    My husband and I came to Acura in Springfield MO to look at cars as my car had broke down with the transmission. I wanted to go to a buy here pay here but my husband insisted we go to a dealer, we came to this place oddly enough because for months I’ve heard their commercials on the radio. My husband contacted and spoke with them about what we were looking for and we made an appt. When we showed up to the appt EVERYONE was super friendly. They already had a car we were interested in pulled up and waiting for us to test drive. (I was honestly not originally a fan of the car that they and my husband set aside but after driving it, I obviously changed my mind lol). Jean Luc took us out for the test drive, he was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and how it drives, features, etc. He chatted with us during the test drive, had a great attitude, was energetic and friendly. After the test drive, we decided we wanted the car so we came in to do the paperwork. Jean Luc walked us through the entire process from the arriving/test drive to finishing the paperwork and completing the purchase. While we did paperwork we talked about life and he got to know us a little bit, most places don’t do that. After Jean Luc, we spoke with Chris and went through the financial process. He was also very friendly and explained everything very well in detail even down to drawing a diagram to show something he was talking to us about haha. Everything was very quick, easy and painless. I think it’s probably the best experience we’ve had at a dealership and I would definitely recommend you try them out for sure!

    Probably the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. There was zero pressure from Walker, my salesman. He was extremely informative, helpful, friendly and professional. He worked to get me right on price and payments. I HIGHLY recommend him if you’re looking to buy or trade. Chris in finance gave me all the information, suggested the coverage I needed and let ME make the decision of what extended coverage I wanted.     Tanner and Chris are absolutely AMAZING! Even having my 2 year old with me things got pretty hectic! Tanner even offered to help with moving the car seat and was so amazing with my daughter! they made us feel so comfortable and were the most helpful with making sure i got the dream price and vehicle that i wanted and what worked best for me and my life!! they make the process so much more enjoyable and i can guarantee you’re in great hands! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!

    Overall our experience with Acura of Springfield was wonderful!! Tanner was our salesman and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating with a great personality!!     Not impressed with the service dept. Brought my 2021 RDX in for Rotation and alignment, oil change and differential oil change. Was a little under 400. Seemed like they tried to sell me on everything they could. Cabin air filter was like 60 bucks so I declined. Found it online for 20. Alignment alone was 140. If my car needs it I understand but they really are the shop you hear about that just tries to get as much as possible. I hate that because I drove 2 hours to get here because I like to have the work done by the dealer to be sure it’s done right and resale stays high due to detailed service records but I’m just gonna have to avoid this shop. I recommend the closest Honda dealer as they work on Acura as well. On top of it all it took an hour and a half. Service staff was friendly and nice, and amenities were nice.

    Today I purchased an Acura SUV from Frank Leta Acura in Springfield Missouri. I have heard great things about Acura so when it was time to buy a salesperson vehicle for my business, I was very eager to check out Acuras. First off, the vehicle is amazing of course but this review is about the dealership not the car. Frank Leta Acura in Springfield was my first stop and last. After looking at the vehicle and meeting the people I was very impressed. Everyone there was very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. My salesman was Tanner S. and I was very impressed with him. He’s only in his early 20’s but he seems like a seasoned pro at selling cars. He knew everything about the vehicle I was interested in. When I told him I owned a business and didn’t have much time, he was very helpful and sped the process up. I will definitely call Tanner the next time I need a vehicle. In the finance and paperwork department I was helped by Chris W. First thing, Chris is an Army veteran and I thank him for his service and sacrifice to our country. He definitely made his country proud and Frank Leta Acura should be very proud to have Chris on their staff. He was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I have purchased many personal and commercial vehicles in my life but this was far and away the best experience, ever. I highly recommend everyone check out Frank Leta Acura in Springfield Missouri.

    I just completed the purchase of my 6th Acura from the Springfield MO Acura dealership and as usual, everything went great. Everyone I have worked with over the years, from sales (shout out to Rick!) to finance to service and management, has always been transparent and to the point in their communication. I made my latest purchase this week and had a minor hiccup that was immediately resolved without the exhaustive back and fourth and passing off to multiple staff members to get to the resolution.

    I've dealt with several car dealerships and salespeople over the past several months, looking to get back into an Acura, and have ended up extremely frustrated. My shopping experiences in person, online and over phone/text conversations were pointless...up until I encountered Acura of Springfield!!! They are, HANDS DOWN, the best car dealership to work with! And by experiences, I mean AR, TX, TN and OK!!! At different times, I've owned an Acura 2009 MDX and a 2015 RDX...both purchased from dealerships in Arkansas where I'm from. This past February, I spoke with Ken Kiselka from Acura of Springfield. I explained to him that I had gone through some rough financial times a few years ago and had to trade in my 2015 RDX for a Honda CRV. He was one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of talking to, and so encouraging! He referred me to another salesperson and it's been amazing ever since! I have had the guidance of one of the most professional, honest, informative, eagerly responsive and beyond nicest persons, and salesperson, in JASON ARNOLD! Not one time did he make me feel pressured to make a decision or uninformed because I didn't know something. In fact, he advised me on what to do and how to get there better than any other car salesperson I'd had before. Although I ended up waiting on the purchase until things got better for me, Jason GRACIOUSLY said he'd be there when I got ready...no matter when! Who does that anymore? As one who's been in inside/outside sales for over 25 years, I can appreciate that! This entire experience was a rare gem and I will be back, Jason....no doubt!!! You are an amazing team Acura of Springfield!!!!!

