I recently purchased my first home and used Ownership Mortgage and had an amazing experience. They were timely, direct, and maintained consistent communication throughout the whole process. They made my first time buying a home almost stress free and I have full confidence in their quality of work. I highly recommend this company for your mortgage needs!

We had a great experience with Ownership Mortgage for our refinance. We knew Mike Oswald from working with him on the original mortgage for our home, so he got us set up with the app initially, which was pretty easy to work through (and he answered the couple questions we had easily). After that we worked with Keith and he was great to work with, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and accommodated my work schedule so I could talk to him when it was convenient for me. Overall, we were really happy with the whole experience and will definitely reach out again in the future when we’re looking to buy our next house (or refinance again if the market somehow gets even better for us than it is now).

Worked with Ownership Mortgage for a recent closing - Clint Davis and Jacey. The service was exceptional. Clint went above and beyond throughout to walk me through the process, was proactive in his communication and was an absolute rockstar to work with. A remote purchase is tricky, but Clint made sure we had everything in place to succeed. We also closed really quickly! Overall, 10/10 would recommend them!

I'm not sure what some of the 1 star reviews are talking about but I had an excellent experience. It was easy and fluid. Michelle set me up and had me provide the info that they requested. I got a call from Mike Oswald and he went through my refi and explained what was needed. After re-reviewing my loan he was able to get me a better (lower rate) loan. After quoting me the closing date, I told him that I preferred to close early or sign docs at a better timeline/location for my convenience and was told that wouldn't be a problem. After a week they contacted me and informed me that I can close early. Thanks Mike, Michelle and Aleah for all the hard work!

Ownership Mortgage, don't go anywhere else. We've used Sean Youngman twice in the last 10 years with 100% satisfaction. This team goes the extra mile to make things happen. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and will tell you straight what has to happen or it won't happen. Loan officers explain the unfamiliar in a way you can understand to give you the tools to ensure your mortgage needs are successful and low stress. 100% highly recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about Ownership Mortgage, but specifically Keith. He is on top of his game and made the whole experience easy and painless. He made sure to effectively communicate and might I add, he did it in a way that was easy for me. He would always call and leave a message, but would always text because he knew that I could respond a little easier. My situation was a little trickier, and he helped me through every step. I could go on. Mostly I appreciate his personable approach to his profession. Ownership Mortgage is lucky to have him of staff.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate your company and especially one person in particular. My daughter and I recently used your company for obtaining a loan to purchase a new home.  We were running out of time and it wasn’t until Keith stepped in that we had any hope of closing on time. Keith was in constant contact with us during this period. He went above and beyond both during the day and on nights as well as weekends. It serves your company well that you have such a dedicated employee representing you.

Now that I am settled into my home, I was just thinking how grateful I am for it, and that could not have been done without Keith Bolin. Keith went over the top to help everything run so smoothly throughout the very confusing process. He was so reliable, punctual, and dependable. I do not know what would have happened if we didn't have Keith running quarterback for us. Keith was amazing! :) Thank goodness for him. Ownership Mortgage is so lucky to have him and his professionalism.

Bad communication, Keith was last minute with every part of the prosses. He had no idea what was going on with our account, when he would call us. Always needing something e signed right now. Given no time to read and review, nor explanation for what we were signing. Not to mention that He tried to collect a commission for being the realtor for both parties involved in the sale, which he was not. Left a bad taste in everyone involved mouth. Steer clear at all cost. Also no showed at the closing.

Ownership Mortgage is built as a referral service. I strongly recommend that you do not use them. We "bought" into their service model, but they could never deliver. Service was terrible, couldn't give us a rep and to add to the insult they asked us if we could refer somebody to them to use for our services. Isn't this what they offer? They said they were going to refund our money but never even got back to me.
