I found Paddio through Credit Karma, as soon as I started my application, my loan officer Shan Smahon called me. Offered me the best interest I could ever get, they worked so fast to meet with my closing date, I got surprise Halloween gift from Paddio. They just made my whole experience the best, easy and quick. I finally closed on my home just in time. You shouldn't think twice about which lender to work with because I'll recommend Paddio a thousand times over other lenders.

We were looking into an FHA loan to buy our first home, and Paddio popped up in our online search. And we are so glad they did! Devan and Bridgette were very responsive to our (many) emails, texts, and phone calls. They concisely answered our questions, and shared their extensive knowledge of the home-buying process -there was so much we didn’t know! Wasted 2 months in escrow with this lender and ended up losing the house. Underwriters are horrible at their jobs through this company it doesn’t matter how good your loan officer is. A loan coordinator walked out on their job with them causing serious delays in communication and documents. They needed about 4-6 letters from my employer explaining my “declining income” when in reality the hours were all at 80 total hours biweekly or more explained to them both through me, my hr department, and my supervisor. They wanted so many documents a week prior to closing with no communication that we had to constantly push closing dates and then they kept requesting more. Save yourself time and a headache and just go through a trusted lender in your area. The closing dates were pushed so much by Paddio that the seller wanted to charge me $50/day till I close. Paddio left me with these costs when they could’ve told me no a long time ago. Luckily the seller was gracious enough to drop the charges and I closed on my home with my local lender. The whole underwriting team here needs to be fired. My loan officer was the only helpful person, however that doesn’t help when loan coordinators are walking out on their jobs there, and the underwriters can’t even do their jobs correctly. Update: I was approved through the underwriter in a week with my local lender. Whereas paddio took 2 1/2 months to deny me or give me any kind of straight answer.

Outstanding Mortgage Broker! Paddio walked me through the process effortlessly. It was very straight forward and they were able to talk me though any concerns that came to mind. Probably the easiest I have ever gone through in terms of setting up a mortgage.

Paddio gave a refreshing experience compared to previous home buying experiences. Ability to sign docs online made closing day much much faster (both title agent, seller agent, and my own agent commented on how little paperwork there was!) Shelby Dobbs made it apparent they were part of my team and wasn’t solely focused on getting the funds and ignoring concerns. Outstanding customer support. I would definitely recommend Paddio to anyone buying a home! Their online platform makes everything so easy because you can submit all documents and do all signings from your phone or computer. Our realtor also commented on how nice it was that once you are pre approved for an amount you can generate pre approval letters for the amount of your bid for anything up to that threshold, which means you will always be able to make an offer without waiting for someone else to do it - something that is worth a lot with the way the market is right now! Our loan officers Wes and Bryan were both amazing! I was kept up to date and well informed at every step of the process and questions were always answered promptly with detailed/honest answers. Our realtor also commented that they were some the nicest/ easiest to work with and down to earth loan officers that she had worked with over the course of her long experience. Wes’s input went a long way toward our offer being the one accepted and we can’t thank him enough for that!

This lender has made it hell trying to buy my first home. My original closing date was 03/31/2022, but had to be changed to 04/08/2022. Now they’re telling me ON THE DAY OF CLOSING that they still need to verify things and that closing has to be extended ANOTHER WEEK. One loan coordinator told me they didn’t have the appraisal yet, while another said they had it back but there were some specifications that they needed to clear up. Which is it? Do you understand how frustrating it is to hurry and pack up all your belongings, just to be pushed back week after week? Having to pay rent by the week because you’re not sure when you’ll actually move out? Being excited to finally move into your new house just to hear that you’ll have to wait another week? This lender has given me the run around and I will be glad once this is all over. I will NEVER use Paddio again. Horrible customer service.

Paddio did a great job on getting us through the home buying process and closed on our house. They kept the process moving right along and communicated well. We never had a problem contacting our loan Officer David with any questions we had and he answered them thoroughly. The online portal is very easy to use and allows for quick transfer of documents really streamlining the process. I would recommend Paddio to others and would use again.

My Wife applied for a loan and was told everything was great and at the last minute after the closing had been set up she was told she needed me to be a co signer. The loan officer pledged to work night and day to resolve this issue and then we were handed over to another loan officer who went on vacation and left us with many unanswered questions. Both people are very nice but I would say probably very inexperienced. I requested a management contact twice and did not receive one, had they not already ran my credit I would definitely abandon this process and go to someone I have used before. After researching this company it appears to be mostly young people starting out with little or no experience……2/22/22 I was contacted by management after this review and received far more personalized service, we have not closed yet but the team has shown a since of urgency and Lilly has really stepped up and gone above and beyond.

My loan officer was Chad and he was so helpful throughout the process. It had been 30 years since I purchased my last home so everything was very different and I was moving to another state and Chad was very helpful and thorough with everything. It seems like everything that could go wrong did go wrong but he was right there helping me all the way. Can't say enough good about him and Paddio.

Future New homeowners please don't try these people. Finding a new home should be fun not with them. They will have you missing out on your dream home. They will have you jump through all kind of hoops and then don't wanna get the home that you want. You WILL lose inspection money and appraisal money that you won't get back. Jason Harvey and his team is amazing! He is patient, responsive, and answered all my questions. He explained every step of the way, and keep me in the loop of each step progress, even after the loan closed. The Paddio client portal is easy to use and user friendly. Documents I uploaded were reviewed quickly unlike other lenders.

We lost a nice home because of this guys, they said we were on the right path, it took them 6 -7 weeks to find excuses not to approve our loan! After 6 weeks they told us that we don’t qualify Besides loosing the home we lost appraisal money, time, deposit. Etc. don't deal with this scam artists. I found different home with another lender much more expensive house and we were done closing in 2 weeks with them, try local smaller companies and avoid this people they take forever and on the end they will deny your loan. They have another scam of locking your mortgage rate for about $4k which is a ripoff, other companies they lock you in not more than $500.

My loan officer Dan Wasmer was incredible! He was with me every step of the way, answering my unending questions, first time buyer there was a lot, helping me cope whenever I started to feel overwhelmed and even rooting me on to get to my goal. He was as determined as I was to make this happen, if he didn't have an answer to one of my questions he didn't rest till he got me one. They are all knowledgeable, professional and perhaps more importantly kind, when you're going through a exciting but also a little frightening step in your life. Pleaseeeee beware. Do your research and do not make the same mistake I did. My dad found this company. I mentioned it to my realtor, she mentioned how she has never heard of this company. She referred me to a local lender who also has never heard of this company and he has been doing this for over 20 years. I don't think you give your employees adequate training. This is company is a large call center. Go through your bank or find a local trusted lender. Matthew Koltun really had no idea what he was doing. After he realized he made so many mistakes, he started making up excuses and would not return my calls. He did not communicate with my realtor. His math and solutions did not make much sense. We almost lost the house we wanted. Thankfully, I found a trusted local lender who was able to get the job done and find a simple solution to my debt to income ratio.