    So, there were some pretty big miscommunications in the beginning but the dealership has stepped up and taken care of the problem. My door switch was fixed and a new gear shift should be in next week. Also, the owner reached out to me, and though I didn't contact him directly since his staff took care of the problem, I thought it was classy and professional for him to reach out personally.

    Went there with hopes of being able to get a good affordable used car. Dime down-NEVER MENTIONED, Credit Amnesty-NEVER MENTIONED, what they did mention was I needed $2000 down . I was upfront and told them I hv no down payment. My car suddenly broke down , no time to save. I even put all this in my online application, so they would be aware of all the scenarios. To then be told they can't help without money in my hand. But wait- I get home later that day to have received an email that states QUOTE-- Congratulations! You have been approved for financing by our dealership based on your consumer report and the information you provided in your credit application. This approval is conditioned on your continuing to maintain your credit standards. This approval will expire in 30 days. Un-QUOTE. Does this not say I am approved with the information i hv given on my application ?

    First and most importantly I truly believe my wife will now never own anything other than an Acura. This is her first Acura. The quality, technology, comfort and luxury that comes in the Acuras as a standard is impressive. My wife had researched high and low in what she wanted in her next vehicle. She was downsizing from a full size truck to an SUV. The Acura MDX was the ONLY vehicle that felt like for $60k you received the best “bang for buck” compared to its competitors on all levels. Then there is the staff. Acura Springfield employees Tanner our Salesman and Leon the finance director went above and beyond to meet our wants and needs. They listened carefully and acted swiftly. Lucas the General Manager even had a pleasant conversation with my wife about her choosing the Acura brand compared to other brands. Logan the detail/wash bay specialist went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was cleaned up, gassed up ready to go. Jake in finance made sure to offer us quality extended service plans to match the time we expected to keep the vehicle. Thank you all at the Acura of Springfield center. We are thankful and grateful for your kindness. Happy wife happy life!!! Her 2022 MDX A-Spec is amazing!!

    Jason and Chris were awesome! It's good to know that there ARE dealerships out there that are STILL taking care of customers. We arrived with less than an hour til closing and they treated us as if they had just opened. Hands down one of the smoothest car buying processes my wife and I have ever experienced!     The salesperson started out very friendly and communicating with me, but then due to what was left owing on my car and what they wanted to give me for it versus some issues with my credit from a previous lender that over-the-top great customer service disappeared. I was told they would talk to the manager and call me back and it has been over a week since I have heard from them. I am so disappointed how fake I feel like they were until they saw things they did not like and then like every other car company they treat you like less than. I really had hoped this company was going to be different, but I guess we all can fake it when we are after something we want. I will not drag anyone's name through the dirt, but I feel lied to and disappointed.

    I’m almost at a loss for words to describe my experience at Acura of Springfield. I’m not sure I’ve ever been treated better than I was here! I initially called to inquire about a car I found online - that didn’t work out due to the car being sold however, the gentleman I spoke with, Jean luc , followed up with me to ask if he could help in any way with my car search. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t message me every day- he gave me some space but would check in to let me know they had something new come in that was within my price range or just to see how the search was going in general. I appreciated the service approach minus the normal pushy feeling that normally comes from sales. They got a car in that fit what I was looking for so I messaged him to inquire about it. Here is where the story goes from good to outstandingly great! I had some unique circumstances that I didn’t feel confident about, especially dealing with a big dealership. I took a risk and explained them to Jean luc , who had already provided excellent service and answered all my questions, but he went above and beyond to make the purchase of this car actually happen for me!!! I truly felt like he advocated for me and my situation to his management team and that is not something you find everyday! Then at the time of purchase ( which I’m still so happy and excited about) he made the process super simple yet took time to listen, was polite and respectful, and showed me how to operate some of the features of the car that were new to me. He was patient with my thousands of questions and answered every single one. Everyone that I encountered there smiled and acknowledged me. I have not had a lot of car dealership interactions but after my experience here, I do not want to shop anywhere else for a vehicle! I honestly wish I could capture in words how much I appreciated how I was treated at Acura! All I can say is this, if you are considering working with this dealership- DO IT! There is no need to think about beyond this point, just contact them and you won’t regret it! I had been avoiding places like Acura of Springfield because I thought they would be “ snotty” or look down on my situation- I was 100% wrong!     I absolutely Hated my car and after careful consideration I decided to take it up to Acura of Springfield, knowing that I probably wouldn't get an Acura, but I talked to Rick Denbow told him my expectations and that I really would like to get approved for an SUV..... I can't believe that he ACTUALY made it happen and although Not an Acura it was a vehicle that actually exceeded my expectations.     Love this place. No intimidation just friendly people. When I first got here Jean Luc approached me, told him I was looking at the time and instead of lingering like a hawk, he let me look around. It was then that I knew this is where I'm getting my next car. Months later here I am signing the paperwork (with Jean Luc) for my new car. Highly recommended.
