect their vehicles. I haven't had any major issues but wear and tear on my car since the day of purchase. But the biggest thing Paradise offers is their heart! I went through such a struggle financially in 2021 when I lost my job. NOT ONE TIME did First American Auto leasing give me any issues. In fact, they helped me more than any place during that time in my life. Even when I needed minor fixes, they fixed my car and allowed me to pay on the repair fee whatever I could each month. You don't find a lot of companies that will do that. I am so grateful for their kindness and care this last year. I will be buying a newer car in the future from them, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. You want a guaranteed car, and someone to treat you like a person! Choose them! They literally treat you like family <3 Ty so you guys so much!

Don't simply take my word for it, look at other websites that rate dealers (not Facebook since that's easily manipulated as well) and see what the reviews are like. Not putting prices on ads and your own website makes it clear that shady business is practiced here.

I thought I needed my brakes done and an oil change. Jennifer got me in right away. She was friendly , helpful and answered all my questions My brakes were good and she was honest about that. I highly recommend Jennifer for any questions you may have
