Had a really great first experience with Sok at this location. Extremely efficient and was able to complete several tasks I brought in very concisely. OnPoint is very clear about their fee schedules and seem to be really customer focused. I can see why they are so recommended.

Love OnPoint in Happy Valley. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time I go in. I have never had to wait long at the drive through. This branch really has a neighborhood feeling!

Worse experience ever. Never has a branch bank been so rude. The teller customer service was non existent. I get better customer service at McDonald's......

There is a blonde teller working here. I didn't get her name but she was very rude and nasty to us. We were in June 24th. Drop your attitude lady!

Today, we went into this branch with a tricky issue regarding a car title and loan. Brandon Woods, a Member Service Representative, was amazing. He was patient, thorough, professional, and helped solve our issue on the spot. He is a definite asset to OnPoint CU. Thanks!

I wanted to find out about making an appointment at my local branch to take out RMD's from my IRA but there is no local number listed. Instead I got stuck in this automated call waiting line. It would have been easier and faster to just drive down and ask.

On their website they have an incorrect information; had to waste time visiting a branch only to be given a piece of paper with numbers to call.

Waiting in line drive through line 30 min. So disappointed. Why on point branches not open? Others banks no waiting because branches open.
