My fiancée and I went on vacation in Branson for a week. I decided to look for a ring at near by pawnshops. This was our first place we looked at. We found a ring that was slightly too big. Although her ring size is a 3.5. We decided to look around a little and we came in next day asap to purchase it. The jeweler was also able to resize it PERFECTLY and got it done before we left! 5/5 Stars. Very HQ store and the cleanest we stopped into during our trip! Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I've been to .many many stores and pawn shops in my days . I've never seen such a clean , well organized store . Its order of how the store is set up is almost shocking. I would.of had to chk again " was i in a pawn shop "? " wow. Is all I can say . They were open at 9 an , very friendly and knew the products they were selling ..I will make sure to give Kimberly & Justin a big shout out to custmer service and a the friendly smiles that greeted me at the door. Best Pawn Shop ever ever! First I want to say these guys are very nice they give that little extra service we've come to expect. I work for Green County. And I don't like conducting business with Shady or underhanded pawn shops. Eagle Pawn stands apart from all the rest hands down very reputable trustworthy and no doubt the best pawn shop I've ever dealt with. I have health problems which left me on the Family Medical Leave Act and missing work for quite some time and I got behind in my bills. And couldn't make my interest payments on time but I called them and let them know it would be a few days before I could make my interest payment. Their response was that was okay they worked with me and I was able to make my payment late and didn't lose my tools. I've never had a pawn shop do that for me. Every other pawn shop I've dealt with I lost my tools at that point. And to me that is going the extra mile to keep a good customer base. So you tell me would you rather go to another pawn shop or here at Eagle Pawn The best there is.

- Very clean establishment - Easy to shop due to the fact that everything is organized, you can tell the employees put care into the showroom. - Been to other pawn shops in the area don’t see why anyone would shop anywhere else. If they don’t have what you are looking for they will still do what they can to help. - Easy to work with and great attitude from its employees.. Justin did a fantastic job!

I have dealt with this crew @ Eagle/Pawn & Jewelry for a few years now. I don't believe you are going to find better or more competitive firearms prices anywhere in Springfield, ALSO- the business has an excellent "curb appeal". The place is clean as a pin. Whether or not I talk to an employee on the phone or in person - everyone is very professional and cordial. I've never been screwed over of treated badly at this business. If you are treated badly - you have to be asking for it. Even then I don't believe these guys would be unprofessional. I hope to keep doing business with these folks. Thanks Eagle Pawn & Jewelry.

I love these guys. I can always count on them to be fair and friendly. They are also very professional and helpful. The store is incredibly clean and pleasant. Not at all like your typical pawn shop. Two thumbs up!

My fiancé and I pawned our Glock 19 here for a few weeks and before we brought it in we cleaned it until it sparkled. When we got it back it was super dirty and we could tell that someone was shooting it. Where it shoots was super black as well. They even used our bristle brush because it was also super dirty because we left the box with them. I wouldn’t go here if you’re trying to pawn a firearm. Never again. It even smells like it was shot.

Out of all the pawn shops ive been to, this is my favorite. its clean, the service is friendly, and everything is neat, visible, and categorized accordingly. quality of items here are good and consistent as well.

Since I moved to Springfield this has been "my" store for firearms. I don't pawn anything, but I do buy guns and accessories there. And I've sold them one or two. When it comes to their firearms and accessories, they have a pretty good selection and you'd be hard pressed to beat their prices on most items. The older gentleman that usually works the gun counter is friendly and so are the other 2 guys that I have seen work back there. Having said all that, it does kind of strike me as odd that the girl and the guy that are usually at the front counter (when I've been there) act pretty uninterested in interacting with customers. I've never tried to haggle prices or anything like that, so I'm not sure what's up with that.

Best shop around! I've purchased, traded and sold from them now for years. All the associates are friendly and willing to help. The store is ALWAYS clean, VERY organized and well lit. NOT your average shady pawn shop. These guys are GREAT! Great prices too.

Fantastic experience, every time I have visited. When one thinks of a pawn shop, this is not what comes to mind. It is brightly lit, clean, modern and everything that a typical pawn shop is not. The merchandise for sale is all clean and quality. The staff has always been nothing but absolutely honest and polite every time I have visited. I would recommend this location to anyone, including my own family - which I do on a regular basis. I cannot begin to let everyone that works there how much I appreciate the level of service I receive.

3rd time we have visited from Kansas, great experience each time! They have great prices, are clean and very organized. Justin was the associate that helped us this time~ He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.

Always able and willing to help someone when needed. Helped me carry my TV out of the car with no problem was very kind and we'll mannered. This place always makes me feel taken care of and I know I will always get my stuff back in the shape it was before.

This place is a joke. Yes it is clean, and they have nice items but that is where it ended for me. I have been shopping pawn shops for over 30 years. I know how the system works. They had an Item I was interested in. Brand new retail for the EXACT same item at Springfield Music is $99. They had the item marked for $89. I asked them what they could do for me on the price and they said they would take off $5.... So happens I know the person that sold them the item and they paid $30 for it. Now I am all for making a profit and they deserve to make a profit. However an almost 200% profit is crazy.
