Had a great experience in April 2022. Same day service and Amanda Presley was excellent with customer service, explanation of terms and worked hard for same day approval. Applied at 2pm ... picked up a check at 5:30pm ... Service with a smile ... thank you Amanda ! Looking forward to paying this off early and co tinge building my credit.

I had Josh to help me with my loan. We needed on short notice for home repairs they literally got everything done for me in 1 day! Outstanding! Definitely will be referring anyone I can!

I have been a customer of Heights for almost 10 years. I have had multiple loans and refinanced multiple times. I have sent multiple referrals as well. Prior management was a delight to work with. Unfortunately I now stand at an impasse. Full disclosure - I absolutely was behind in my payments. After losing my job of over 10 years, unexpectedly, in July 21', I have financially struggled, with every bill, not just Heights. I have no intentions to leave a review blasting this company with the illusion that I held no fault. A promise to pay was noted to my account on 5/5. I agreed that I would make contact on 5/20 (payday) to make a payment. I was awaiting a work reimbursement check and needed to wait for confirmation of funds before authorizing payment. I did NOT contact the store on 5/20. My daughter was set to leave for basic training the following week and I simply forgot. On 5/24, as I prepared to send her off to basic training that morning, I went to pull funds from an ATM and it was declined. After speaking to my banking institution in a panic, they confirmed Heights withdrew the full past due balance of $460+. I immediately called the branch and spoke with the manager, Autumn. I was beyond upset and highly inappropriate. I recognized that and apologized that day and several times since. Honestly, the unexpected stress of my bank account over drafting, on the day my baby was shipped off, was the straw that broke my back. I snapped. I was awful. That said, an EFT was processed unknowingly from my bank on 5/24. This caused several ACHs to either be declined or overdraft my account, creating multiple fees. I explained this to to Autumn when I called. I requested proof of my authorization. Autumn was extremely condescending and even laughed at the matter - I was not kind in reaction. After over 20 minutes on the call, my poor behavior turned into distraught dismay, Autumn said that she would take care of this and assured me that if the error was on their part "they would make it right". I was told a ticket was being placed to pull the recorded authorization and I would receive a call back by week's end. I did not get that call. The following week I followed up, left a message, no return call. The week after I called and spoke again to Autumn. While her attitude was condescending and dismissive, I understood given my previous treatment towards her, and again apologized. She said she would follow up, to expect a call by 10 AM the following business day. No call. The following week, I called again, leaving another message, that was never returned. 4th call attempt later that week, Josh (who is always kind) answered and transferred me to Autumn. She was clearly perturbed that I requested to speak with her directly. I asked about the IT ticket and again requested confirmation of the EFT. Same thing, told I would receive a call back by 10 AM the next business day, once again - it never happened. Now we are 5 weeks past the 5/24's unauthorized EFT. This week I have received 4 calls from Josh to collect payment... yet no call regarding the EFT. Today, I received an extremely unprofessional message from Autumn. When I called her back (within 20 min) she was not kind initially. She was arrogant and blatantly rude. I asked her if there was any update regarding the IT ticket and explained that I have followed up multiple times. She very poignantly stated she has over 800 customers and does not have time to follow up with all of them. I asked for her supervisors information, she said she didn't have it, but would get back to me. We went on and discussed my situation, her resolve was to refinance my loan. I am supposed to get a call back tomorrow. The overdrafts due to the EFT a month ago has created a snowball. I've been fighting a loosing financial battle since. Everything is behind. Now, I either refinance with a company that stole from me, has avoided providing proof of authorization, and has continually treated me and the situation disrespectfully - or I default and get sued. Thus, my impasse.

Amanda presley was amazing! I understood everything and gave me a good reason to get a loan! You should give her a raise and/or something promotion!
