My car I purchased from Fast Finance on January 18 just exceeded it's 6 month/6000 mile warranty 10 days ago. (6 months because ive barely driven it 3000 miles) I was feeling things and sounds that weren't quite right when driving and took it to them back in March, Austin sent it to two different places, and then claimed no problems were found. I took it to my ASE Certified mechanic, (they wouldn't allow me to do so back in March they told me it would void my warranty, but my mechanic has told me that is not true and it's illegal for them to not allow that but I didn't know). My mechanic said they spray painted over rust, and both the front and rear tire rods, assemblies and axels are rusted so bad, that if I had kept driving it, I could have had a serious injury or worse. Anthony was the salesman who sold it to me, I was in a bind and he kept going on about how he wanted to get me and my kids into a safe vehicle, he made me feel pressured as if I didn't buy it then, that it would be gone. Didn't let me browse other cars on the lot, insisted that this car was my best deal. Now I know why. Fast Finance/ TNT financial, is about selling loans, not quality cars, if you deal with them, PLEASED FOR YOUR SAFETY TAKE IT TO YOUR OWN MECHANIC FIRST! I hate that I am stuck in this loan! I'm considering filing bankruptcy and never paying them another dime.

This place is a absolute joke. i do not recommend buying a car from here as i was taken advantage of! My car has had NUMEROUS issues, when i expressed these issues nothing has been done besides sitting in a shop wasting my time. NOTHING has been fixed on my car that i have warranty for. not to mention Sean the salesman is very unprofessional as he screamed at me in his lobby at fast finance to “shut up” when i was simply asking for all documentation on a car that i paid for!

This is the second Vehicle that I have gottten and it was the worst experience my Speedometer never worked I called and they say they would call me back and never did now my warranty is up and they won’t fix it. Then I was driving down the road and my Power steering went out while driving and now my transmission went and I haven’t even had the car 2 years and they were suppose to call me back and let me know where to take it and of course no call back. I will NEVER go to these guys again ever..
