Bank of America Financial Center S Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing

This location is horribly inconsistent pertaining to hours. They have a little sign on door now that says closed at 4 pm. Many time the lobby is closed and only drive through is open. Other times the drive through is closed and only the lobby is closed . They usually only have 1 teller assisting clients and as a result lines are common. Often they have a manager asking everyone in line if she can help by using the ATM. Nobody ever says yes. If they wanted to use the machine they would instead of being in line. Better use of manpower would be having another teller. I use many banks in the area and bank of America is the worst. As soon as I can pay off my accounts I'll be done with this bank.

This was my very first visit to Bank of America. I have done everything on line before. I had a large deposit to make and I had it all itemized, checks signed, cash counted, deposit slip made out. Every thing went smoothly, and quickly. I had one car in front of me. The teller was very polite. I gave her my driver license, and i expect this with a large deposit, and never being there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

They wouldn’t even get one star from me. First I get the account then the pin doesn’t work. Had to go inside get a whole new pin which took me an hour by the way then the atm ate my debit card. I called to get it they said it was shredded so I was without for a good week. after that my gma passed I deposited an insurance check they released it and it then they went back into my account and took it back and said the check looked fraud and not ONLY did they hold the check AGAIN they took my direct deposit that had nothing to do with the check at all! I will be leaving this bank and if anyone ask I will tell them are not the best choice. Instead of them protecting the customer and their money they rather put you in hardship and they don’t care!

Ate my card and there was nothing to be done not even an attempt to help get the card out. The bank the card belong to was not in Lansing so I had to go all out the way to replace my card and to make matters worse I am currently on strike at my job. Thanks Bank of America for all your help. 👌🏾

Wish I could give zero stars! This location is so slow and understaffed! Sitting in the drive thru for over an hour - 2 days ago! 40 minutes the next day. Today it’s been 35 minutes waiting with 1 car before me!

Has a sign on it that says knock loudly to be let in saw the one employee sitting on her cell phone playing. I knocked she acknowledged that I knocked and continue to play on the phone probably gonna look into switching banks

Completely furious with this bank, I was told that I could only withdrawal $500.00 form my account because it's TAX SEASON! No I do not have a account personally with this bank but I was issued a bank card form State of Michigan Unemployment Insurance, the money in that account is mine, I have bills just like everyone else, anyone who has collected unemployment can vouch for me, it's not a bunch of money, Tax Season is totally irrelevant, the bank should be prepared for large transactions at this time of year, (Tax Season) is OBVIOUS! It happens every year. And for them to tell I'm not a customer there is an outrage, I did not choose this bank to oversee my unemployment compensation. The real kicker to this whole deal is for them to ask me if I was interested in opening an account with them. HELL-TO-THE-NO!!!! While standing in line to complete my transaction i personally watched the teller limit a actual customer with an account to a $6000.00 withdrawal, all I wanted was my extra few hundred to get my bills paid, now I must make another trip back tomorrow receive my balance. I have done a small amount of investigation and I believe that what they are doing is COMPLETELY illegal.

I would give this COMPANY -100 stars if I could. A very short summary. I deposited a payroll check, app says funds available the next day. Then a hold is placed until 1/1/19! Yet there is no way to cancel the deposit and just go cash the check. And nobody from this company seems to have any shred of empathy on how they grossly abuse their customers , protect only their own interests, and provide no assistance. I am disgusted, and am making it a personal mission to share this as much as possible. Complaint already filed with the BBB.

Love the staff. When you walk in and they know your name..never had problem ( except atm needs to be moved the sun its it and you cant see anything...) im happy with them...hi staci, Manager heather ,don..i miss him. I hate them transferring employees. And you dont get the care you should with new employees cant wait to see you soon Jan2 2018 Since I wrote this. The bank really sucks. You close the branch on mlk so everyone comes here. Knowing that they still change employees service has gone from 4 tellers down to 2 and with those 2 one also does drive-thru so you have line and waiting 20 30 minutes is not good customer service. When manager walks around not really doing anything should be behind working with costumers. I am thinking of changing banks but they need more staff

Google said Saturday hours were 9am to 1pm. Got there and even the door said the same hours. But location was definitely closed well before 1230pm
