    Hannah handled a home refinance for us. She did an amazing job! She had several hurdles to jump over but she just kept working until she got the job done. She was great at keeping me informed through the whole process. She was also very nice and always a joy to work with. She also got me a better rate with lower costs than other places I checked with. I definitely recommend Hannah and Blu Current for any mortgage needs you have.

    DeAnna Downs is amazing! We so enjoyed working with her. She is very easy to work with answering all our questions as we work through the home buying process.     Been a customer now since 2019, ran into some tough times because of Christmas this year and making a credit card payment. After speaking with someone about this letting them know I would be making a payment in a matter of a few days they turned both me and my wifes debit cards off. Found this out trying to buy groceries, what a surprise and great bank to do one day after Christmas. Today is New Year's Eve, payday for me and attempted to get onto my online banking to check my balance from my check and to transfer funds to make my 30.00 credit card payment so I can have access to my funds..... but I am now locked out of online banking. Okay..... Lol no problem I will just call at 9 am and hope they answer the phone (because they never do)...... Yeah right, New Year's Eve and closed?? Not even a drive thru open until noon?? I'm a Dad and I have a family that has to wait until Monday for my check or any kind of money. They lost us as a customer. Oh let's not add that we paid off not one but two auto loans with them.

    I have only used Blue Current for auto loans. When they first came to town they were great to work with and had competitive rates. However their service has since went way downhill. Their rates are no longer competitive, even with great credit. If you need to do any type of business on a Saturday you might as well forget it. They shut down their phones on Saturday where you cant talk to anyone. I live 45 miles away, drove all the way there to pay off a loan and get a lien release and couldn't because they don't have a notary onsite. So I drive another 25 minutes to Nixa where the notary is, and still unable to get a lien release. Will not be using them again in the future.

    My husband bought his truck thru them in 2016 gave 13.000 for it stl says we owe over 6000 for it they have us late of a few payments but was told we have 15 day after payment is due before we are even late with the payment we have been trying to get a home loan but can't get one with the late payment so now we are being told to dispute it and that wil take a while and not sure they wil take it off so when we get truck paid off we wil never use them again

    My Grandfather a Vietnam Vet passed away last year and left his retirement and benefits to my Grandmother. after enduring the lengthy process of getting the information in her name thru the Army (not fun btw) she was unable to get the money as Blue Current Bank of Springfield MO re routed her money and could not tell her where it was going. After 6 months the Bank closed her account, refused to give her the money she had in the account, and have been uncooperative in every sense of the word. I will not bank there and As a US Army Service Veteran And Arkansas National Guardsman I am planning to get the bank added to the list of off limits establishments for service members.

    Everything has been so good here until I encountered an error on my account and they refused to refund the overdraft fees that I was given as a result of my account being positive but my transactions hitting at the same time that weren't even supposed to be charged to this card. So my account was sitting at 300 and then made negitive after 400 cleared my account but you would think every transaction that cleared over the 300 dollars would have have overdraft fees. But EVERY ACCOUNT TRANSACTION WAS GIVEN AN OVER DRAFT FEE!

    I applied for an auto loan through BluCurrent because I had heard very good things about them. The process ended up being incredibly inefficient, confusing and futile. First the loan officer who was suppose to go through this process with me was switched three times. Three different people got involved; which lead to a severe lack of communication and understanding. I missed work to sit in an uncomfortable conference room to talk to them over zoom and mainly stare at a wall while there was so much back and forth going on. I provided three different types of income verification, but because I’m a freelancer, they continued to state that they couldn’t verify. They asked me to put down an extra $700, after already providing them with a $1300 down payment, for them to approve the loan. When I did, I realized they approved me for the wrong amount. There was very very poor communication about this entire process and what was happening when and how. The difference between the correct amount and the amount they had put was $1200. They denied that difference despite already jumping through every hoop they had asked me to. There’s more to the story, but I feel like everything already mentioned is reason enough not to come here for a loan. I did not experience a single positive thing throughout this. I will absolutely never be coming back.

    My son's car payment posted to his account but they said they did not recieve but it was posted to his account so the bank made him make another payment and said they reverse the other charge been almost a week now still no refund. I have had car loans over 30 years and never had a finance company pull this. I told him not to use you all but he chose not to take my advice..
