At Penn. Ave. branch there is almost always a long line and too few cashiers. Frequently cashier seems poorly trained and/or has an attitude. Frequently, I go to another branch for better service even though it is a longer drive.

Jonathan was the receptionist who has helped me many times. I am a Senior Citizen and not so savvy with technology and he helped me navigate the site plus answer my questions. He is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I have been a member of CASE since I was 19 years old. I have always been treated with respect and very well by staff. I love the banking opportunities there. Was told over the phone they would release funds from a deposited cashier's check,. My wife drove over an hour to get the funds (and while she was there, active her credit card and setup online access). When she got there she was told they would not release the funds for another 7 days. Wasted over two hours! I have no problem waiting for the funds, but don't tell me you will go ahead and release them, and when I arrive tell me you will not release them early.

Quite frankly I am amazed at all of the negative reviews. I have been a customer for years and have never had an issue. We finance every vehicle we purchase with Case, this branch in fact, because we have never had any issues and it's so easy to get it done.

Payed off an auto loan. Got an email saying that there was a payment processing WEEKS AFTER paying off my loan. They'll keep taking money from source used for autopay even after the loan is over with. What a mess of a credit union, called, got transferred and then they hung up. Only gave 2 stars because of the low interest.

I have been a member for 20 years almost. In the beginning they were wonderful, kinda a small feeling institution with a big bank professional operation. But as the years progressed I've been more and more unimpressed. Now, the only reason I stay is because I have two loans to pay off. The best way I can describe it is "financial gentrification". Their services seem more geared towards the wealthier individuals more and more every year. They have a "skip a pay" system that a decade ago you could do it on your due date...now they want 10 days in advance and can't do it consecutively. All this after I'm recovering from a health crisis that's affected my ability to make income...and being consecutive would help me during my recovery. They have been kind and helpful to me in the past...but now they've sold out.

Services are geared toward the wealthier people. All departments are poor at communicating proper info. Do not bank with case credit.

Even after paying off our auto loan with Case CU in full they continued to take money out of our account. We’re now dealing with getting them to turn off automatic payments and give us our money back. Edited to add: no it hasn’t been resolved. Now we are stuck driving 3 hours to your branch to get our money back because you won’t send a check.

I have been with CASE for at least 13 years and have been very unhappy for at least the past 2. There have been slow changes at CASE that have left me feeling undervalued. Quite frankly I feel they don't want my membership. Lines are always long. Tellers are not knowledgeable. Waiting to get an answer usually takes 30 min or more. The person helping you always has to call someone else in another branch to get an answer. Getting a call back or timely responses from them does not happen. They appear very friendly but are not helpful. My husband and I get the 3rd degree when requesting a loan or line of credit without any real explanations. They report my credit dropped over 10 points in the last month while Credit Karma reports it went up 20! In the past 2-3 years they have denied us a mortgage loan and line of credit that we have since acquired elsewhere. While I understand there are credit algorithms underwriters look for and the general public is not privy to, they should still make you feel like you are a valued member. I will be switching credit unions as soon as possible and closing my line of credit with them as well.
